If that were the case, and it is not, but let's just say it was....who do you think is moving her car around to different spots in the garage and why? Not being snarky being serious.

In my opinion I agree that she left in his car, I'm simply asking about the location of her car within the parking garage and if it could have changed in the four days.

Yes, the affidavit states that a co-worker told detectives that he saw a bite mark on Enrique' arm. Also, we can assume that at the very least, four days had passed since the bruise occurred and LE questioned him. It could have been significantly faded or gone by that time IMO.

Where did they say they were "beside" each other? That has not been released and knowing where they were parked, that it is not the case. I believe they stated they were parked "near" each other and that would be correct.

So if LE has video of her pulling in and parking in that exact spot, then the cameras would show her not getting into her car after 3:57. It was reported by family that they were parked beside each other so that would mean that the same video would also show her getting into his car. I question the video evidence being true because if LE had video of her not entering her car and entering his, they would have put that in the warrant as cause for taking his car to look for evidence of bodily harm being done to her. The warrant never says they saw her get into the car. LE says they feel the only logical way for her to have left the garage was in his vehicle. That's two different things.

Sorry, that has not been released. However PPD says that that is what they think. I believe you can read that in the warrant. I am not good at finding all the links but I know it is on here somewhere. Can someone post the link to the affidavit and the warrant for Catpatrol please?

sure.... after she was reported missing, and after they linked him as being the guy in the video....

I think they knew who he was the day she was reported missing!

Christina's soldiers will NOT give up! They are some of the strongest people I have ever watched from afar. I think those that come to Enrique's defense need to explain 1 thing to me and I MAY rethink whether he is guilty.... when last seen on the camera he was NOT limping.... less than 6-7 hours later he was. Respectfully and IMO, there is a misinterpretation of posters wanting facts for "enrique's defense". If we were just to accept everything posted or rumored at face value...then, we might as well all log off. Some posters are long time posters. They collect tidbitds of facts and attempt to either help locate aMP or assist in solving a crime. Most of us have never met any of the people mentioned and have no dog in this fight. JMO

I could have sworn the information was updated from "he went his way - she went hers" to finding out they were parked right beside each other. I have no idea where/when/why. If it was from the reporter, Jonni, MSM, LE, etc.

We don't know if a bite mark was there, imo, on his arm. Rather if there were a mark that positively came from human teeth, we don't know if it matched CM. Did a dentist look at it? It seems to me that that would have been super huge significant evidence if it matched CM's teeth; but no one bothered to check? Or perhaps they did check and there was no bite. Or whatever mark (bite or otherwise) existed was no match to CM. If so, I'd think EA'd be in the slammer as we speak (imo.)

I'm open to all theories but do you suppose it's a cat or dog bite? :thinking:

I wish I felt he was lying in that uncut interview. It would make this so much easier for me. I just don't get a sense of deception. He doesn't seem nervous or anxious. JMO

IMO its all the questionable things that keep LE from making an arrest. Its like a construction zone with signs leading in one direction and taking you around the one destination you are trying so hard to arrive at....
