I'm wondering if Christina caught him shutting his phone off.. If she was just using to try to contact HF, then saw him shut it off.. That would start a little something.. I think he shut it off so Hunter couldn't interrupt him trying to get with Christina, and she witnessed it and freaked. I think she fought him, he lost control of the carand side swipes something which angered him even more.. She obviously fought him like hell.. I think he planned on making a move, he didn't plan on Nina kicking his butt. Sorry mods, I hope he frys. I feel sick just typing this.. All completely my opinion only! Justice for Christina!!!!

Affiant later obtained video from Henry's Tavern parking garage where Arochi's Camaro was recorded
driving out of the parking garage at approximately 0358 hours from an area where Sabrina Boss, A friend
of Morris who was with her that night, stated Morris, Arochi, and other members of the group had parked.

Affiant also obtained video from Henry's Tavern parking garage which shows Arochi's Camaro entering
the parking garage of Henry's Tavern on 08/29/2014 at approximately 2322, followed immediately by
"Morris" Toyota Celica. According to Sabrina Boss, both vehicles were parked within close proximity of
each other.

Did SB drive a vehicle that evening?
The Affidavit only states that SB a friend was with CM that night. It gives me the impression that SB was possibly riding with CM in the Celica.

Your right! I went and reread the warrant and it does not make it clear that SB had her car parked there.

This is the first I've heard about that... Nobody ever seemed to make a big deal of it. I take it as they just wouldn't talk to reporters.. I could be wrong

a friend. The two eventually separate, according to police and the footage is her last known appearance.

“It needs to be fixed; it needs to be fixed immediately because I don’t wish this on anybody else. It’s not fair to

her at all that this is what’s kind of stopping it,” said Morris’ mother Jonnie McElroy.

Plano police say they understand her concerns.

I know! It states "and other members of the group had parked". So that goes to the question of who all were parked in garage, when did they leave, and if they knew EA was walking her to her car then why were they not concerned when they saw her car still in the garage....

I didn't say they couldn't see either car. In the warrant it clearly states they can see Christina's car. His car was right by hers. Also they state that they have him on camera leaving the garage with the other vehicles, there were 3 cars total I believe it said the others 2 are cleared.

But, it appeared to me (JMO) that she was saying that because she remembered the warrant/affidavit said it. IMO, the warrant/affidavit doesn't say it.

I 100% don't want to be seen as picking on JMOM, because that is not my intention. She has so much info about this case rattling around in her head, I wouldn't expect her to remember where each piece came from.

Anyway, maybe they do have more video (I hope they do), but if so, it must be something police have told the family.

I will now stop talking about the issue...no dead horse here!

There is also nothing stated in the Warrant about 3 cars and 2 being cleared.

I am definitely not trying to pick on the insiders either, but I am not sure i would say they definitely could see her car based on what I read in the documents. I hope with all my heart, though, that JMOMs inferences are right!

And I hope I don't come across as nitpicking, but I just like to place things we talk about in different categories and apportion them an appropriate weight...what we definitely know, what we are almost sure we know, what we might know, what we are just throwing out there for exploration, etc

True that. Yorkies are so cute. I had a dachshund, he passed away two months ago. I miss him so much, everyone called him my shadow bc he would follow me everywhere. When we would go to the beach strangers would take pictures and video him bc he would play soccer with people and other random cute things he would do. He loved everyone. Sorry for the OT derailment.
