The thing that struck me when I watched the video is this...Christina Morris' face is going to one that will stick with us forever, just like Jon Benet's and Laci Peterson's. So Sad.

I agree with your post 100%. I really would like to lay out my thoughts and opinions but it would be against TOS, so for now until others are sleuthable, all I can say is my opinion is different from the majority and then dodge the bullets It will be a win-win no matter who is brought to justice for Christina as long as it is the truth because that is what it is all about IMO.

Can you lay out your thoughts within the TOS? Use "XX" rather than real initials. Of course it may make no sense.

I do think there are several who want to share opinions and don't. I really wish y'all would just post your thoughts. I know some won't agree, but I've seen differing opinions posted politely. We are all here for a common cause!!

I'd like to bring up the people who were at the party that evening. Now, granted, we take this info from Arochi's interview, but honestly we have very little as far as proof of the people who were there. He said there were about ten people at the party at the apartment, then they went to bars, then to Whataburger, then back to the apartment. It was stated before that around 4-5 people were at the apartment at the end of the evening (I'm still not sure why the range. I mean with such a small group, you'd think they could count up A, B, C, and D were there or A, B, C, D, and E were there.... but anyway, we will go with 4-5.)

So I am wondering who the people were who were partying with them at the apartment earlier in the evening before going to Henry's. The warrant says
Arochi's car was seen leaving the garage at 3:58 from the area behind Henry's where SB stated that Christina, Arochi, and other members of the group had parked. (paraphrased) When I read that, I wondered if some of the people who partied at the apartment earlier drove to the garage near Henry's figuring that they were leaving after bar-hopping, while some figured they would go back to PP's apartment later and could drive over whoever was left.

WHO were the people who comprised the extra 5-6 we haven't been thinking were there??? We know that SN was quoted by msm as being there that night, but was he only there at the beginning and then left? Or was he there the whole time? Were the others more friendly with Christina than the ones who stayed later? What were the whereabouts of those people for the rest of the evening?

Just throwing some questions out there to think about.

Why has EA not been named a POI? Clearly, according to the affidavit, the lies, the bruises, the car damage, the phones...LE must have enough to AT LEAST name him a POI, no?

Ever since the Atlanta olympic bombing no one is even named a POI until the have an arrest warrant or if it's an unknow person they have a picture of they want the public to identify the sometime will call them a poi

I was actually shocked when he said 10 on the interview. I had never ever heard that before. I would be curious to know who the other 5 were as well. I am going to dig in to that a bit but I am not sure I can even post the answer here. But thanks Cookie I am going to figure that out!

Maybe EA "added" some people.. The more people there are, maybe would take some interest off of him (in his mind)...?

I for one never agreed with the picketing and still don't. It was not a popular stance but I'm not one to back down due to pressure. For any of those who read my posts, my reasons were very clear why I did not condone it. Anyway, I'm still here and willl be as much as I can until Christina is brought home. That is all I have been focused on is Christina, and the truth from thread one. All of the above JMO

I respect that and appreciate your input. I could have worded the part you bolded better. I should have said the snarkiness diminished somewhat after the affidavit was released.

Why believe him about this, JMOM? He's a pathological liar, IMO.

There is a named POI in my case here and there is no arrest warrant. Matter of fact he has moved out of state and is stilled considered a POI.

Cookie, can you carry your speculations and questions further...do you think CM did in fact leave in EA's car. If so, do you think that another party goer met them somewhere later and there were premeditated sinister plans...or did they meet later and something unexpectedly went wrong? You can give your opinion and not name names...what suggests to you that the series of events you have in mind actually occurred. Also, are you still kind of on the fence about your theory or do you firmly believe your theory. I ask because I am sincerely interested in what is motivating the alternate theories. Maybe something helpful will emerge.

If this did happen, I just don't see EA allowing himself to be the fall guy. Why, with all this mounting pressure of the warrant and such would he remain quiet? They must have something big on him or he really is terrified. I don't know who is all involved, but EA is at least involved in some way.. I hope we get some answers soon.

That's part of the reason why I am not buying into the other theories....I just don't see why he would keep quiet to protect anyone else unless he is the primary person responsible. I could see some accessories after the fact or something like that.

IMO he went to OK because EA and/or people EA is close to go up that way frequently. MOO

ETA - but whoever did this (unless it was HF) wouldn't know they had 4 days. Which is why I think EA pulled out the dry vac at work to vacuum his car later that day. Who does that? MOO

I'm not a believer of any kind of conspiracy theory, in this case.. The more people involved, the less chance of them remaining quiet.. somebody would crack.. (especially with 20+ year old middle class kids) I think EA acted alone.. & OF COURSE JMO!!

That's the disadvantage to LE right now. Of course, if a crime was committed the criminal didn't know if they had 4 hours or 4 days at the time they committed the offense. The criminal could be sitting back and thinking,"FOUR days! I could have had more time to hide the evidence. Wish I had known I was going to have that much time!"
