Scary stuff.
If I may ask, where did you bite your attacker and did you break the skin? TIA
Yes definitely broke the skin .... he was attempting to choke me had his arm around my neck. Inside forearm close to elbow.
I am grossed out by the thought but he had a wound so bad he was screaming.
Never in a million years did I think I would do that but it worked very well.
Would do it again. Ditto rib jab

I think it is coming soon... :drumroll:

Hibiscus31, not sure if you saw this post from carlton (post #236 on this thread). This was Carlton's response to another poster saying "need that break for CM". I've found that Carlton and JMOM give some excellent hints, sometimes takes a little reading between the lines, but this one is pretty straightforward. I don't know if it's big or small, but I believe there is a lead or a break in the case.

i think he went home and woke some one up and they helped him somehow. jmooooooo

That could be. My take is that he said he woke someone up, to give himself an alibi showing that he drove straight home after leaving the garage. IMO, just a cover up.

In any event, he involved someone that he didn't need to drag into this and that's not something he should have done.

I'm not so sure he even went home at all that night. I think it he did, he would have changed into something that would cover his arms. Why go into work, showing clear evidence of an altercation of some kind, or did he expect LE to turn up any minute to interview him and was going to explain his injuries as a result of a bar fight. He had no way of knowing that Christina wouldn't be reported missing for 4 days and that he injuries would probably have healed by then.

I don't have any type of info like that and I don't think LE will warn of anything like that. It will be a shock to everyone I believe. JMO

I sure hope so though!

VIs, in your gut, do you feel that there will be an arrest of anyone in relation to this case before, say, the New Year?

If you found yourself in deep trouble who would you call or go to first?
Someone you must really trust!

There is no way I would ask a family member to cover for me, nor would I cover for them... I would never put them in that position & I wouldn't expect that from them either.. but that's just me...

You probably wouldn't lie to the police either, right?

you also probably wouldn't do a lot of the things he has done (assuming he has done everything thats been discussed)

i don't think he thinks the way most of us do, and its quite possible if hes goin down he might not care who he takes down with him.

But what if its not a bite at all!
LE said cuts and abrasions and it was the employee that said bite mark. Correct?

Did a google search "human bite marks" and reviewed some of the images( Warning Not for the Squeamish). MOO- if she was fighting for her life and could get a good bite at him, it would most likely not be healed in 4 days.

Right! and that's exactly why I said "but that's just me.."

Just think if it wasn't for the cameras in the garage, gas station, tollway and his work......

This is my first post so forgive any rookie mistakes. I have read the vast majority of posts from the beginning and been so impressed with the thoughts and commitment to bringing Christina home. JMom and Carltondance thank you for your insights and please know my love and prayers are with Christina and her love ones both old and those (like me) who have come to love and care for her after the privilege of seeing her through Jonni's heart.

Of course this is all IMO......I've watched the video twice and just after the 10 min mark is most interesting to me. When the person off camera mentions EA had to be at work at 8, EA looks more uncomfortable than at other times IMO....you can see him blink, swallow, etc. Then when he is asked about reporting to work he says I HAD work or had to be at work not I WAS at work. (I may be the only one but sometime I say I have to do things that I do not do....yesterday I said I had to go to the grocery store but guess what I did not go.)

EA then mentions the fingerprint time clock and video from the store. EA says there is a way to prove he was there....he does NOT say it does prove or will prove he was there. Could this be caused by a language issue or word choice...of course....but it reminds me of how careful I needed to be listening to a former co-worker who later was proven to have lied.

Again Moo, Moo, Moo.

Thanks for all who have kept this thread going especially in the early days when there wasn't much information.

And an excellent first post it was and also :welcome:

As far as why show the bruises...he probably has a uniform short-sleeve shirt he has to wear. This may have already been answered, I'm catching up.

The exact opposite was happening when EA's house was being picketed. There was a handful of volume posters on here who were, IMO, extremely snarky towards anyone who agreed with the picketing.

Funny how they quieted down once the affidavit was made public.

BBM
I for one never agreed with the picketing and still don't. It was not a popular stance but I'm not one to back down due to pressure. For any of those who read my posts, my reasons were very clear why I did not condone it. Anyway, I'm still here and willl be as much as I can until Christina is brought home. That is all I have been focused on is Christina, and the truth from thread one. All of the above JMO

yea, i looked it up a few threads ago and the sprint uniform is a black polo short sleeve with the little sprint emblem on it. but i never figured out if managers had to dress differently.

I for one (and I'm only speaking for myself here) feel that Arochi has information. I do agree that he lied to LE. It's clear based on the video evidence stated in the warrant (ie, his walking with her in the garage, his route home, etc) Do I know WHY he lied? No, I do not, and everything else is speculation. Do I think she left willingly with him in his vehicle? Yes. Beyond that I will not post because no one else is sleuthable on this forum at this point. I've said before that the actions of people AFTER her disappearance are only PART of the story, and I think that the actions and interactions of people BEFORE her disappearance are what hold the key.

If people sense snark from me, it's frustration -- because early on, this thread was about looking at ALL possibilities. Now it seems to be focused on one person and IMO that person, as well as the other "friends" at the party (which, by the way now number closer to 10 than 4 or 5) DO know something more. Am I 100% certain EA killed her? No. Do I think there was some terrible event that happened that he may have information about? Yes. Do I think people want to cover their asses? Yes I do. Could people have been threatened? Sure. But do I know for certain who needs deserves the death penalty here? No.

I get to the point of not even wanting to bother with this thread because if I question something and need something concrete, I get tagged as an Arochi supporter. I don't know any of these people personally -- maybe that's the thing: I think my objectivity is perceived as support. That couldn't be farther from the truth. I just don't think everything has been brought to the surface. If you sleuth hard enough you can piece things together. It's just not something we can do on the board, so I just have to leave it as my opinion only.

I agree with your post 100%. I really would like to lay out my thoughts and opinions but it would be against TOS, so for now until others are sleuthable, all I can say is my opinion is different from the majority and then dodge the bullets :) It will be a win-win no matter who is brought to justice for Christina as long as it is the truth because that is what it is all about IMO.

Hmmm. I've been reading this thread long enough to know that "presenting other theories that involve anyone other than EA as the perp" has not been welcomed, IMO. In fact, the snark is really annoying and doesn't help CM's case in the least. When I read the responses to the posters who are not on board with EA as th perp ....they come across snarky ...and imo I do not see a lot of "welcoming' of other theories /opinions ...not without snarky replies, or "how could you possibly think that" .... I don't know about others but that is why I lurk and do not post in this thread. With that being said, I do come here to read because I care for Christina's family and I cannot wait for Christina to be found and the perp(s) to be brought to justice.

Very nicely said in such a calm professional manner. Love your avatar saying.
