All Im saying is I don't think he killed Christina.
I think that blame will put on another.

It very possible he was drunk and sideswiped something.
Even fell!
We have what appeared to be a bite mark.. Not so sure it was one.

when LE comes out and gives us real info then ill make up my mind. As Of now I just don't think he hurt her.
We don't know anything more than we knew months ago!

But LE does!

But why lie?... .
No one cares if he hit his car drunk.

Oh, I'm pretty sure LE would take note - dude drives drunk. Even admitted he was drunk and sideswiped a rail. Also, I don't think Mom and Dad would be too happy to hear Jr is drinking and driving.

The police might take note and mom and dad might be disappointed in their little guy but he wouldn't be in as much not water as he seems to be right now with this I would think. Not like he'd be arrested for a DUI from the past when no one pulled him over etc.

Jumping off others suggestions of him not being the #1 guy, maybe someone in their circle had some sort of beef with Christina. Maybe EA texted that person "you'll never guess who is in my car" or something to that effect. Then that person is intrigued says meet me with her at some remote location (perhaps with a lot of ruts, trees etc to damage a small car) then things get bad from there. Maybe the injuries were from a fight with that other person. Who knows, just another scenario. Really was hoping for Christina's family to have some sort of closure by now.

The least of their worries right now, I imagine.

True dat, but my mind doesn't work like a 25 y/o male's mind. If he truly had nothing to do with harming CM then he's not thinking about covering his arse for that - he's thinking about covering his behind for getting effed up and damaging his vehicle.

Thank you for being brave and throwing out this idea. Just talking it out: I would think that if EA would be the type to "fight" another person for Christina's sake; he would of called the police or at least told that version when LE questioned the first time. Moo. But maybe I am missing something.

That information has not been released.

I too have wondered about the bite mark, if what the co worker saw wasn't a bite we may be letting a false assumption guide our thinking. Can either of the VIs confirm whether LE saw the mark and confirmed that it as a bite?

LE might have been able to figure out something like that had he not wiped his phone. I so hope they were able to recover that data. That would be amazing! I'm not sure anything about wiping a phone or what happens to that data though.

Completely agree, it doesn't make complete sense. Unless he knowingly brought her to danger he should be singing if innocent. But every other scenario doesn't really make sense either. Its all just IMO..And I wouldn't say brave I am pretty new here so haven't been scared off by arguments yet. I'm sure there is a missing link and pray LE has or will find it.

Definitely food for thought. You would think since they have him tagged at Custer Gantry northbound on 121 the experts would have some idea of where CM might be. As far as he knew, he had only a few hours at the most to do what he needed to do before she would be reported missing. Who in the circle of friends would have a beef with CM and why would EA be willing to take her to someone with nefarious intentions?

My husband is very into technology and cell phones. He's always upgrading and rooting phones. Switching between one to another, mostly to give reviews on devices to a forum. It seems simple enough to do if you know what you're doing, quick at least. I will have to ask him if the data is gone forever. I would think it's retrievable somewhere under the phone number though? I know our bills still show incoming and outgoing calls etc. The phone number doesn't change only the device. And btw, if he had a bunch of phones at hand he would probably switch them out very often. Not because he's hiding anything but he's just a little nerdy. (IMO) :) Not saying this is the case for EA but thought I'd mention that since it was discussed.

Well, I don't have a link, and I'm certainly not claiming to have psychic powers (whatever they are) but all day today I've been feeling this strong sense that she is alive somewhere. Let's hope that's true!

You're cool.... Let's take this one step further: let's say EA was scared to tell the truth about that night bc of possible extracurricular money making ventures that are not legal. Even after that consideration, I would tell everything I know bc I am possibly looking at prison for murder. He however has been untruthful at every turn of the investigation from the beginning to now.

There's no evidence of a murder, or even a crime at this point. He's still cooperating according to LE.

Perhaps there was some kind of scenario of "you bring me such and such" and "I'll give you CM."

I've thought of that as well. And the only conclusion that supports the theory I can come to is this: If someone is not the brightest, a little immature, a little self centered and a tiny bit scared (I'm trying to be kind here) maybe anything illegal threatens them on equal levels. Just my opinion

Good banter, like it. He did get manager position at sprint so he must have level of intelligence. If my family were to be disappointed in me for extracurricular money making ventures or murder, I would still go with the former. Moo

Culmination of several days' thoughts--

After re-watching the unedited video, I am again struck by the strength of EA’s accent and language-acquisition indicators—the articles and prepositions seem more consistent with someone who is newer to English than what we seem to know of him.

If the family has ‘insulated’ themselves linguistically, their community involvement (accion aside, of course) would probably be centered around common language, too, and the closer to the mother-tongue mother-land, the better. Was it Honduras?

This may be why we’ve not been able to dig up too much when church and community participation have been pondered-- maybe it’s a cultural nucleus that we can’t quite access.

A reluctance to publicly condemn is not the same thing as proclaiming his innocence, and there are several limiting factors with regard to presenting alternatives to his exclusive guilt. As has been mentioned, the sleuthing guidelines is the biggie right now, but it is understandable why they’re in place, and I like that we are doing our best to be respectful of the TOS.

As we generate ideas and theories, one thing to continue to keep in mind is the overall behavior of LE and clues which can be obtained from an absence of words and behavior, rather than by what is presented.

If they thought this was a random/stranger abduction, how might things be different? What are things that we might see in the media and directly from the police force?

What we have NOT seen speaks volumes…

(IMO, IMO, IMO)
