Good to know! Thanks. Like I said a friend mentioned it and I had never heard of a phone selling box. LOL

I don't know about donation boxes, but I have used one of the phone kiosks for an old broken phone. The thing scanned my drivers license and had a camera like an atm.

All phones have an identification number usually called an IME, so when they gather the phones they collect the IME and there is a centralized database system to run the numbers against to see if they have been reported lost or stolen. So I think the phone would have been discovered if someone went that route and they would be on camera using the kiosk.

Just a note, I used to manage a cell phone store for a different major retailer than sprint and people would come in all the time to try and activate a phone they had purchased from Craigslist or ebay and they wouldn't be able to because it was on the national lost or stolen list. If you ever buy a phone from one of these places ask them for the IME so you can check it yourself and make sure it is clear to use. Their ate a few free websites now that allow you to do this. My life tip for the day :)

Didn't the
post say if his phone was off?
If????

No, it did not. Read posts #557 and #562 of this thread by Momoffourboys. I was comparing supposed suspicious activity that others have pointed out towards HF. I thought it might be helpful to see the allegations of EA and HF side by side, but I'll just delete it.

What I have shared on hf I feel has more than enough cleared him in my eyes. Not sure what else could be said if he is still thought as guilty by some.
Well I guess I missed it.

forgive me for asking.

guess we just have to wait and see.

JMOM or carlton dance: can you say why Hunter and his father decided to head to OK and post flyers at truck stops and at the Choctaw casino in OK early on in the search? Was there some lead that she had possibly been transported that route?

I apologize, I know this was probably discussed at length

I thought it was said early y on that this casino is near where her mother lives, so they posted fliers all along that route. It makes even more sense to me now than it did then because it has been said EA is also known to visit casinos frequently.

Also the route to OK from here was done on several freeways not just one.

Has anyone taken a polygraph?

So if my girlfriend bombards me with 15 texts/calls at 3:30 in the morning and I don't immediately respond, that is somehow suspicious? What if my phone is dead? What if I have it on silent so I can get some sleep? This is a non-issue IMO.

BTW iPhones have a night mode where the user can set what time of night it will automatically go silent.

No, but (imo) the next morning when you wake up and see that she is not home, open your phone and see her messages about coming home and she is not in your home... that would be a huge red flag. To me that seems extremely peculiar - someone who lived in his home who was expected home and didn't make it -- from another town... after a night out (and being a female makes it even more frightening imo) no matter how "mad" he was I'd think he'd check on the person or at the very least call the parents/siblings to see if she's ok. Before FOUR DAYS go by and the boss reports her missing. (imo)

And plenty of guys who have ignored calls for days

From someone who lives in their home and has not come home for days after saying they were coming home?

If you read up thread a little ways, I don't think you were here when we discussed though, how do we know Hunter didn't contact people? We don't.... but some might have those answers, just hasn't been released. :-)

If her things were tossed in a dumpster there is a real good chance that a dumpster diver found it and sold it for money. It may not get USED right away however usually when you sell a phone they turn it on to see it work so that should create a ping of location.

bbm. (I'm still learning how to use the quote box.)

Please forgive me, but I sincerely don't understand what is so lol funny. There is a young woman missing who may be deceased. Are you suggesting that if EA had no involvement in CM's disappearance then it must be aliens? People have different views, but mocking seems disrespectful to Christina. Bless her heart and God please bring her home.

Of all people I don't think Carton meant any disrespect. I would assume he and JMOM have more invested physically and emotionally into finding Christina than any of us. I think he was making light of the tense situation on here at times which had gone to the point of insane. In no way did I view his comment as insensitive or disrespectful. Not to Christina, at least.

We would never be disrespectful to Christina please don't go there. Aliens have been mentioned and I'm sorry but that is a bit disrespectful if you ask me. JMO though.

Thank you. I think everyone here is here for Christina so when some are mocked for having a different take on things, it strikes me (imo) as disrespectful to the person who is missing -especially the alien remarks and the LOL-ing. It seems all the eyes and ears and minds that are available are helpful in the task of finding her. If everyone has to say the same thing, I'm not sure how that helps discover things that are new that may, by some possibility however small... may help in some tiny way.

MOO here - JMOM and Carlton are looking for that tiny bit of info that will help them bring Christina home. They share things on here to try and get us focusing in the right direction. Yes everyone has a right to their opinion. But for them to continue to have to argue for HF - which they've been doing for how many threads now? - well I'm sure it gets frustrating. They know more than we do. I bet they know if and when and how many times HF tried to reach CM and EA, if that happened. In no way do I think they'd defend the guy if they had one ounce of suspicion.

I have no dog in this fight. To me it's obvious who took her. And I'm going follow the lead of the insiders to try and come up with ideas based on their intel on where to find Christina. To argue the same point with them over and over is counterproductive IMO.

I agree that we all have different views on things and some stuff has been super helpful. As for me, and I think I can speak for Carlton also, he can correct me if I am wrong, Christina is our main concern. Just so y'all know we have altered our daily lives to search for Christina. Every single day. Our level of dedication to this far outweighs anything else that is going on in our lives the last 2 months. We are here for the long haul. I will not leave Jonni's side until Christina is home and I know Carlton will not either.

We are very close to this situation, it is not a crime website to us it is our life right now. It is our friends child. We would never ever in any way be disrespectful to anything regarding this situation. That is hurtful to hear from any of you. People that I look at as helpers. So I am sorry if my comment was upsetting but to even imply that is awful IMO. I know you probably didn't mean it to be taken that way but it was.

I think we should move on from Aliens, being disrespectful to anything regarding this situation, and work together to find Christina.

And if the alien thing is a serious suggestion then no IMO Christina was not taken by Aliens.

Personally....If I thought for 1 minute Hunter had anything to do with Christina's disappearance or if Jonni spoke one negative thing about him to me. I would be on his doorstep. Just want to make that very clear.
