Ok.... I'll go a different route. The picture of her from that night is linked on MSM (NBC NEWS) here: http://media3.s-nbcnews.com/i/newsc...jms-2119_18fea598795787f5d98555bfb15282c6.jpg

This looks like what a friend that saw her out that night described her as wearing as well as it has the black bra top that is listed on missing flyer. I agree what she is seen in on the video is obviously a large tshirt, skirt and backpack which I think was explained as her changing b/c of getting sick.

JMOM, are all the other "friends" known to JM and LE? Do they all live in Plano? Allen? Were some of them friends of friends? Or did Christina know them all? If you can answer any of this. TIA

Thanks WK,
But If she went missing after the CAM13 Vid ends at 3:57:10 AM .......
Shouldn't we ALL be looking for what is last actually visually seen ???

Can you post the actual article that goes along with that picture, stating she was wearing this outfit that night? The link above just takes to this picture. I was not under the impression she was wearing this, as JMOM said a white tube top and kimona.

  • #945
my only point is if we can say what she was wearing that night, maybe someone saw her in it. Also, stuff to look for as if she changed clothes this is probably in the backpack she was carrying.

Thanks WK,

I believe someone posted that as a possible explanation for it. All those posts I believe were pulled because it reference the brother's sm and he and his sm is off limits.

Thanks Cookie, it really is still a frustration that the searchers don't know exactly what outfit Christina was wearing

BBM You must have me confused with someone..LOL

Well Thanks
I have made it a point since Sept to post links and details , I am sure the MODS can confirm..LOL
The posting regarding Officer Tilley, that is linked is an article from Dec 1st 2014.
To date PPD has not changed or retracted any statements.
Per the Warrant - They only state that there is a belief that she may have left in Arochi's Camaro.

Any and all MSM were important at some point or another to be reported. In all my posts here of information
I like to keep records of my links to refer to. :blushing:

BBM - the article dated 1 December I see is from the Daily Mail, you may not know as it's a UK newspaper that it doesn't have the highest reputation for the accuracy of its reporting, I'm sure there are similar US newspapers, as an example it is still describing EA as a close friend of Christina's.

It's not a source I personally would choose to rely on although it's definitely MSM so perfectly valid to link to.

Yes, I think you're right that the brightly coloured top/dress in those photos does fit what vi13 described and JMOM has confirmed that the black bra top is the one Christina was wearing

Yes, it has puzzled me slightly that the clothing description hasn't been what we see on the CCTV, the confusion suggests that maybe there is a possibility of a later outfit change

Is there any links that PPD has retracted any statements? I have not seen any at all.
As far as PPD statements , it is important to have all linkable viable information.

Plano police have said little about the on-going investigation. When asked what investigators found from their detailed search of Arochi’s car, public information officer David Tilley replied, “I don’t know.”
“Quite honestly, as far as the affidavit is concerned, it’s clearly a statement from our detectives working the case,” Tilley said.
“But since this is an open investigation, we’re not discussing anything related to this case.”
Police haven’t named Arochi or anyone as a suspect in what they call a missing person case.

Per the Affidavit, is only likely, could have and a belief at this point as far as Christina leaving the garage.

*Officer Cathy Stamm is listed as Affiant pg1.*
pg 4/7 Paragraph 6
Affiant believes that the most likely way Morris could have left the parking garage undetected was in Arochi’s vehicle

Prior to this, Officer Tilley states it has been a challenge not having any evidence.

“Not having any evidence in terms of how she left that parking garage that’s been a challenge,” Officer David Tilley said.

Agree 110%

I really don't find it odd. Young female adults today are very into fashion and many different looks. Maybe all the girls changed clothes during the course of the evening......and I know how girls love to style hair, esp. When they get together.

I wouldn't think PPD or MSM would necessarily be required to retract statements as newer, more refined information becomes available. I believe they just update the info.
One of our frequent posters is or was a reporter and could possibly help us out on this.

BBM - I don't think we're disagreeing but just because PPD haven't retracted any of their original statements it doesn't mean that further credible sources haven't provided us with information that sometimes adds to and sometimes contradicts those statements.

We all make our own decisions about what we choose to base our sleuthing on, it doesn't make us right or wrong, just different.

As JMOM has been so devoted to Christina and her family to have spent and to continue to spend large amounts of time trying to find her and helping us to brainstorm possible scenarios I'm choosing to go with what she has said she knows about what happened.

I think there is a misinterpreted Question at play here.
I asked if there are any links that PPD has retracted any statements.?
I made a general statement of:
All PPD statements are important and viable.

I did not say anything about decisions and choices.

Many of us including myself have been dedicated as well to finding out truth in order to locate Christina.

Linking to older MSM links that have been updated just adds to the confusion of scanty facts available to us in this case, however.

I am sure that might be a individual opinion, however there should not be any confusion when it comes to research and the ability sleuth for truth. If a MSM link is older this by no means makes the information untrue or invalid for consideration.

If the mods or admin feel I have posted disingenuous statements or facts they will let me know.

As a rule of thumb, and especially in a case that has a voluminous amount of ever changing "facts", I make a point to state that I am posting an older piece of information if I am doing so..there are always newcomers and even as someone who has followed this case from day one, I still get confused. In short, I agree with you Mama.

It's getting to the point that linking to anything is questionable, if you ask me! We had recent msm articles saying that HF reported her missing and that her family was from Ft Worth, we had tweets saying the family confirmed that cadaver dogs picked up on Christina's scent, and yikes -- that National Enquirer article was a doozy! And those were recent sources!

I still do appreciate the links, however, because I like to read the articles myself and weed through what I consider reputable or not, so I do hope people keep posting them! If you are on a sleuthing forum, I think you have to take what resources you have and investigate them on your own. Otherwise you might as well just be reading the comments on sm and considering them fact. IYKWIM

I can't help you with any links to retracted statements, I think you'll need someone with knowledge of how PPD works and what they publish where, I'm in the UK so just wouldn't know where to start to find that out.

My opinion is that the statements are valid until I have additional information that causes me to revise my thoughts, we work differently but as we all want the same outcome I don't see that as a problem as long as we find Christina.

Just a thought...could EA's car have gotten damaged from somewhere he went to get rid of Christina? For example, could he have driven it thru some rough terrain, some ruts, somewhere off-road not suitable for that type of vehicle, or something of that nature and that caused the damage? Those cars are very low profile and don't have much for ground clearance. JMO and just trying to come up with thoughts/ideas that may in any way help find Christina.

I've wondered if the damage to the car will be consistent with either something around where Christina is found or the injuries to Christina, which can then perhaps be matched to the car.

I also wonder if the bite mark will play a more prominent part when they find Christina, and can maybe match her bite pattern.

I do say when she is found, and not if, because I do believe she will be found.
