Good points, also have to factor in that the morning she went missing was opening day for dove season.
I'm confused. Didn't dove season begin Sunday morning? Sept 1, right? So... 24 hours after she disappeared, there'd be more folks on the road early, and people trekking through the wilderness.

OK if it were dove season men would be out and might have seen something?

30 days hath... oh, Monday! Yes! Good catch. So, 48 hours after she disappeared. But, still good to have more people out in rural places.

Wait... were you trying to give a hint Carlton? I hope I didn't screw it up. Is there something involving hunters that you want us to turn our focus toward?

I sure would like to know what that dent looks like, so I could come up with some ideas of what caused it.

I wonder if he called his insurance company; would like to know what he told them - or even what he told the body shop. I'm sure they have been interviewed.

Probably "hit & run"...

BBM - Really? That's interesting. I'm wondering if he didn't turn where he was supposed to, Christina realizes he's taking her somewhere else, grabs the wheel and he slams into a concrete barrier. That would have caused right side damage if she pulled the steering wheel towards her. So if he was on the Sam Rayburn, where would he have had to turn off to get to her dad's house?

We know where he exited. We DONT know where he turned. He did however, exit OFF the tollroad (freeway)at Custer. After that, He could have gone thru Custer, turned BEFORE or after reaching Custer and not sure if he went right or left. LE might know this but from the statement I only know he got OFF the freeway with Custer being the next main intersection. I had to drive this myself to be clear. A gantry is the tunnel with the cameras for your tolltag. The tollroads have big gantry's that go all the way across the freeway weather you exit or not. I thought this might be the case, but the gantry where he exited is only for those leaving the freeway (tollway). (fyi...for those of you not famailiar with the area). As for those little cameras at every intersection...I researched and found out they do NOT record. They only monitor traffic activity. Hopefully I'm wrong on this. Does anybody know differently?

I just started following another missing persons case... I am reading the comments on the fb page and everyone is commenting up a storm... Where to search...who's handing out flyers...setting up times to meet to search...everyone is offering any help and thoughts that they can possibly think of and the family is so welcoming and thankful for it all.... Made me think of how secretive and everything was so hush hush in the beginning on her fb page.... Why was that???? I find it very odd...

My point is there is a double standard here. We are excusing the behavior of one, while even possible accusing the other of lying. We don't know what she told HF, just like we don't know what he told his parents. What we do know is she was gone from her home from 4 days no call and text and he was for 3 extra days. I find it very hypocritical to excuse one behavior and not the other. But that is me. Know, you know more than we do, so I understand why you may feel differently.

Also besides the fact that HF had voluntarily let them have his phone and go through it and that his stories all line up with what he told LE and he is genuinely remorseful makes him not even remotely comparable to a liar. He will have to live with the fact that he didn't call for whatever reason that none of us know which could just merely be due to immaturity and the way their relationship evolved, however, if everyone thinks HF could remotely be involved then start posting how and what clues or media links are there to substantiate such a theory. I'll be the first to consider it if you can provide any proof of such theory he was directly involved. However, considering he was cleared by family and in Fort Worth I don't think that's the case. The family has every right to be angry and picket, look into and be concerned about EA because he was the last one with her and all the fingers/evidence to date are pointing at him. That's not to say the family are thrilled HF didn't call, but why blame him? How was he to know someone was going to harm her, or that she didn't want to see him? Also we don't even know if he tried to call her, he may have but alerting others if he/she were arguing he might have felt awkward if he calls her mother and she says she has heard from Christina and doesn't want to talk to you yet, but regardless of why he didn't bother to report her, so far there is zero evidence that he was involved. Find the evidence and I'm sure everyone will feel differently. IMO but also MY honest opinion is EA knows exactly what happened and he's where the focus should be!

He did get off the freeway? I thought the VIs said that he went through the Custer toll but didn't exit. That's the last toll heading north, I think. I could have all this wrong, so please correct me if so!

I believe because there were so many tips, different stories and time of four days passing there were concerns of what was posted and maybe it was the advice at the time they received. Just like raising a child, there is no perfect manual. You do the best you can and no family is prepared for a loved one to go missing and it's so very hard to know who to trust and in this particular case IMO due to all the inconsistency going on early on, there was fear of who cares and who was there to cause drama. You can't go back, you just have to move forward and there has always been one goal in mind and that is finding Christina no matter what it takes. So for me, I believe it wasn't on purpose but out of respect for the family and gaining control of what was posted and how. Some of the people helping might not have been know as much about social media. Several including me had never really even used Twitter but many are doing whatever they can, going above and beyond and the Team Christina is very strong and very united. We're not giving up like JMOM said, not today, not tomorrow or ever until she comes home. As Jonni said. Giving up is NOT an option.

IMO the PPD has been very secretive, so maybe the family has been instructed to do the same? IDK. But I don't think unless you've been in the situation they are facing you know exactly what you are supposed to do, you just want to bring your loved one home. MOO

Thankfully the big cameras do record, and IIRC, several of us have the stack of photo-bills from SRT and the local redlight cams to substantiate it. :/

The theory of this being a defense attorney's playground was discussed months ago. (Sadly!) and everyone seems to have moved past it. Exploring all options to find Christina is worth pressing forward. Who knows how many 'on point' ideas have stemmed from a seemingly 'creative' theory?

If it helps bring her home, it's valuable.
It's all valuable, because they'll find her.
No matter how long it takes.
There will be justice.

A defense team would need to know what EA and LE know in order to float ideas. From the repeated mentions of HF lately, if defense is throwing out ideas, they're focusing on making HF the "reasonable doubt" to save EA...

HF's alibi would be one thing the defense wouldn't be able to know or confirm at this point.

If you have an opinion please share ...with any forum or debate, if your opinion does not line up with the facts ...it's just a thought.. At the very least try to put forth another theory...otherwise to me it looks like the opinion could be put forth just to get the discussion off topic... PS...I love varying opinions ......please share and support your reasons if they are challenged. Challenging your reason not to believe doesn't mean your not welcome on here. All are welcome.. Just be strong enough to stand the heat....its not personal

Was this directed at me or to Frisson, who was the person I was asking?
