What were the new development's last week? Are you referring to the foot searches or something else?

Yes!! I stated earlier PPD aren't going to have twenty officers and other departments from other counties out helping search on a lead they don't believe is significant. I don't know what that development is but I believe our VI did, but I doubt it could be discussed. I don't know facts but I have several LE members in my family. They can't afford a search like that on a wild guess or hunch

I can't get past the amount of lies EA has told regarding that night and the days afterward.
I am having trouble understanding how someone, who lives with their parents can spend a week in jail and nobody knows.
I see absolutely no reason to wipe a phone unless there is some kind of evidence on it.
We know his injuries noted the next day were not from the made up bar fight, so if your going to lie about that it's because the true answer is going to get you in trouble.
There are many more things that EA has done, and not done, things he has said and not said that make me feel like he knows where CM is and what happened.

<Mod Snip>

MOO!!

I 100% agree regarding the circumstantial evidence piling up on EA. I for one am the type of person who doesn't convict unless LE makes their case. In this instance, LE has not named him a suspect. I can not in good concience stop looking at other possibilities if LE hasn't even come out and named him as a suspect. It's common sense they are looking a EA as the likely perp but they (LE) have not pulled the trigger. My opinion is not antagonistic towards those who have tried and convicted EA. As someone has stated before, I have no dog in this fight. We all want justice for Christina. I don't believe for a second that if EA is arrested those of us on the fence are going to say, "Oh darn. We were wrong." This is not a contest. I know these cases get heated. I've followed many and only signed up for this case becase it was local to me.

BBM - Yeah I think Carlton said something last week like he was upset about new information. And he said new info would come out sooner rather than later. Makes me sad to think about what that is... Maybe forensics, DNA? Just a guess.

I think all cases are different. Sometimes a POI is never named and then an arrest pops up. Sometimes a POI is named and is never arrested, case remains open. I've done the same as you...followed along several cases, jumped on because Plano is somewhat close to me. Point being I don't think you can go by what LE doesn't do or say. It seems like it's always different.

And agree it's not a contest. There is no winner here, no matter the outcome. I personally just don't see any other direction to look. Whenever I doubt my thinking it seems someone posts something like MissUnderstood just did with allllll that stacked against him and I'm back to EA. None of it makes any other sense to me.

Sorry if this has already been mentioned....I came across this photo:

Note the name Gutierrez----have you guys looked for stuff under this name? tia.

Yes. There was confusion in this information from the arrest of 9/26/2014 because it said "Monroe" and people at first thought it occurred in Louisiana, however the zip code is Lewisville and the Monroe refers to Charles Monroe who is a bail bondsman in Lewisville. I went back to the old threads to show you the conversation, but since it was closed I couldn't figure out how to copy the posts, but I did copy and paste the info for you below.

Gutierrez, Enrique Arochi
1000.00
Surety Bond
Received
09/26/2014
Monroe, Charles/75029
THEFT STOLEN PROP>=$500<$1,500

Charles Monroe is owner of Delta Bail Bonds in Lewisville, TX.

Omg I thought the same thing!! He was and still is so creepy. I followed that case like crazy. So glad her mom could stick with that search and she gave dignity of knowing who hurt her baby. I can't believe anyone would want to be married to him, a killer, but then again, I thought same thing about Charles Manson creepy

Okay, imo passing Custer RD northbound is our biggest lead:

Assuming he traveled approx 6 to 20 minutes in that direction at freeway speed, where would that put him? tia.

Does anyone know if he went to Collin College? I thought I saw CM (on her linkin) went there first before finishing at another college. Is that college close to her father home?

What was his 2010 arrest for? The one that was listed in the warrant (which is how LE knew he had the Gutierrez name as well).

I know we talked about that on here before and I don't remember to be honest. I remember I couldn't find it myself but another poster looked it up and posted about it. I'll see if I can find it.

To me, it's about connecting the dots. There is pretty much a common thread to the party that night, most of the people at the party, at least when it was 4 or 5 (I believe we could be up to 10 now) went to Allen High School at the same time. HP and ALP also went to Allen HS - why would they boycott the party? Was the argument between CM and HP about the get together that Friday night? I know.. I know... Can't go there.

Why use the word boycott? That's a bit of a loaded word. Maybe they had other plans for the night or just didn't feel like hanging out with that group at the Shops.

(O/T, this case is really reminding me of Adrienne Salinas' case (link to her case is in my signature line), and is really making me think again about the taxi driver, last to talk to her, yet surveillance shows him alone---was she in his trunk?)

So we have zero Vi's?
Was this due to bickering and high school stuff? If so, thats such an insult. No point for any of us to be on here if we cant get info from the FEW ppl that have it and take their personal time to come on here and clear things up for us, and then get harassed. We were getting so close to hearing about the next break.
The goal was to work together to get Christina home to friends, new and old, and of course, her family. How dissapointing to lose Carlton and Jmom.
About as dissapointing as the Nancy Grace episode Thursday night. I thought Jane V. did a far better segment. I loved Nancy Grace and have always supported her (dancing stars and all) but what was up with giving all the attention to someone like Bill Cosby when someone like Sweet Christina Morris is missing? Makes no sense at all. I myself have placed Nancy Grace in my "time out" for now.
Or at least until she says "unleash the lawwwwyyyyyyers"!

And in my opinion...EA is guilty and proven guilty of............. LYING!!! For starters!

Found it in thread #14!

I don't have a link, but another poster found this:

State of Texas vs. Enrique Gutierrez Arochi
Filed 20 Dec 2010
Date of crime 17 Dec 2010
Case # 2010146533
Theft under $50

In my state, defense attorneys are required to take on TWO court appointed cases per year pro bono.
A friend of mine has recently gotten in trouble. He was lucky enough to fall into the hands of one of the biggest and most expensive defense attorneys...pro bono. Just sayin'.

Most of the MSM reported that Enrique Arochi "hired " Paul Johnson, not that PJ was appointed to represent EA.

Awesome. Thanks. I'll go back and look. So it's only been two arrests? For some reason I thought it was more than that, but I would have only known that from that thread.

Who besides EA has confirmed there were 10 people at the party? I only recall EA saying so.

No one else has, but it's an avenue worth investigating IMO if that might mean more people could have seen Christina that night. Maybe they would have insight into how she was feeling, was she uncomfortable, was she fighting with some of her "friends" who were there, was EA hitting on her, was she actually talking about going home to Ft. Worth (or was that something her "friends" made up.) I know EA has lied like crazy, but if the 4-5 friends number came from the people who were last at the apartment, we have been told many times that they haven't been so helpful themselves..... soooooo who CAN we believe at this point?? I'm just hoping to dig up some more witnesses who MIGHT be helpful and honest!!
