O/T - much better today. Weak.... still not 100%, but better. Thanks for asking :-)

Hope you are feeling better from the flu/bug you were battling.

We are super excited about the publicity Christina's story is getting. Our social media team works super hard on all of this stuff. Lots more to come. :-) Gotta keep her name and face out there. It only takes one person to see her face or read something that sparks a memory that can lead us to her. #FINDCHRISTINA

What I can tell you b/c I'm very familiar with this area.... you would not confuse these two parking garages. No way, No how.

I agree. The two garages are not very similar at all. The entrances are totally different!

I hope PPD checked video in Blue Martini garage as well. It just occurred to me that maybe EA drove out of Henry Tavern garage and drove thru Blue Martini garage and handed Christina off to someone??

Good idea! I hope that checked that video too.

I also hoped they checked the video for anything that might help this case, but I can't wrap my head around handing her off to someone. That would risk 2 different people being seen in 2 different garages, kidnapping someone and for no reasons that make sense to me. it would also have to go like very well planned clockwork, for EA to hit that toll gantry at the time he did. JMO!!

Glad you're back.

The driving around thinking of a hiding place is something that's bothers me, I don't think most people would have in their minds a place that they could go if they needed to hide a body so if we imagine ourselves in the position of someone who somehow ends up needing to do that, what would be the sequence of events.

Firstly I'd say there's got to be an "oh **** what I have I done" moment, then an internal (or maybe external) conversation, "shall I call LE, shall I just run, shall I hide the body and all the stuff", if you decide to hide everything it's going to take a while to think if where to go, go there, get sorted, get home, get cleaned up.

My questions are where is this happening, by the side of the road?, at home? in some other safe place? and how long does it all take?

While I don't see any other likely perp than EA the logistics and timing of it all is puzzling me.

JMO

Most perps go back to an area of childhood or young adulthood where they felt safe & could hide.
Sometimes it's near Grandma's house or where they built tree houses in the woods when they were a Boy Scout. Sometime it's a place where they would ride their ATV or motorbike/scooter--a trail they would frequent when alone.
A secret place...
& sometimes their own backyard if it backs up to a creek or woods...maybe even a home they lived in a long time ago. They will go back in time to a place they've explored & know well.

All moo & speculation

So true, Zippixx-
Your so right it would have to go like clockwork, there would be maybe2-3 minutes to transfer her to others car. It seems highly improbable to me. If she was transferred in the martini parking lot, we still have to explain damage to EA's car, cleaning/ squeeging, injury to EA's body, late to work, vaccuming car after being late to work etc.

I have a question about the search warrant for EA's car. Does LE give a copy of that information to the property owner when they search? In other words, had EA seen the info we have all now seen prior to the interviews he gave, even though the info wasn't available to the public yet?

Just watched a segment on the dogs being used. It looks like they let them off the leash to run free maybe with obvious guidance and obeying commands from the trainers so they can follow a scent?

I'm no expert, but it looks like the first 5 pages of what we have seen is the affidavit for LE to obtain the warrant & the last 2 pages are the actual warrant. If I had to guess, I would think all LE needed to impound the car would be the search warrant & did not show EA the affidavit (even though EA would eventually be able to see it just like we did). And with that said I could be TOTALLY WRONG!!... Maybe someone else will pop on here & clarify.

The search warrant is presented at the time the search is to be done. Here is info from the Texas code:

On searching the place ordered to be searched, the officer executing the warrant shall present a copy of the warrant to the owner of the place, if he is present. If the owner of the place is not present but a person who is present is in possession of the place, the officer shall present a copy of the warrant to the person. Before the officer takes property from the place, he shall prepare a written inventory of the property to be taken. He shall legibly endorse his name on the inventory and present a copy of the inventory to the owner or other person in possession of the property. If neither the owner nor a person in possession of the property is present when the officer executes the warrant, the officer shall leave a copy of the warrant and the inventory at the place.

Conducting a search in a reasonable manner generally includes showing the occupant of the home a copy of the warrant upon request. But if the occupant doesn’t ask, the officer doesn’t need to immediately display the warrant.

Interesting... where did you see that?

When Hannah Graham was missing, I remember some sleuthers making comments to the effect that if she was in a landfill it would make it so difficult to find her. I apologize for the morbid thought, but I hope these have been checked.

Does anyone know where they are searching with the dogs? Allen?

They probably won't say.

From what I've read, these types of dogs would probably find a body in a landfill. They actually pick up scents around water (lakes, ponds, etc).. pretty amazing..
