I guess that means we cant sleuth the alleged 10 people that were there that night?

You worded your reply much better than I. Well played....

FYI guys, the only person that can be sleuthed is EA. If that changes we will certainly let you know.

HTH

OMG. LIGHTBULB. LYNSIE'S case, I watched it again bc you guys were talking about it...remember the dumpsite??!!! One of his dad's company's jobsites!

(See, this is where it gets tricky with TOS).

So I'll just say this. LE, if you're reading, based on other cases and generally speaking, I hope you look into properties, buildings (residential or commercial), sheds, vacant/abandoned homes which might be associated occupationally with anyone in EA's immediate circle.

There.

(now off to trulia.com  )

I said this on about thread 3...somewhere in cyberspace he had listed his job as real estate assistant and I mentioned that he probably had access to many, many properties. The job description had disappeared by the time he was officially ok to discuss here, though, so I didn't mention it since I did not have a link.

Welcome back! You were missed.

Do you mean we can't sleuth the other ones that refused the polygraph?

That and getting attorneys...

I do think the 4 days is crucial here. Things could have certainly been changed around and makes for more time to travel. Seems to me he would know that the searches would be near his home at some point. So why not go back and move her unless he either had help or placed her in a odd place first off. Maybe a dumpster, street gutter, under a bridge (guard rails here), construction site and places that. CM is small enough to push through a street gutter off the side of the road. These should be looked into probably with the dogs

He would have had no idea he had extra time, though. He probably expected her to be reported missing Saturday morning.

Even though he didn't know he had the 4 days he indeed did. Not like LE knew who to follow or investigate on day 4. Either way he (they) had 4 days ...plus

Hence the reason he was late to work (covering tracks). And dry vac'ing his car at work. I know some of you don't think its odd....maybe he did it often. I personally find it very strange. IMO

I would think that is the busiest day of the week for work as well. Seemed to have very different priorities that day than working

I have had various jobs for the last 28 years, and I can say that I personally have never vacuumed my car on company time. I've cleaned out my purse, written some checks or paid bills online, spent some quality time with Candy Crush...that candy isn't going to crush itself you know!!

Just a thought that entered my head while fixing dinner. What if the stuff he was cleaning up on the passenger floor mat was vomit? Could be that if she did go with him willingly that she may have also gotten sick and vomited. Her history of migraines may make it a possible cause. After that there are several different scenario's that could taken place. JMO

So that 4 days gave him extra time for the cover up, retrace his steps, clean and try to destroy evidence? His body to heal from the bitemark and possible other scratches? Does anyone know if a bitemark turns into a bruise as it is healing?

His co-workers have spoke about his demeanor in the days following stating he stayed in the back office that day instead of out front trying to make sales. He also started saying things like he was a good person, he doesnt go out anymore etc.

I completely remember it too, but I didn't know if I could bring it up.

Very possibly all things considered...

I am guessing once HF knew she was missing he told LE the last he knew she was with EA using his phone, so they would have had a pretty good idea where to start. And EA knew HF knew CM was with him. I will be surprised if she is found in a different location than where whatever happened, happened. Just my thoughts tho :)

Very, very interesting timing for that particular job description to disappear.
