Maybe LE should speak to his insurance carrier, if he filed a claim with them. His accident story may be very different and/or filing a false claim is illegal.

I am sure that has been done already. That was a big issue, the damage. Especially since it wasn't there when he was at The Shops that night. I can't see LE not calling to check and see if he reported the damage and what he said damaged his car. Because we all know his angry punch didn't cause it. IMO

In my opinion, at some point, between the time AE's vehicle was registered at 4:08 at Cluster, and 10:15 when he was caught on video inspecting and wiping it down, I believe he went home to take a shower and get his alibi lined up.

He would probably have been expecting a visit from LE, as he was the last person to see Christina, so wanted to make sure that he had no dna traces on himself (and possibly dirt or leaves, depending on where he had been), and he needed to shower and clean his fingernails.

He more than likely woke up a family member and asked them to lie for him regarding the time he came home. He may not have even told them the reason why, but just "if anyone asks, I was home at 4:15" (or whatever time he gave). Once he was cleaned up and had an alibi set up, he was then free to clean up his car and wait for the visit from LE, which unfortunately wouldn't come for another 4 days, but he wasn't to know that.

I completely agree in regard to the airbags and the computer. I was referring to a variety of injuries that can be sustained during impacts that are not direct, severe, full-on/head-on collisions.

Just thinking about something. Christina was missing for four days with no contact with HF and he didn't find that odd. That is there thing. Many said this isn't a big deal either. So EA goes 3 addl days from not talking or seeing his parents. I am not understand the difference? What is 3 extra days? If we want to justify what HF thought maybe his parents also thought he was with friends or his girlfriend. I just don't see questioning his parents not calling/worrying or be lying and then not do the same for HF. Jmo

I don't think either absense would be normal behavior in my mind and I would be worried about both.

I completely agree in regard to the airbags and the computer. I was referring to a variety of injuries that can be sustained during impacts that are not direct, severe, full-on/head-on collisions.

Without wanting to make a broad generalization, Hispanic families (esp when they live at home) are very close. I am sure he told them he was somewhere just not the truth...

Well being a parent myself and 2 of my children still live at home, if one of them didn't come home or make contact with me for a day, there would be an issue. However I do have a son out of high school, and if he and his gf got in an argument and he didn't speak with her, I wouldn't necessarily be concerned about that.

I get your point, Hunter should have checked on Christina, and I know for a fact, he knows that as well. She doesn't live with her parents, it was a holiday weekend, Jonni knew that Christina had plans that weekend. It wasn't a spur of the moment trip to Plano or to PP apartment. I also have a daughter that is grown, married, and has a child of her own. I talk to her several times a week, but if she had plans to be gone and didn't call me for a few days I wouldn't panic over it. She does that. She's grown and has a life of her own. But that is just me and JMO

Also, facts come from the affidavit and warrant that yes I read with my own two eyes. Facts come from Jonni, my friend, who happens to know a lot more than apparently you think she does. She is super involved in her daughters case. I search every day, I know what I am looking for and what I am not looking for. So yes I know a lot. And for the record, I have never spoken to the Sprint guy.

Her not coming home should of set off red flags but I guess bc they were fighting and he may have an attitude of not caring what she did that weekend he prob didn't report anything which was dumb.

IMO, he was taking her back to the party apartment because it was quite a treck from the apartment to the garage. I'm thinking he offered to take her back to the party apartment to find her keys. Maybe she realized she didn't have her keys while they were walking to the garage. If they had the same kind of phone she could have charged, but I'm thinking that didn't happen or her phone would likely have pinged outside the shops.

She has an iPhone, based on pix. He could've had anything.
