Well there's an interesting level of appreciation to DL on those comments by someone very familiar with the situation. Odd...
You and I are on the same level.
This whole thing with the squeege is probably nothing.
I mean last night I went to get some gas and saw streaks on my back window and picked up the washer stick out of the bucket and then wiped off my back window. I use the window scrubber thing too...hope nobody thinks I just did something strange or out of ordinary.

PP seems a good friend of CM's from comments between them prior to CM missing. I really think she (and others?) been told not to talk by PPD & maybe she stays away from public events / searches to avoid questions she's not supposed to answer.

Maybe her car was only partially visible? So they know it didn't move. Same with his ... maybe they could see part of it and saw them both walk that way but could not actually see her get in. This would lead to PPD saying they felt it was likely she left in his car.

I respectfully disagree. It's the surrounding set of circumstances that makes it important. Note that you used the squeegee to clean your window, you know, what the squeegees are intended for. Not to clean the back end of your car
Soooo many guests right now!! Join!!!
Not a very good friend then IMO
Could still show some support and show up and say "sorry I can't speak on that" if it comes up.
Instead of erasing all traces of friendship. Strange.
And weren't we told by a VI that he refused a polygraph....which isn't cooperating either.
Just suggesting friend(s) possible thoughts & reasons. Not saying if they haven't been in contact with CM's family that it's ok.
I think y'all know my stance on all of this... but I gotta say, when I was a little younger & had what I considered a "cool" car (Miata), I'm pretty sure I did use the sponge end of the squeegee on occasion to get gunk off my car, while the car was filling up. I would like to know if EA did this casually while he was filling up, sort of passing the time.. or did he do it, like he was "on a mission".. before or after he got gas... I'm thinking he did it suspiciously since it is in the warrant..

It is not that it is admissible per say ...but can or may CONSIDER ..but not a given or requirement
Here is a snippet of info from a CD Atty site .. (I will not post a link since I do not want it to appear I am promoting one particular one over another..but if the mods give the OK I will)http://www.paskcriminaldefense.com/grand-jury-representation.html
In Dallas County, the Grand Jury hears about a hundred cases a day. Needless to say, they only spend a matter of minutes on each case. They will, however, dismiss a case if there isnt probable cause to believe an individual committed an offense. They also have the power to reduce a charge from a Felony to a Misdemeanor. Thats why its so important to point out in concise language why a case should be dismissed or reduced. A Grand Jury can consider evidence that may not be admissible in a regular trial. For instance, that fact that someone has taken and passed a polygraph examination is not admissible at a trial. But a Grand Jury can consider that type of evidence.
While this may be true, I think it becomes irrelevant when viewed in conjunction with EA first inspecting the rear before filling up & then also wiping off the passenger door. JMO
