BBM - Respectfully ask why? I didn't see that but I could have missed something. I do think they are both critical to this case by what they have stated. Do you know if they both worked with EA on the 30th?

That is the way I see it since in the article linked comments made by his employees sound a bit like sour grapes- JMO~
Before Arochi was promoted to manager a few months ago, the coworker said he was an outgoing, regular guy who often came in and shared stories about his wild weekends. After his promotion, the anger issues began.

This is why I make that * note* so Arochi was no problem before his promotion to store manager but afterwards they sound disgruntled to me. JMO~

It could go either way- sometimes people report what they see and sometimes people embellish what they see. If you work under an arrogant a$$hole, your perception maybe skewed, versus working under a likable manager.... IDK? Humph- thinking now.

I hear what you are saying. But the bruises are consistent with what LE observed. Being two hours late lines up with him being seen on video at 10:15 cleaning his car. Dry vac lines up with LE stating mats appeared freshly vacuumed. The comments on how he was acting are subjective, but the rest of it really isn't. And it wasn't one employee, it was two. MOO

Good point. I can see where you are coming from there. But there is stuff they state that's provable/been proven (listed in my post above) and not subjective. MOO

I agree, just entertaining other thoughts for a minute- the day is long and I like to ponder many different angles/ scenarios, what have you. There is a great thunderstorm in my area right now and I could be feeling a little "frogy". Please forgive me....

Answering real quick: the only I have read/heard verified was from the horses mouth-EA, in the full uncut interview posted by a member here.

Yes he had some bruises.. I am still not convinced of the being 2 hrs late.. When Ponce was interviewed 10 days later this was not documented in the affidavit. We do not have access to Sprint's Time and Attendance log data. Arochi's uncut interview -he stated it is a fingerprint/thumb time entry. He could have gone into the store -clocked in -stayed till about 9:30-9:40 driven back to his house (who knows why-perhaps he forgot his wallet, his meds, his lunch, sick at his gut..whatever) did or got what he needed drove the 5min to kroger. realized he is needing gas..been OCD about the car driven back to sprint and arrived about 10:40ish. LE saw the car per the affidavit on Sept 4th - Just going off the affidavit and tossing around ideas JMO~https://www.scribd.com/fullscreen/2...llow_share=true&escape=false&view_mode=scroll

Yes he did mention he woke his brother or something to that matter and I could be wrong but did EA also mention somewhere that his brother was also called in for questioning? It seems I recall he was but will need to find that source.

Quintanilla said investigators were “just trying to fan the fire, hoping something is going to pop up” by releasing the documents. “They don’t have any evidence,” he said.

He also said a forensic inspection of Arochi’s Camaro was done on Sept. 26, the day a search warrant was approved by a Collin County court. But no results of the inspection have been released, he said.

“It’s more than sufficient time for them to get [the results] back,” Quintanilla said. “It takes three days, four days. But a month to get the data back? Why have they taken so long?

“If they have something, bring the charges,” he said.

I am not convinced his brother was really in town. I think this was another lie on EA's part. ....before you scream at me yes I know LE interviewed the brother

Not allowed to sleuth the brother so I will say this..... Fritters are good specially on Labor day weekend......
...and twitter is good to have sometimes

All storms are clear now, thanks phone warning after the fact- sheesh.
I remember something to the effect- woke my brother up and then went to sleep..

I am not convinced his brother was really in town. I think this was another lie on EA's part. The brother had just left for college early that month and said it was hard to say good bye. Then on that weekend in question he says he is sorry he missed his mothers birthday. It says in MSM that LE went to question him up at school. That doesn't mean he was truly at that house at that time..... but I'm sure this is wrong and will get bashed to pieces...lol

I hope you don't get bashed to pieces! Thanks for the info- this is something you have observed and I am glad you relayed it.

I'd entertain discussions of why some think EA is innocent...maybe someone would be willing to give us some thoughts on why you think specifically why EA is innocent and/or no involvement?

What is EA innocent of? There is no proof of a crime. . . yet. I'm still not convinced she didn't hop over that back wall avoiding the camera and into the car of someone else who refused to be caught on SAL's cameras.
