I know, I know, go back and read, but short on time this morning. Is it a fact that he (EA) was indeed in jail for 4 days or however long and his parents had no idea?? If that's the case, and from my understanding it is, and I'm sure someone will correct me, a lot things could have/probably did go on with him in or out of that house and they were clueless. That's a problem as well.

I totally agree EA seems to be the main POI.
Everything points to and at him.

I just have a few things nagging at me about all this is all.
and its sad I cant ask any questions about it.

Why can't you ask questions about it?

Cherry picking? What do you mean?

EA was the last person seen with Christina. She has not been seen or heard from since he walked in the parking garage with her. He lied about even speaking to her on the walk from the apartment and pretty much everything else concerning his whereabouts and activities from time he walked with her to the time he got to work 3 hours late. IMO that isn't cherry picking that is bringing to light that something here is amiss. Christina is the victim, her family and friends are the victims here. Let's keep everything in perspective shall we.

I could care less about anyone's drug involvement to be completely honest. I want to know where Christina is. I want to know if she is alive or if she has been harmed, and I want the person responsible for that prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If people want to sell and take drugs so be it that is their choice to ruin their lives, I could care less. But I want to know what happened to Christina and if we have to cherry pick, picket, scream, be loud, we will be. IMO there is no cherry picking going on, the facts are the facts. He could stop the entire thing by telling the truth. And if he didn't do it so be it. But he makes himself look guilty by his actions IMO. And if he didn't do it, then he needs to fess up and tell who did. But I think he did it. I think he knows exactly where she is and what happened to her. And we WILL find her. We will not give up not today, tomorrow, or ever. However long it takes we will keep searching until she is home where she belongs.
I agree. Of course we all are trying to think outside the box and question everyone including ex boyfriend, friends that night, stranger abduction, people who may have made negative comments on her FB page, past boyfriends or anyone who could have had a beef with her or a beef with HF. Leave no possibility unturned kind of thing.
But if we are to go based on what information has been released from LE then it clearly points to 1 person as POI. HF is mentioned but I have not seen any records released from LE regarding his interview with them and them catching him in lies, any reports of anything suspicious on his phone or him wiping data, any request to search his car or their house since they lived together. Until that information is released and we see some descrepencies with his story as well then my focus will be on EA and what happened between 4:08am and 10:15am

I know this has been covered, but can someone tell me what time was she reported missing on Tuesday, September 2nd?

Do people on here keep stating it was 4 days because it was beyond the 72 hour mark? I know it's a minor point , but I have seen it stated repeatedly on here (especially when it comes to HF) that she wasn't reported missing for 4 days.

She was last seen on Saturday morning and reported missing on Tuesday - that's 3 days.

I think it was close to midnight. I think I read somewhere her family and friends wanted to make sure she hadn't gone somewhere before reporting her missing. Which I would do, too. I could be wrong, but thought I saw that somewhere.

So Suzy brought up a great point that EA had a Gold Galaxy and Christina had an I phone. They wouldn't have had the same charger. So if she went with him willingly, she couldn't have had her keys IMO. If she did I would think she'd want to get her charger out of her car. I would if I had a dead phone and wanted to get in touch with my boyfriend.

Random thought and MOO.

BBM - Wonder what he did with his clothes. Does washing/dry cleaning get off DNA (assuming there wasn't a lot of blood.)?

I wonder too. Since they have video surveillance they have an idea of what he was wearing. I know the search warrant said his home and car but I believe it has been stated they have not searched his home. I would think they would ask for his clothes AND shoes can be very telling as well. If they were muddy or he stepped in anything. He did have several days to clean or dispose of clothing and shoes he was wearing.

I'm still wondering can you have three active cell phones with the same phone number. The only thing I can find is forum answers and it seems debatable.

I agree with you, Helen_Ready, that things went smoothly yesterday and a lot of progress was made. AGREED!

However, I'm not sure about this being a different group today. I know I was here yesterday and 17 previous threads worth and I see many of the same names, which is great. It means many are following the case and keeping Christina's name in the forefront.

I don't understand what you mean by my "car theory." I mentioned that people can sustain injuries in vehicles from sideswipes (as opposed to full-on direct impacts.)

Additionally, to address your point, I think people can disagree but have to leave it at that b/c other names are not allowed.

Also, I'm a she. It's an honest mistake since my screen name sounds androgynous, generic, French. :) No biggie!

I totally had you as a man also in my brain. Hahaha

Or she just thought she'd use his phone.

It was stated he would change them out always the same number. Since he worked for sprint that wouldnt be hard for him to do. Just activate whichever phone he wanted to use. It was same number and same account but only 1 phone at a time is how I understood it.

OT. I'm not sure as to why, but I think most of the posters on board with WS are women. Sure can't go by pseudonyms, though.

Im not a techy wiz by any stretch, but more than one cell phone with the same number sounds like a nightmare for the user as well as LE and anyone who needed to trace calls and info; so I'm guessing (hoping) that's not possible. (Or at least extremely difficult and rare? But that still leaves "possible" in the mix.) Maybe I'm missing something, but if it were possible for multiple phones to have the same number, then why stop at three? And moreover, anyone could say anything about the phones and who they were intending to call or even who received the call/text from what location and what phone? ...Nightmare.

Can't you just swap the SIM card from phone to phone?

From what I have read, Sprint will only assign 1 ESN (electronic serial number) to each phone number. The ESN is a serial number found somewhere on your cellphone (like under the battery). In addition, cell phones are constantly sending out a signal telling phone towers "hey, I'm right here!", and that information is stored so that if someone calls, the call can be routed to the nearest tower of your last known location.

If you have two lines, you can have one cell phone forward it's calls to a different cell phone, but it would require two lines.

No only one active at a time. I am sure government agencies and such have specialized equipment to make such a thing possible, but as a former cell phone store manager myself, it is not possible for any of us.

When you activate a cell phone it ties into the specific device Id (IMEI #), then when someone dials that phone number towers locate that specific IMEI to connect and pass the call through.

As soon as you try to activate another phone, it will delete the previous IMEI and update it with the new one. There are however ways to have calls forwarded instantly from one phone to another so that the first phone wouldn't even ring, but the second phone would still have to have it's own separate phone number.

I hope that wasn't too confusing! I am not very good at explaining things lol.

I think so, but that would still leave only one operable phone with that same number at a time. (?)

Edit to add: Sorry. I just saw the post above me. Posting on top of each other. :)
