The same could also be said about why the other friends are silent, right? That goes both ways. And to momoffourboys, one reason they could be silent is if other illicit activity, unrelated to her disappearance, were going on (not saying it was and JMO) and they don't want to draw attention to that. I think if that is the reason they are silent, if they started being eyed for the more serious crime of being implicated in CM's disappearance, they would quickly crack. Right now, they have no reason to say anything (except of course, because it would be the right thing to do, but not everyone operates that way).

As I said, people lie to protect the ones they love and/or in love with. This can apply to anyone on this case or any case on WS. And I do agree that speaking is the right thing, but we all know people do not and will not do that if it will implicate them and get them in trouble, if they think they will be innocent. This is why part of me feels LE has not discussed other people to keep them feel comfortable.

Three weeks from yesterday is when EA said his car was taken by LE for 11 days. I believe 8 weeks is what we are being told when to expect the forensics back, so another 5 weeks of waiting :waiting:.

I kind of think the reason the supposed friends aren't saying anything is because of what they all took part in at the apartment - which EA probably provided. I could be way off, but if any of the girls were mad at her, I'd like to think she would have felt that way before the night was over. I think she wanted to leave because the party was over, she was upset with boyfriend, wanted to go home and see what that was all about, also see her dog, and go to work the next day (maybe she didn't have to go in early) and she was sober enough to do just that. If drugs were involved (and I'm hoping they weren't) but maybe he talked her into going to get a little more for the weekend. Could she have thought that it would please her bf? Please forgive me if I'm off base - I was young once. Am afraid to post this, but here goes...IMO ONLY

I'm curious as to what he was doing during the 4 days before she was reported missing. Was he going on with his usual routine? Was his butt planted in front of the tv waiting to see when someone would notice? Did he drive back to where she is?

And have her keys been found? I don't think it matters but I'm curious.

Yeah I lean that way, too. Except I think she lost both her house and car keys and EA was giving her a ride to her parents house in Allen to get the spare set of keys. IMO Waiver on the friends direct involvement, but think they might have known something after. They could also feel tremendously guilty for having him around in the first place. IDK

All good questions. I wonder how he was acting, too. I think it matters about her car keys. If they were truly lost then that would be a strong reason to get in EAs car with him. And the whole reason she was walking to the garage in the first place.

I envision him in panic mode in the immediate days following.. I believe his co-workers stated (don't have the link handy) that he would stay in the back of the store, instead of the front, where he usually was.. and was acting weird.

Yeah, I am also interested in the interaction between EA and the other party attendees after it became known that Christina was missing and was last seen on 30 August. I can't help but think there were texts going from them to EA asking him questions. His response would be interesting to note. Their silence is strange.

When I think of the night out, I sometimes get this scenario in my head of why she wanted to go home so late: The night started out easy going and fun amongst the attendees. Then it's late,
back the apartment and everyone is "feeling good"(alcohol, whatever), Christina is getting upset about BF (SN reported she was upset about something). One or more of the "friends" started in on her about how she cheated on ExBF with the current BF (Carlton reported the group being friends with the ExBF). She couldn't take anymore and decided to leave. Dog was a good excuse. MOO

Car was seized on September 26th. If we believe EA that they had his car 11 days - until October 6th. 8 weeks from that date is .... November 24th. I'm going with "any day now"

ETA - but whoever did this (unless it was HF) wouldn't know they had 4 days. Which is why I think EA pulled out the dry vac at work to vacuum his car later that day. Who does that? MOO

I'm behind so you may have already gotten answers. Before EA made his page private he had talked about how he would go to Choctaw Casino in Oklahoma. I wonder if HF knew he frequented there and that's why he left flyers about CM at all the gas stations on the way to the casino area.
