Every day that we get to a search location I pray. I pray that something will lead us to Christina. Just one thing. I can tell you that there are a lot of people now that are trying to help get this puzzle solved and we are very grateful. Paula is doing an awesome job, I don't think she ever sleeps. I do give thanks also, I give thanks when an area is cleared, even if we found nothing it is one more location marked off the list that she is not. That gives me hope. So I will walk, hike, get muddy, exhausted, as long as it takes until we find her.

I'm hoping the dogs and/or the PI can provide something today. Once they or LE get something this matter will really start rolling toward where Christina is and what happened. And fast. Just have to have that break.

He very well could be, but is he really prepared to take the wrap for something he claims he didn't do? I wouldn't be. I would be singing to anyone who would listen. That is what doesn't make sense to me. If he truly didn't do a thing wrong and all these bad things that make him look suspect just happened, why the lies? Why the squeegee, the shop vac, the "bite" mark? I always go back to that. I try not to, because it is really disturbing to me. I think I have played every possible option out in my head. (I spend lots of time in the woods) I can't shake it. I just can't.

In my opinion, we don't know what exactly he has told police since the interviews they had with him that were cited in the warrant. It wouldn't surprise me if he has provided them with something more. One thing for sure, he's not arrested so that leads me to believe that the forensics came back negative for traces of her in his car.

Oh my.....Y'all did too much yesterday for me to go back and read every single post. I will do the best that I can. If there is something pressing you need help with, can you please bring it forward for me to help? I will work my way backwards as quickly as I can. :-) I still haven't gotten back to the last thread. I am so far behind. Sorry, I am trying to juggle everything.

This is going to shock you as much as it did me but I asked the specific forensic question yesterday, no they are not back yet. Why I have no clue, I don't really understand all of that stuff but they are not back.

Can you comment or answer a question on a closed thread? If not, I will go read what I missed yesterday but not sure how to answer something and make it post here. Help anyone?

the final results of the toxicology report may take four to six weeks or longer.
Many factors play into the length of time needed to gather forensic toxicology test results, including:

the need for confirmatory testing
the complexity of and the number of specific tests required
case workload and staffing at the testing laboratory: I would not think it would take this long

We get the....."there is such a backlog line". But ok, we can't do a thing about it. Just have to have patience I suppose, and know that they are doing everything they possibly can to find Christina and the test will be back when they get back.

Not sure about toxicology, did they do that on EA? I am not sure what you mean. :-)

JMOM I think the only way is to copy and paste anything from the last thread onto the new thread. There's no way to reply once the thread is closed. Someone please correct me if there is a way.

Ask a mod. Maybe they can bring it over to this thread, JMOM.

Here's what I will do. I will say in response to whomever and answer. If it is important or just post here what you need me to answer and I will do it. I am slow going this morning. TIRED!

Ask a mod. Maybe they can bring it over to this thread, JMOM.

Has anyone asked the question if FORENSICS was being done on any other cars?

  • #112
The other two vehicles that left the garage? No, not to my knowledge, they were security guards for the Shops that were getting off of work. They were both questioned and cleared. I can't say for sure they didn't, but I haven't heard anything about forensics on their vehicles.

@ JMOM that was generic answer on forensic testing on why it takes so long. IMO I would think the results would have been back by now. Sorry for the confusion.

Thank you JMOM, that's very useful information. I remember that CD told us that the car were security and that posters queried this at that time. Them belonging to security personnel makes absolute perfect sense. I didn't think those vehicles were involved but I'm so pleased that I can now ignore them.

One question it does raise with me is why the garage security didn't pick up that Christina's car hadn't moved for 4 days, I believe the garage is not a large one, I would have expected it to have stuck out each night as being the only there, is it right that there was is no overnight parking in that garage?

Correct, you can not quote a post from a closed thread, but in addition to copying and pasting, here's another way you can address a post in a closed thread:

Each post has a number next to it on the right side. If you click on that number, you are taken to that specific post. A url then appears in the address bar specifically for that post. So, you could have 2 windows open, and link the posts.

Here's an example :

So, I've got 2 windows open, one for this thread, and one for the previous thread.
Here's a question from a previous thread (retrieved individually by clicking on post number):

http://www.websleuths.com/forums/sh...ano-30-August-2014-21&p=11271776#post11271776
"insert answer here"

* this method does not show the content of the original question/post in this thread, however it can make things more clear because sometimes if you copy and paste, then someone quotes it, the names can get confusing.

Either way, just know you can link to posts from prior threads for reference by clicking on the post number, then copying and pasting the url. :)

If it was said, I missed it, but what time did the other 2 cars leave the garage? Thats weird if they were security but didnt notice anything? Any clarification? Were they in security vehicles or their own vehicles? Also, Jmom must know about the unreleased video of the garage...if it shows CM getting in EA's car than Jmom wouldnt be so curious about the forensic results. Right? She would know that CM was for sure in his car so that makes me believe that the unreleased video doesnt show CM getting in his car. What does it show?

I would not be surprised if a suspect or POI is never publicly named in this case.

Plano has been a magnet for lawsuits for many years (remember the Christmas vs 'winter holiday' one that got national attention?)

I think this could create an extra layer of caution and attentiveness to constitutional rights. Naming someone publicly could create problems with defamation suits later on, even if the person named WAS in fact involved. Stranger things have happened, right?

Simply not sure we should view lack of named suspect/POI as a potential sign of innocence.

Also, traveled along Bethany out to Princeton recently... those bridges over Lavon and the 'trenches' on either side of the highway were unsettling. I'd forgotten how desolate some of those stretches are.

Not sure. I know that is one of the free parking garages and it fills really fast. Maybe they just didn't notice it? But her car never moved from that spot after she parked it there. We do know that. IMO there is not enough security there they need more for all of the garages. JMO though.

So because they are "Security Guards" they should not be looked at as well??
Considering it was the "Security Guards" that had access to the original surveillance tape recordings
They know the layout of the places they "GUARD" at and can use it for their advantage. (very creepy to think about)
Here are 4 links that say otherwise. (about Guards can be the attackers too)

PPD has stated they are not ruling anyone out and neither will I.
No matter which link I post that statement from Officer Tilley has never changed, revised or been retracted.

No One is Cleared until conclusive evidence is obtained by LE and punishment phase is underway.
