In the state I live in we have had a huge problem of a new mix being transported here from down south. Drug dealers now aren't just selling heroin, but a mixture of the drug and fentanyl, a powerful pain medication that can be up to 100 times stronger than heroin alone. This is not the fentanyl available in pharmacies, however, this is a product being made illegally on the street.

And yes it can hit you like a freight train. Fine one minute then dead the next. We have had over 25 deaths alone in the last few months due to OD on this mix. Some that died, this was there first time doing any drugs. I have had patients that collapsed in front of me who seemed fine when I first saw them and then the next thing you know your doing CPR going what the h**l !!

My opinion based on my own experiences in the field.

Beating the dead horse over HF made me laugh too. One of my favorite lyrics - thank you Jimmy Buffet - is "if we couldn't laugh we'd all go insane." I like to think a little humor helps our VIs get through all this and stay with us at times.

That was my first thought, too, after I cleared HF and read the warrant. Happens so much it seems. If she was in his car, I do think that's what happened. Where he went, who he woke up, all those days afterward need to be answered (and they probably are, we just don't know it). How could he be so conscientious as to show up to work but have all those injuries to account for? Did he have to get in there and erase the phone, and did anyone help him do that or did he know how by now? With so many tracking systems and pings, texts, etc., I would be surprised if they didn't know everybody's movements by now. I'd like to see that chart!

I'm catching up from yesterday so apologize if this has been answered. BBM - that's a good point. Do we know when his phone was erased and when he switched it out?

Look if I could write a law for idiots and dummy in this situation .. his picture would be next to the law..
Why did he not say then where and how ??? He did not think things out, scared,confused,off meds, did not understand the question IDK dumb explanation JMO~

That information came up under a general search if his name is put in -Business SM he put out

I did a search & an address came up on Forest Ln & 635... looks like some small businesses.. maybe he used to work there? I noticed a wooded area next to it that seems to go down to a creek & under Forest Ln... Probably nothing... but caught my eye.. wonder if he is familiar with that area.. probably out of his way from that evening, but looks like a good hiding place, from what I could see....
