I should have said "cleared in my mind" - and I only say that because VI's and Christina's mom seem to have. I spent days (or weeks) wondering how they felt so comfortable with him. They must know something we don't about that. Why did he turn his phone off? It was said that was common for them. Why so many days? Holiday. I have not heard of his alibi or what he was doing all those days. I have not heard a word about anybody else at the party, either. Have just heard a lot about EA. Honestly, from the interviews that I first watched from both of them, I didn't like HF at all. EA just seemed like a guy who happened to be walking that way, was oblivious, probably didn't want her using his phone - in the long run, we just don't know, but do care that something bad happened to this sweet young lady who most likely didn't do anything wrong? I am very curious about how the party grew from 4-5 to 10, too. 4-5 in the apartment, 5 more people they ran into?? What good are all these cameras if they can't help a case? They should be HD by now. Not being flippant, just my mind is going all around the what ifs? I love this girl because there for the Grace of God..

that makes at least 2 of us!
That could happen & I'm really...REALLY trying to be open-minded, but my brain keeps whispering to me "bruises..lies...bite mark...wrecked car...late to work...more lies....vacuuming car...washing car...." I just can't get around all that.

Curious to know how long The Shops have been there...

Wait, so is it true or not that Christina learned her live-in boyfriend had been cheating on her?
I'm not able to pretend I never heard this rumor. CM's boss posted (in the very beginning, on FB, I guess) that Christina was crying at work on Friday because HF cheated on her. Additionally, we don't know if she went home before going out for the night, confronted HF, talked it out, what their feelings were when they parted, if she had had it with him or he with her, if she was willing to forgive him, if he wanted to stay with CM despite his cheating (if true). I mean, we've not been filled in on any details to help us understand Christina's state-of-mind or what she may have been going through that night. The answers to these questions are being kept secret to protect the case. If HF isn't involved, how does the excuse/explanation make sense?

The circumstances surrounding HF are still troubling to me.
I'm with you, we heard one time that she had found out HF was "cheating"on her. THEN he was cleared because someone else could verify/vouch for him at the time she was last seen. (Not sure which link, but I'll search if need be.)
The family and the VIs have exonerated current bf. Leads me to believe they have a reason.
And the family heard from Christina's boss that she didn't report for work. They must trust the boss.

He was cleared at that time of her disapearence

The exact opposite was happening when EA's house was being picketed. There was a handful of volume posters on here who were, IMO, extremely snarky towards anyone who agreed with the picketing.

Funny how they quieted down once the affidavit was made public.

This remark isn't really fair imo. The posters who took the anti picketing stance, felt not only was it disruptive to the neighborhood but also unfair to EA's other family members to be on display like they were.
Add to that, all of us weren't privy to any inside information.
Imagine being the mom of a son who is being accused of murder. We can't assume she's guilty of anything having to do with Christina being missing. It's a living nightmare for all who, all of a sudden, are trying to make sense of the information (the majority of which we just read about recently).

We still can't be sure if the warrant would have surfaced when and if the media requested it after 31 days had passed. Everyone assumes the picketing caused the release but I'm not so sure (unless media isn't paying attention to the case?).

Anyway, I'm unable to forget that we heard HF was cheating on CM. No explanations given as to what was going on within their relationship. Having insight into Christina's state-of-mind might help some of us understand why she may have made the decisions she did throughout the morning. Why would HF being forthcoming about their status impede the investigation? She was nowhere near him so he says. Tell us what CM may have been thinking and feeling in that case. Don't insult by claiming your love for her when, it looks to us, you didn't care at all. Because when Christina didn't return home, if just to see her pup, for four days, you didn't alert her mom or authorities.

Sad that Christina's mom has to go back to tulsa today.

So her mom live in tulsa OK? Could she have asked for a ride to her moms house?

I don't think that even if he had been seeing someone else, there's no motive there, is there? I think they can prove he was home, 50 miles away. Sorry if I am rehashing, having trouble sleeping, can't seem to turn it off just yet. Haven't written in a while but really on my mind tonight. I cannot count the garages I have walked through, esp when I was younger - cars I got into, hanging out with people I didn't know - I am starting to think they should teach predatory behavior in high school along with sex ed. Not saying women are always the prey, but - ok mostly they are. I like to think I'm older and wiser and my husband still calls me naïve sometimes. It's an instinct I guess to trust people.

BBM

It is NOT in Christina's Best Interest to RULE ANYONE out ... I trust none of them .. JMO~ and obviously PPD stands beside that take on things

Plano police spokesman Officer Dave Tilley told 48 Hours' Crimesider that Arochi has been questioned and is not believed to be involved. However, Tilley said no one has been ruled out.

"At this point we're keeping our options open - we haven't cleared anyone from continuing to want to look at them as having more information or knowledge about her disappearance than they're providing," Tilley said.

Tilley said he has no suspects and nothing to indicate that a crime has been committed
or that Morris isn't still alive, however it's concerning that Morris has been missing for so long. It's uncharacteristic of her to have been out of touch with friends and family for so long, he said.

"As each day passes, our level of concern that this potentially has been a criminal act increases," Tilley said.

Arochi said "they are considering me a person of interest"

I don't think she would have left her dog in Ft Worth & gone off to OK...

It's this kind of broad, unsupported declaration that is annoying. We haven't read about LE clearing anybody.

Show me a link to where LE says they've cleared anybody. Please.

Per Salem or Cold Pizza awhile back, VI's don't have to provide links. You can take it or leave it. But if Carltondance and JMom say he's been cleared I believe them.

If Christina had planned on meeting everyone for the weekend, and she wasn't aware that HF might've/could've been cheating on her, I'd assume he would've been invited to hang with the group also.

I'm not a verified insider but I know Carltondance and JMom are and I know Carltondance works with LE so I believe him if he says HF has been cleared.

OT - Carltondance - it was great to meet the family tonight, hug Jonni, Sarah and Anna and met some others too. They had a great turn out at the fundraiser and the food and band was great too. Maybe I'll see you tomorrow or Sunday!
