I don't know what the Adderall does for someone drinking to excess. But this guy's story has flip-flopped so much, he could have done that and then again he may not have. I tend to agree it could provide a defense as to why he can't seem remember as opposed to lying. I'm inclined to believe he drank some, but not that much. I'm inclined to believe Christina got in the car willingly with him, so he wasn't that highly intoxicated. Otherwise, she would have driven herself.

Have we entertained the possibility that Christina might have driven the Camaro because EA was more intoxicated and she wrecked the Camaro and that's when he lost it?

I have thought about that as well. However my thought gets sidetracked when LE keeps the passenger side seat belt.

Yes, those lies just kept getting worse - first he didn't park there, then she "must have" used his phone, he didn't see where she went, he went to his car and left. Like a kid who gets caught and keeps babbling, making things worse.

The lie that throws me is the one about the route he said he took versus what the toll road cameras showed. . . :dunno:

I believe both mats and the passenger side seat belt. Wonder how he drives around with a passenger in his car now? Isn't it illegal to not have front seat belts? LOL I don't know what made me think about that but hey, at least my brain is working with minimal coffee. hehehehe

Yes, me too. Did LE keep all the car mats or just the passenger side mats?

I would wonder who would actually want to ride with him now.

What If she was not going home?
What would be their destination?

Exactly. Which tells me they were not going "home" to Allen. He wanted LE to believe that was where he was going, but IMO they were going somewhere else.

I think so also!

After our discussion the other day, I think you were on here then, I honestly think that they were headed to Mark and Anna's. It makes sense to me if the "key" was lost and Hunter didn't answer that they would head there. Since Mark has Christina's spare car key maybe he had the house key as well? Haven't asked him but it makes logical sense. Especially since EA's house and theirs are so close to one another.

Yes that's one possibility but who else lives in that direction?

I know everyone discussed the route in great length, and some of it I didn't follow because I'm west Plano and don't usually venture to Allen/McKinney. Does the route he "actually took" (the part the LE was able to verify because of tolls), would that have been leading them more towards CM's dad's house?

Yup. Because there is no reason to lie about the route -- unless the real route places you in a different location.

That answers my question I just asked. Thanks JMOM for coming on here and trying your best to help answer questions. I know you must have so much going on.

No it does not. The route he actually took is one that you could take to get back to Allen, certainly. I drive back to Allen from the shops via 121 all the time, but if you continue along 121, you are heading in a north easterly direction which is farther from Allen. The thing is he TOLD police he went back to Allen a different way. If the destination was Allen, why lie about the route?? I believe he didn't think about the toll gantry tagging him on 121. I think he wanted LE to THINK he was traveling to Allen, when in fact the plan was to go somewhere else.

The easiest way to his home, as you know, since you also travel these routes, is the way he told LE he went. The only thing is, you have to think how much he said he drank and took. I wouldn't go all the way down Legacy that time of the morning intoxicated. I get the 121 thing, in that sense. But....you are correct if you continue past Custer and even Exchange you either take 75 which is a huge loop, makes no sense, or you go Northeast. I have no clue, so confusing!!!!
