I think he continued on 121. He didn't get off at Custer I don't believe. Yeah I'm having a hard time figuring out why he would turn his phone off then if this wasn't premeditated.

Bc something happened and he knew he was in deep ca ca.
Accident. (Whatever type of accident idk)
Moment of realization.
Turn off phone.

If they are withholding information, that would make them accessories to a crime.

I feel like I should have known that. 'F' for me in Criminal Law 101.

I looked it up too. http://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/accessory

"An accessory after the fact is someone who knows that a crime has occurred but nonetheless helps to conceal it."

Giving "friends" or others the benefit of the doubt - maybe they don't realize this information above. So....I'll help them out a little. Hey 'YOU', if you know something and don't tell - you can indeed be charged with accessory after the fact. Remaining silent isn't an act of the innocent.

Don't say we didn't warn you.

I'm thinking the reason why he turned off his phone (jmo) is because he did not want anyone, including the boyfriend to contact him.

Bc he did something with Christina.

IMO turning the phone off was planned. Maybe involved in illegal activity. Not wanting to be traced. Whatever happened during that time which led to CM's disappearance was unplanned.

But, I thought the phone was turned off early on the ride out. That reeks of premeditation to me as there wasn't much of a time frame to do malice to Christina. JMO

Yeah it's not so much turning the phone off it's where he turned the phone off. 11 minutes or less after leaving? What could happen in 11 minutes?

Yep... and I'll tell you what... once they find Christina, the proverbial "stuff" is gonna hit the fan with a group of people (if not sooner)...

Amen! It's never wrong to do the right thing!

Yes you did CookieM! I agree it should be explored.

I talked about the Trip Tunnels in Allen a long time ago and I know we can't talk about specific places that are or have been searched, but I hope they have been checked in to. I saw another website that was written by some guy who went "exploring" drain tunnels in the area, and it was crazy because he had pictures of them and everything. He only briefly mentioned Allen, but had a big list of others in the area. He talked about some of them expanding into huge room-like areas far back into them. I'm not sure how accessible the ones in Allen are, like if you could easily go from a car into them, but still it might have been a place to dump of her belongings or hide something temporarily. In Allen, I know that one entrance is off Bethany.

**Here is the link to the guy's site I had found before in case ya'll are interested. Some of these are creepy. I can't imagine people enjoying exploring these, much less partying in them, but in Allen they were known for that. I first read about them on an Allen fb page.

That's exactly what I think, too. And that's why I think more people were involved. I don't think there was a plan to kidnap her or hurt her, but I think something happened before/during/after some illegal activity which WAS planned.

Key word there is "acts". He does a lot of "acting" (lying). I believe he wants everyone to think that he didn't really know her & had nothing to do with her, when in fact he probably couldn't wait to give her a ride. He might have even hidden her keys when they were at the apt. With CM fighting with her bf, EA thought he could take advantage of the situation.. maybe he had a crush on her since high school..? They get on 121 & maybe he kept getting calls or texts, so he turns the phone off to focus on her.. just possibilities I'm throwing around.. With your scenario, it still doesn't explain EA's injuries...

Of course, with all that said (and a lot of speculation on my part)... where is Christina?? That is most important now.. (IMO)

Many threads ago someone posted about the theory of EA taking the keys earlier in the evening. I kind of doubted it bc that would mean premeditation for "something" he wanted from Christina. Now I question my doubt.

A lot of great information today from the PI. We're getting closer and closer to finding Christina, I can feel it. It's interesting how EA "turned off his phone" right about where EA said he was going through the toll booth around Custer. IMO it shows he was very aware as to what he was doing and about to do. Do we know which exit he took? I know they have surveillance at the street lights around that area as I used to live in apartments off Custer and got a couple red light tickets for making that right turn on custer without fully stopping at the red light. When the ticket came in the mail it had a link to show my vehicle on video rolling through it, so I was busted and paid up. Sooo long story short, do they have those on the next exits he could of pulled off of?

Early on?
Where did you guys find something with a time of when the phone was turned off? I'm not being rude I'm wondering if I missed it.

I've been following from the beginning and have never posted. Questions...if they were able to get data that his phone was physically turned off, could they get that data from Christina's phone or would they have to have her physical phone to get that info? Would be interesting to know if they were shut off at the same time or she did just run out of battery.

to add...my theory, could he have been showing off in the parking garage by driving fast and lost control and hit her? Perhaps she was knocked unconscious and he just swooped her up and put her in the car thinking he killed her. And maybe she woke up while he was trying to dispose of her and that's when the struggle began? Just my thoughts. I just don't get the feeling it is drug related.

I am just trying to catch up after being behind for 4-5 pages. EA turning the phone off somewhere btw the shops and Custer? He obviously had something in mind and did not want to be tracked. I am wondering when he turned it on. This probably means we can't use the cell phone pings/activity to track them. Christina's phone either died or was shut off when leaving the shops as well so we can't use hers. I am thinking there is security camera/stoplight cameras that can provide the tracking after that point. This means he planned ahead more than I thought. Why turn the phone off when you have another person in the car as a witness that would state where the driver traveled. Unless the driver knew in advance that they would not be around to talk?

This means I have to rethink my scenarios. This may not have been an unplanned event but one where EA anticipated the outcome and even had a planned hiding place.

You are correct... he didn't get off at Custer because he went through the toll gantry which is just past Custer. To get on Custer you would need to exit about 1/4 mile or so before the gantry.. (I still think he took the Exchange exit...) I would like to know exactly where the phone was turned off...

In the article that came out today the PI said it was between the shops and Custer. So that would be 11 minutes max. My thinking was it was a rejected SA. Not sure that could happen while driving in 11 minutes. MOO
