What's north of that? Where is Bethany and 75? (TIA for the geography lesson).
Ok if going Sam Rayburn Tollway he would pass Custer then W Exchange Pkwy, next exit Alma Rd, then W stacy rd. I do not know if any of those exits are tolls and I also am not saying that is the route he went. Just a possibility based on the theory of dropping her off at her Dad's? He told police he went home 75 to Bethany exit but we know that is not true. If you google map his address from the affidavit he does live near there and would have been the most logical route to take if he was going straight home like he stated.

We need more to go on here. Feel like we are going in circles. I know we are missing a LOT of missing pieces but it seems like with being able to mention or sleuth others its like a road block. I have my thoughts about others involved but just cant mention them as I'm sure many of you have also. Thinking the PM comes in handy for these type of thoughts. :fence:

Was thinking about this with the dumpster or areas behind Sprint

OT. I'm not sure as to why, but I think most of the posters on board with WS are women. Sure can't go by pseudonyms, though.

(Sure are a bunch of "moms" here (vasportsmom, momoffourboys, jmom...list goes on...seems like a million members here with "mom" in their names:) .

Really good thinking.

Do we know if LE searched there? I would think so, would hope so...

Will Christina ever be found? I've got no formula on that. :( I hope so. So many girls still out there, though...Heather Elvis, Brittanee Drexel, Jessica Heeringa...the list goes on and on. Hopefully one day someone will find Christina, and sooner than later. Sometimes it takes years (Holly Bobo, Lynsie, Lyric and Lizzie, list goes on...).

I just posted about the road behind Sprint where he works. There is a dumpster, looks like several abandoned or empty buildings/old storage units. Train tracks. But the fact that he stopped at Krogers and was seen cleaning areas of his car just prior to going to work makes me think that would not be a logical search area

Keep in mind (and not to be morbid), the stench of a decomposing body is quite strong & would possibly be noticed if it is near a public area... much different than animals. Of course, not that EA would think of that..

some say he the last registered toll was the gantry. The thing with Custer is there is a Custer exit you pay a toll on, there is also a toll entrance for Custer area. Also, the gantry passes over the physical Custer rd. So that all depends on which of these was his last triggered spot. Right after that is a lot of treed areas and part of the Watters area that they were searching a different end of last week.
He would have gotten off at the exit past Custer Rd if the information I have on her Dad's address is correct.

yeah, my friend was describing it to me b/c she had experienced this once.... said it was like no other smell and can be smelled from a distance away... I can't imagine.!

unless he actually did go and fingerprint clock in, leave, do something with her, and then clean his car before going back to work and shop vaccing his car?

Link regarding GPS & Law:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_v._Jones_(2012)

n October 2013, the Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit addressed the unanswered question of "whether warrantless use of GPS devices would be 'reasonable — and thus lawful — under the Fourth Amendment [where] officers ha[ve] reasonable suspicion, and indeed probable cause' to execute such searches."[58] United States v. Katzin was the first relevant appeals court ruling in the wake of Jones to address this topic. The appeals court in Katzin held that a warrant was indeed required to deploy GPS tracking devices, and further, that none of the narrow exceptions to the Fourth Amendment's warrant requirement (e.g. exigent circumstances, the "automobile exception", etc.) were applicable.[

I hope that's the case. He couldn't have gone THAT far in that amount of time...

BBM - Really? That's interesting. I'm wondering if he didn't turn where he was supposed to, Christina realizes he's taking her somewhere else, grabs the wheel and he slams into a concrete barrier. That would have caused right side damage if she pulled the steering wheel towards her. So if he was on the Sam Rayburn, where would he have had to turn off to get to her dad's house?

Jumping off your post, similarly, and mentioned before, say she went with him willingly bc she thought he was going get her wherever she wanted/needed to go...Say they're driving, and he makes a move on her (grabs her chest for example)...

There was a case out of Denver many years ago, and bf and gf had a fight while driving, he hit her really hard, killed her with one blow to the head, the car crashed, he tried to blame it on the crash but the injuries showed otherwise...

I am under the impression, from information provided by VIs, that he passed through the toll gantry on Custer. He did not exit or enter there, just kept going through and that is the last toll on Sam Rayburn. :)

I am very far behind and catching up. What if when CM was using EA phone to text her boyfriend she saw texts EA had been sending to someone else about her. For example what if EA was texting her ex and saying bad things about her and she saw it. When I go to text area of my phone it lists everyone I've been texting and you can read the first line of each text. Maybe it caught her eye when she was texting hf from his phone. Maybe she called him out on it and he was trying to get his phone back and hit something while driving and he got so mad they started physically fighting.

There is also a house abandoned off Hardin b/w Virginia and Eldorado I believe. You can barely see the house b/c it's so grown over, but it's right off the road.

https://www.google.com/maps/d/edit?mid=zGnQ_xLZOyWI.kevEuuLnBjtM

Here is the link to the map I made. Please note that I have given anyone with the link the option to edit the map. I've done this because it will allow you to use tools to measure distance between two points and add new point if you would like. If I see that being abused in anyway that is not conducive to helping Christina, I will change the settings. I do have the original map saved so I can also revert back to the original map at any time. Thanks!

Very helpfull!
