I wish I felt he was lying in that uncut interview. It would make this so much easier for me. I just don't get a sense of deception. He doesn't seem nervous or anxious. JMO

It's blowing my mind that some of you can say EA is believable.. He literally lied in the interview, but you still think he's honest? He said he got to work at 8, and stuck with that story. The warrant even says he came in late.

and thats only one lie of many. yet his interview makes him out to be an honest guy? wuuut.

If indeed, EA had a bite mark on his arm, I think LE would have been very interested. Could they have compared it to CM's dental records? Bite marks have been known to solve cases. Ted Bundy is one of them. :twocents:

IMHO

The bite mark was seen by a co-worker. Enrique was not questioned by police until after at least four days after the bite occured, probably more than that. The bite mark could have faded substantially or healed by then. Also, if the bite didn't break the skin but left bruising, I don't think they would be able to compare Christina's dental record to the bite especially if it's faded or gone. In the Ted Bundy case, the bite mark was found on a corpse, which would not have healed or faded, giving LE a larger window of time to match his dental records to the mark.

It seems that if a bite were going to be used as part of evidence pursuant to trying to charge/ convict someone of a crime, I'd think it would have to be assessed by a professional and not, someone at Sprint said that they thought it looked like....

Furthermore if it were indeed a bite, matching it to CM would be important. (imo.)

He comes across believable because he's a sociopath. IMO. Those types typically do. Lack of nervousness, insincere empathy, and thinks the rest of us are stupid. Anyone who read the warrant in full should be able to comprehend he is lying through his teeth. MOO

Would a bite mark seen by a coworker on Aug 30 look like a bruise to PPD on Sept 4 - not sure of the exact day? I would think so, but I'm not familiar with bite marks past my children being bitten by another child in daycare years ago.

A bite is very distinctive! IMO

Anything is possible, but why wouldn't he admit it was from an animal instead of saying it came from changing a tire?

My doubts are high it's an animal bite. Maybe frisson has an idea?

Right, Carlton said it was a bite mark ....that was "violent" or something like that.

Not from the kind of bitemark one of the VI's has said it was.
