Lack of sleep..? Conscience...? Guilt..? Maybe common decency.. you would think between that group of people, someone was raised with some sort of morals..

No, I don't think any of that will make these types talk.

But lady karma might.......iykwim?

That IS really weird. It's as if the angle of the camera is more from the left on the still shots. In the video you posted I 100% agree that he has rolled up sleeves of a shirt as opposed to a jacket or sport coat type of thing.

Yeah, and the high temperature on that day was 96.. sorta warm for a jacket.. even if it is "in style".. (of course I typically wear jeans & t-shirt, so what do I know,,,lol)

I thought JMOM said CM's keys were found between the couch cushions back at the apartment. I thought she also said the damage to the Camaro was not consistent with a head-on collision. Made me imagine more of a side-swipe of something.

If the keys were found behind the couch at the apartment, that still does not rule out that they were taken intentionally.

Then again, what she has on looks like a gray patterned skirt with the beige cover-up thing and the black fedora from the initial picture that was released.... so who the heck knows???? :pullhair:

Is PPD working with the PI, sharing info? Was there ever corroboration of EA using thumbprint to clock in that morning at 8 am?

I know CD had stated that it looked like he "veered" into something... I took that as being more on the front quarter panel (side)

Excellent Post!
I don't think there was any grand plan involved, i think it was one man making an error of judgement maybe thinking he had a chance when he didn't because he was impaired then been unable to deal with the rejection through a lack of maturity fueled by a lot of alcohol and drugs leading to some unspeakable consequences. K-I-S-S MOO

KISS is what I've been thinking for a while. So many cases like this stall & start causing people to pull up many only remotely possible alternative theories. Nearly alway, it's what was obvious from the beginning. It's just a matter of getting the right pieces of the puzzle to prove. Pretty sure this is one of those. Of course it could always be the evil "set up" plot, but statistical chances are against such sensationally dramatic stories. IMO EA got CM in his car, however that may be, & drove off hell bent on getting what he wanted from her. She refused his advances, caught him off & things went from bad to worse. I hate this scenario, but IMO realistic.

I just watched the video AGAIN & it appears that EA has a long sleeve shirt on.. Looks like the right sleeve is partially rolled up.

I always thought the video looked like a long sleeved shirt rolled up a couple turns.

Dear Lord, I am praying on bended knee that the forensics are released today, so that we may all find peace and especially Christina.

I know! Where are the black shorts? Under the skirt? And I don't see a black bra either?

My eyes may be playing tricks on me. It looks her walk/steps speeds up at the end of the video. Idk

To me, it looks like he swerves like he's been drinking, but it's only 6 seconds...... Maybe she saw her car and started to hurry to it. It is 4 a.m. They were both probably tired from the party.

I am sure that might be a individual opinion, however there should not be any confusion when it comes to research and the ability sleuth for truth. If a MSM link is older this by no means makes the information untrue or invalid for consideration.

If the mods or admin feel I have posted disingenuous statements or facts they will let me know.

I don't think anyone feels that or is saying you "have posted disingenuous statements or facts". I certainly am not.
I just feel that bringing up old articles that have been updated over the course of the investigation just cause more confusion in a case where we have so few established facts to go on. Yes, that is my opinion but not just an individual opinion. I am not throwing down a gauntlet, just giving my opinion.
I also thinks it's great that you are so organized with the articles published in this case. I just don't feel they are cast in stone. JMO
