The timing of the announcement of the PI and this new article with previously unreleased information is quite interesting. Wonder what Dec. 4th will bring us? :waitasec:

ppd hasn't released that. I do know the Kroger video was tracked from his credit card and not his phone
Thank you carltondance. I'm guessing that means (in your cryptic, but transparent way :)) that the phone wasn't turned back on until after Kroger? I know that you are limited in what you can say...

I didn't even catch that, and I always try to read between the lines. GREAT CATCH and thanks for sharing!

Could anyone remind me what city Christina lived in when she lived with her ex?

Yes! That and, "If you look at his eyes, they jump really fast left to right when he’s talking. That’s abnormal.”

Is that abnormal if you're high all the time? Serious question, I don't have experience being around high people, that I'm aware of anyway.

Yeah, I was wondering if he always does that, like an involuntary tic, or only when talking about Christina.

Also, depends on what you're high on, whether it could cause something like that. Maybe coke or worse? I don't know.

I am in no way defending EA, but this could be because of a condition known as nystagmus. My little grandson has it. He inherited it from his dad. FWIW :)

Right, I wasn't defending him either. I just don't put much stock in facial expressions or tics because I'm an extremely nervous person, and have all kinds of tics that could make me look guilty as hell in the right (or wrong) situation. Anyway, EA seems guilty to me due to the evidence stacking up against him (before the inevitable challenge, I hasten to add largely circumstantial evidence as far as we know now).

THe FBI has done studies on eye movement and deception. That is a myth.

Did her boyfriend try to call her during her first 4 days missing. If he didn't dial her number atleast 50 times plus not call around for the 4days; then he also belongs on the table that I have prepared.

I was also going to mention Nystagmus. My 7 year old son was born with it. No known cause or cure. But, to add a little more light, it is constant. The degree of the shake gets faster as he tires. They still shake at the same speed when he lies, they don't slow down when he tells the truth either [emoji6]

I have not seen a lot of video of EA, but I did not notice a shake, such as would be caused by a natural Nystagmus. I'm confident I would have noticed since I'm VERY familiar with it. Not to say he couldn't have a very mild case tho, I'm no expert.

If anyone watches the show The Mentalist, there was an investigator named J J LaRoche who had it. He was the internal investigations guy.

All MOO.

So I've only quickly read the new article and need to re-read it properly but a couple of things come to mind

If the PI has been on the case since October (6 weeks) I wonder what she has been able to find out in that time, I guess I'm slightly disappointed that Christina hasn't been found after what I'd consider quite a long time. This isn't a criticism of PB more an observation on how tight lipped all the "friends" must be.

It's interesting that we're being told that EAs phone was turned off, how can you tell that the battery didn't just give out at that point? We've assumed that Christina's phone stopped pinging because the battery died, could EA have been in the same situation and then just didn't recharge it until later the next day? Carlton - are you able to help ?

I believe it was hinted at, by one of the VI's, that HF might have tried contacting her within those 4 days. They can't come out and say much at this point. If I'm wrong someone please correct me?

I thought that eyes looking up and to the left had been disproven, not what the PI noticed about EA:
"If you look at his eyes, they jump really fast left to right when he’s talking. That’s abnormal.”

It does sound like it could be acquired (as opposed to the born with)
nystagmus which can be caused by drugs (like Dilantin) as well as alcohol.

As for not finding her, it could be a case of not knowing exactly where she is. There is a lot of wooded areas in Allen and like Officer Tilley said, needle in a hay stack. MOO

Good point about the cell phone battery dying. Just not sure how many 24 year-olds don't have a charger in their car. MOO Maybe Carlton can shed some light ....

IMO we are very close! We have one goal....#FINDCHRISTINA. We eat, breathe, and sleep finding her and we will not stop until she is home where she belongs.

Jonni never stops. She answers as many messages and comments as is humanly possible, because she as well as all of us involved, truly are grateful for the love and support everyone has shown to Christina and the family.

I'm so pleased to read that you think you're close, is that because of the dogs or do you think people are starting to talk?

If he wasn't constantly dialing her number; Then he is responsible as well. Even if a guy is cheating; He still doesn't go 4 days with out constantly making sure that his lady didn't stray from the nest just yet. So if he didn't dial her number or her associates numbers atleast 20x per day; then somethings wrong. Guys don't allow good women like CM to be gone for 4days without frantically calling everybody. So I would love to see his dial outs during those days.
