I believe you are correct on the time and yes it was at the Custer Rd scanner thingy, whatever it's called. LOL

Also regarding the toll pic/verification- didn't LE say it was 11 minutes between the time EA was seen in the garage footage to the time he was caught by the toll cam? Was it the toll cam at Custer Rd? (meaning he left SOL and got to. Custer in 11 min- which is totally possible at that time of night)
I don't understand why LE hasn't nailed this down, this is crucial for us civi's to help search for her!

With all this information and getting the forensics back , hopefully this will all come to an end.

You can go to the HFCM FB page there is info there for you. Make sure to bring your ID as you have to present it to help. We are happy for the help we can get.

Just a suggestion, not everyone has FB. Maybe the email for the person (BS) in charge of organizing searches can be added to first page of the thread.

So EA left SOL and got to Custer Rd in 11 minutes?

If that's the case, there was NO time for dilly-dallying- that's pretty much the fastest you can make that trip going a reasonable speed (within 10 mph of the speed limit- which is 70 mph on that stretch of road BTW )
That's all assuming he took the tollway, EXITING at Custer Rd, and not the service road (which has a bunch of lights) to Custer and then ENTERED the tollway- I still would like confirmation on this
So if CM did ride with him, it is reasonable to deduce that she would have done so voluntarily, and that any harm to her came AFTER he got ho.....oh wait a minute- did he actually go home to his parents? Was there confirmation? Is this what the repeated questioning of EA's brother is about?

*and JMOM- I call them TROLLS- because that's exactly what they are- GIVE ME YOUR SHINY THINGS THEN I LET YOU PASS!* lol

Don't think that has been released. Even the questioning of the brother wasn't released by LE. Just by EA. Some on here have said it's an odd way for him to go home. I don't know the area so can't comment on that.

Good idea! Let me get the info and I will post.

I believe that's the million dollar question.. what EA did between the toll sighting & "cleaning" his car around 10:15am. the 6 hour gap.

IMO not such an odd way to go home....it's that EA told LE he went Legacy to 75 and exited Bethany to go home. Of course that also wasn't the truth.

Ah gotcha. That's right. Another lie.

Thank u for that clarification because that's what I thought, and then I read on here about the toll pic and the 11 minutes and was really confused- 75 is a freeway- NO TOLLS.
EA is definitely guilty of something regarding that night-
the MENS REA is strong with this one!

Well I hope it wasn't from a VI- because none of that is correct lol-
Custer Rd is a typical exit off of a highway- there are cams at every toll entrance and exit, though not every exit off of 121 has an entrance and exit (i.e you may be able to exit off 121 at a particular road, but the closest entrance onto 121 may be a mile or two farther down - or vice versa)
Custer Rd has BOTH.

Unless you read exactly what I said don't be quick to jump to dispute the accuracy [modsnip]. I was speaking about the gantry. EA was logged going through the gantry at custer on 121. He wasn't logged at the exit. Once you pass that gantry going north/east, all of the exits are non tolled because you have paid at that gantry.

So he ENTERED 121 at Custer?
Where did he EXIT?
Do you live around here bc I do, and there are exit tolls up to Eldorado (4-5 exits between the two)

He EXITED at 121 & Custer... got on near Shops at Legacy

If you lived around here you would know that on 121 at Custer there is a toll gantry that you go through, and you don't pay tolls past the Custer gantry because you already paid your way for the rest of the trip.

*and btw I did find and read your post after that- and then I thought, mmm....BACON!

https://www.ntta.org/roadsprojects/existroad/Documents/SRT_Project Map_050112.pdf

There are no Eastbound exit tolls from Custer main lane gantry all the way up to 75 / Hwy 5 according to this map. There are entry tolls, but not exit tolls.

I live in a neighborhood on Custer Rd.
There are tolls (the structures at least- maybe they aren't using them?) at the exits up until the new interchange with 75.
You are saying he entered there, yet everyone else is saying he exited there (including news sources)
Which is it? That's all I want to know for crying out loud lol

Great post. In my early 20's before going into my career of choice, I worked on 6th street in Austin, Tx. If I had the late shift and it was sunset or dark already and I had to park and walk to work by myself; I would wait until another female or group of females walk by and then ask if I could walk w them to 6th st(always got a yes).
Rambling now: I was the "go to medical emergency person" at the bar in which I was employed. One night I was called to The woman's bathroom, a girl had been smashed in the face and completely lacerated the whole side of her face. Why?- because of a parking spot fight; the loser followed her to the bar and then into the bathroom and hit her in the face with a glass.... Some people are sick and violent, you never know what can set someone off.... Sorry for book JMO
Thank you. Sometimes I catch myself trying to figure out the most rational answer. You reminded me that this isn't rational. Whether it was drugs, alcohol, anger or mental issues that caused this to become irrational, we don't know yet. But it is a mistake to put a 'what's rational?' bias on this IMO

Sam Rayburn doesn't have a Eldorado exit as they are parallel. there is a Custer Rd. Exit and then you pass the Ghantry (which is like literally above Custer Rd). You don't exit there, you pass under it and continue north. I travel this road twice daily and there isn't any tolls to exit after that point..... It is easy to get on the tollway from SOL but I would think their would be other stuff showing up on his toll records for that. It is a very common way to get from SOL to Allen.

Ok, so it took 11 minutes for EA to get from the Shops to Custer, via the service road, with all the lights- of that is in fact the case- that's record time (had to have been speeding)
In that next 6 hours, He could have driven up towards Paris and there is basically a whole lotta nothing but woods, lakes, and farmland.
Not good :/
