True...but all that could be quite different compared to say, 3 months ago...

Glad you are back too Zippixx :-) I thought the same thing; behavior/regular routine's may be disrupted....

I did something similar for a friend, I used an app to back up the texts to a file, and then I think I stored the file on google cloud, and then installed the same app on the new phone and downloaded the file, and all the previous texts showed up on the new phone.

I know a lot of tech people set their phones to backup most of their stuff to the cloud, so they don't lose it, if the SD storage card goes bad, or the phone completely locks up. I have had to do a factory restore a few times because a phone went haywire and locked up, and so I learned to have a backup plan. I imagine that people working at a phone store would be very knowledgeable in everything like this, I think sprint may have some special software to backup an old phone texts and all, and add that to a new phone for customers who want or need that. The google Chrome browser also keeps a history, that you can search through if it's not been deleted.

If somebody wanted to make it appear as though they had nothing to do with her disappearance, somebody might place her closer to fort worth, if only to distance themselves.

And somebody would probably switch vehicles to do so.

Somebody could also try to implicate someone else by placing her near or on a property associated to someone else. Both her and her BF were from Plano?

Next thought watched a movie on netflix guy owed money to a loan shark for gambling debt.

I'm just not so sure he would drive around aimlessly, without a clue where he was going... I think he would have to be familiar with the area.. maybe he is, though... dunno

Glad you're back.

The driving around thinking of a hiding place is something that's bothers me, I don't think most people would have in their minds a place that they could go if they needed to hide a body so if we imagine ourselves in the position of someone who somehow ends up needing to do that, what would be the sequence of events.

Firstly I'd say there's got to be an "oh **** what I have I done" moment, then an internal (or maybe external) conversation, "shall I call LE, shall I just run, shall I hide the body and all the stuff", if you decide to hide everything it's going to take a while to think if where to go, go there, get sorted, get home, get cleaned up.

My questions are where is this happening, by the side of the road?, at home? in some other safe place? and how long does it all take?

While I don't see any other likely perp than EA the logistics and timing of it all is puzzling me.

JMO

Interesting... I just wonder what info she could have obtained by tracking them in the last month. I'd be surprised if he even leaves his house.. (I'd be scared to if I was him)

Well, we know he doesn't need to go out to work...

Good to see you're back! I agree. I'm thinking panic mode and you need someplace for hiding, but also familiar with as well. The fact that someone would have to do this in the dark makes going to a known location all the more important. If he did drive aimlessly or park somewhere it wouldn't be for long. Just enough to try get some control. If something fatal did occur, such a person would be 'seeing' a cop car behind each set of headlights and with each parked car he passed. Familiarity might bring with it some sense of control over the situation.

You're correct. Whoever just said she could be watching others is also making a good point.
She's only one person so she probably either has others working w her or she must be deciding which person needs the most watching that particular day

This is from the website of the PI, Paula bourdeaux:

"“The Apogean Group and Private Investigator Paula Boudreaux was responsible for locating Missing Plano Man Gregory Pierce..."
“Special thanks to David Tilley at the Plano Police Department and Paula Boudreaux, private investigator”.
http://www.theapogeangroup.com/

Looks like she has worked with PPD in the past

That's great they were able to find a PI who has already worked with PPD in the past. In general Police are not required to share any information with PI's, it's up to them if they want to or not, so the fact they are already familiar with this PI and have a relationship is a great sign they would be willing to share info on this case as well.

Great minds, Cookie! Took me forever to type out the dadgum url tags on the phone, though!

Even if you're not the emailing type, you might want to check out the link. Reading the bios can offer insight and reassurance about the folks at the top. Go PPD!

So at this point, it seems to me that that they dont think he woke his brother up at his Allen house and drove to Oklahoma with her OR drove to Oklahoma and woke his brother up there and did something with her? Oklahoma doesnt seem to be a place to look from what it sounds even though we dont know much. Does anyone else here think searching Oklahoma is a good idea? Again...they could be searching there for all I know.

I agree, I think the fairly short unaccounted for time period would mean that IMO searches should remain around the Plano/Allen area

Well, we know he doesn't need to go out to work...

I also doubt he leaves the house, which makes me think he is most likely reading every little thing we write. Thats why LE keeps us confused.:gaah:
Did you'll notice during the interview at his house he had a binder of all the flyers, articles, etc. of anything written about him? I bet he's up to about 5 binders by now and doesnt realize he's just wasting ink. Then again...maybe he's getting a head start for his day in court. Lol
I sure hope I'm wrong and she's in Honduras or Mexico. Could he have possibly owed his dealer money and had this planned. She could have fought him while he was handing her off. Even though that doesn't explain the cleaning of the car.
Where are you Christina? I'm ready to meet you.
