To be clear.. CM & HF did not have a apartment complex type apartment they shared. It is a smaller type home/duplex

I am not trying to argue at all. I love your posts and respect your insight here. I am just trying to make sure the correct info is on here including from myself. I have been wrong and misquoted and I thank those here that correct me. Reread the first sentence

12 of the 15 defendants charged federally were arrested.

Not all were arrested only 12 so far. Trust me with the charges they are facing they are not going to let anyone bond out once they locate and arrest them.

Please someone else shed light on this and put your 2 cents in. Am I misreading this? I havent had my cup of coffee this morning so very well possible.

Correct. There was a Grand Jury hearing last week (ahem. Last week..... ahem) and this resulted in seven indictments. Fifteen people were charged, but as of last night only 12 of the 15 are in custody.

She certainly did drive quite a distance to go out with her friends that evening. They must have been important enough in her life to drive that distance.

article stated that a new channel did a investigative report on the place in september i'd guess it put pressure on them to shut the place down.

Which is interesting because I was told by a VI that he went looking for her the very next day. I was also told the very next day he called anyone and everyone, including the last person who called him. Sorry, don't believe it for a second.

They had HF in custody about a month ago for something unrelated. I would have thought they would have been questioning him then. Thats whats confusing. I guess they knew they had this bigger "ring" to bust. Im surprised to see counterfeiting wasnt thrown in there. No link. Thats Jmo.
FWIW...now I can see why HF was shaking in his interview. Sadly not for CM.

HF was released. AP father stayed in jail this whole time then was moved yesterday.

Now let's think... If you have arrests for meth etc and are doing meth and possibly selling meth, then you get busted for meth and sit in jail for months. If a police officer gives you a way out of jail/less time offer wouldn't you take the offer?

Probably. I believe this whole time they've been locking people up to make sure they can't leave and to grill them for info. Looks to be working.

Just a couple things I'd like to give my opinion/thoughts on...I am very particular about my vehicles, always have been. My brother owns a body shop and has been in the business almost 50 years and paints a lot of show cars, is president of his car club, etc. so I'm sure that and being raised with 4 brothers and no sisters, father being a mechanic and all my uncles and learning to change my own oil at age 16 etc. has a lot to do with it. FWIW, when I park in a parking lot or parking garage, I park in the farthest away spot, away from everyone else, to prevent door dings etc. I will walk however far it takes to just park away from everyone else for this reason. My husband will give me crap about it and say things like when I am driving and we park at Walmart for example, he'll say I think I'll call a cab to get a ride to the door, lol! My point being, I don't care how close the first available parking space is, it makes no difference, I park away from all the others. And when I do find the spot I want, more times than not, I will park in an end spot where I only have to worry about someone parking on one side of me and not both. Seen too many door dings on peoples' vehicles that I don't want. It may sound somewhat obsessive or over the edge but it's JMO and it's just how I roll.

lol as long as you are not one of those people parks half in one spot and half in another i'll allow it.

Regarding the Adderall...being in the medical profession for 25+ years, if a person is prescribed a medication then obviously there's a reason why the doctor feels they need it. And I would only hope that if someone is on Adderall and they are incarcerated that they would be given that medication as prescribed (if they truly were taking it at the time they were incarcerated). IMO, this is the reason that at least in our area, even county jails have RN on staff. All JMO, MOO and all that stuff.

To play devils advocate .... being the druggie profession in my past (many years ago) i'd like to point out that sometimes that the "reason" is the doctor wants to get paid for writing scripts! Adderall is a drug that improves the quality of life for people with ADD especially at work and/or school but its not like insulin for a diabetic or blood pressure medicine it's not going to hurt the person to be off it for a while and the abuse potential .... not only from taking it but from pretending to take it stashing it in your mouth and then selling it .... is so high I would be shocked if any corrections center anywhere in the US gives it to ppl that are incarcerated.

Does anyone know the amount of Molly to be distributed? I know that charges (and subsequent potential prison time ) are often trumped up and I'm curious to how large in scope this might be. 15 people sounds like a good sized conspiracy, but might it include those working in the club with only a peripheral connection/knowledge of the deal? I always got the impression that HF was small fry in the bigger drug picture.
