It makes me uneasy when selective memory is applied or when we're expected to pretend we never heard details when they seem like they could be important.
An explanation why they're not important would be nice. :thinking:

I think she would have given the borrowed shirt back before she left, it wasn't really her style. Sometimes when you go out and have a few drinks you puke. She is tiny, wouldn't likely take many drinks. Who would want to drive back to Fort Worth or even to Allen smelling like puke? Yuck. IMO/JMO/MOO and meow for good measure.

Give it back within the same few hours you borrowed it? I can't tell if you're female or not but don't you know we don't get our stuff back usually for a while? :happydance:

Like I said. I just don't see a big deal on the shirt but I will watch the theories happily!

Christina changing clothes could easily explain why she was confused about the clothing

I didn't mean for that to come off snotty. I just meant that as a girl, I don't see it as a big deal to change shirts that's all

The confusion surrounding Christina's outfits seems important to me. Sketchy imo.

Her mom was told Christina was planning to stay the night (why didn't she bring a nightshirt or comfies of her own?). Then we are told she suddenly changed her mind and decided to drive home at 4:00 a.m. even though she couldn't find her keys (house keys is what the text informs). The reasons given for why she changed her mind don't make any sense (wanted to get her dog and had to work in the morning). Both of these reasons were already known when she was planning to stay. What situation REALLY changed (besides her shirt)? Why did Christina decide to leave if she had not planned to leave in the first place? And, like someone else asked, why would she leave still wearing the borrowed shirt? If Christina had stayed over, the lender would expect Christina to take the shirt off in the morning. From what I understand, they didn't get together very often.

CM was hanging out with all of ALP's friends? Maybe he is the ring leader of this whole thing...EA sends ALP a text or something and says he's with CM and asks for EA to bring her and come over. There is a bitterness from ALP with the whole "karma" comment and how his and CM's relationship ended. Where was ALP that night? How does ALP's record look?

Unless ppd is doing a magic trick (wouldn't put it past them), that incident is unrelated. I do believe she wasn't feeling good that night as well as her and hf's disagreement. She could of been uncomfortable with all of alp's friends as well. imo all of that

Fair enough for now.....do we know where he was? Is he in contact with CM's family? Being open about his whereabouts? Showed his cell phone record? Would love to see the cell phone activity from 10pm that night to today between him and EA

No, this isn't a reasonable explanation because Vi was describing what CM was wearing while walking into Henry's. She was changing THAT information/detail.
Her account wouldn't be expected to match what Christina ended up wearing as the night went on.

How is the explanation logical?
People can't just throw a lame reason out and expect it to stick.

I'm pretty female too. I borrowed a pair of my sisters socks two years ago and I am wearing them right now, but they have Bulldogs on them and are totally my style. Hope she isn't reading this.

Still not sure why/if Christina had to borrow a shirt.
I just know that if I had borrowed a shirt from a friend (forgot to pack one), I'd give the shirt back as I was leaving. I'd offer many apologies for my friend being stuck with washing it, but I imagine I'd rather leave a borrowed shirt behind if I don't see the "friend" often enough to wash it and return it.

I think there's a story to why she decided to leave for sure. I just don't think the shirt will tie into it is all. But who knows. Not I.

Maybe she had her comfy clothes in her car, and forgot to get them out when she 1st arrived at the apartment, and then again when she moved her car to the garage.
Wouldn't be worth walking the 20 minutes each way just to get something to sleep in. Not to me. And if I was hosting ppl over and they needed something comfortable to wear, instead of taking the trouble of being gone 40+minutes to get theirs, I'd give them something of mine.

Everything is relative. If you steal your sister's stuff and she doesn't mind, how is that relative to the serious details here?

When you have a group of girls you see often and return something later, I understand that scenario. But, I think it is important to try to figure out details according to the situation within the case. Not what you, me or your sister would normally do.

Same goes for the keys. The text read Christina could not find her House Key.
The majority of people want to sum up the situation according to their habit of keeping the house key connected to their car keys. The text didn't read that Christina couldn't find her keys. So, I would assume she had her car key (even if the wrong assumption) because the text only provided info about her house key.

It is frustrating to read blanks being filled in with what we usually do or think or by majority rule, most likely situation - etc.
Different people have all kinds of differing habits so how can we assume anything?

If I'd already changed my top (into something borrowed, or not) I'd switch it back and be cognizant of giving my hostess her shirt back if I'd decided to leave.
