Who said there was a problem? I just asked a question

I thought as long as the person is on public property and not breaking any laws that there's no problem.

However, a Federal case put together culminating in a distribution charge does a dealer make. This is a federal indictment. It is serious. And it was going on during the time he was with Christina making it part of this case no matter how much people want to distance her from it.

If she gave him a ride knowing he was carrying drugs on his person...she was involved. If she took one, gave one away, sold one, or otherwise helped him in any way...she was involved. If she loaned him money, fielded his phone calls, made calls on his behalf, or connected him to potential sellers/buyers...she was involved. Any knowledge made her a party to his drug dealing/distribution/use and since her step-mom acknowledged she knew he was using...she wasn't hiding her head in the sand about the drugs. She did know.

I happen to believe Christina was a very intelligent girl who was fully aware of what was going on right under her nose. She was not some naive person. She hung out with skaters and others who were into the whole drug scene as evidenced by the rap sheets of some. She didn't wear the clothing without the knowledge of what they were advertising including the Molly shirt.

It has always been clear to me that HF should not be trusted and he made it all about himself not Christina. He never cared for her as much as he professed, imo. He put her in harm's way daily.
I should clarify I'm not saying I don't think Christina was in the dark. IMO people play on different levels in the drug world. Its not impossible to "level up" without everyone close to you knowing. It is entirely possible that his involvement is much different than she thought. They are 2 separate people. I do believe he used her, and put her in harms way. But we have opposing opinions of anything she may have been privy to. I respect yours.

Being an intelligent girl does not necessarily mean she was aware of the trouble she could be exposing herself to, even if minorly involved. By minorly, I mean not directly using, buying or selling.

As a young adult, I spent most of my time one year hanging out at a house where drugs were going on. My "friends" there knew I didn't do it & not only did they never pressure me to, but when their other friends would come over & offer me something, my "friends" told them "No, she doesn't do that." (Alcohol yes, drugs no.) I walked through one guys room once (it led to the kitchen) & he had a hot plate with something liquid in a pot cooking. He rented the room & told me he was making soup. I didn't think much of it. Looking back, it was likely something bad. This was well over 20 years ago. I was a very intelligent straight A student, but very naive to the trouble I could be exposing myself to just by being in that house or riding in a car with those "friends".

I'm just trying to say, Christina may have known some stuff, but truly not realized the danger she was putting herself in & the possible implications or repercussions.

To me, IMO, it looks like drugs. Without color it is hard to tell but most likely only weed. *possibly* heroin. I'm at work and not going to google what heroin in a bag looks like. :) Of course it's not a smoking gun, I'm just going back through everything I can find to see if there is some kind of clue

Well I'm either old or blind, I thought it was keys.

But did you find Jade's? I also had a tough time with Debahni.... anyone, anyone?? Beuller? Beuller?
I didnt see a Debahni on the list. Can you give a full name or was that autocorrect?

She wasn't arrested yet as far as I know...just indicted. There were 3 who were not arrested at the time the news was released.

I know she had a FB page which went away quite fast!
Please tell me someone got a screenshot of the friends list! My "smart phone" refuses to do screenshots and never got to it from computer.

Do you mean 'burner phones'? If so, I believe that is a certainty for Hunter, probably for EA and possibly for CM.

Nope. The 2 problem children.

Yep, I definitely think HF and EA had separate phones. I wish we knew for sure.

Personally, I'm having a thought that I don't want to express, but would explain quite a bit. It doesn't help find Christina so I'm going to let it simmer in my mind for a while.

I think people are under the impression that that picture is actually of Hunter in the scion with the purse. The pants are a flowery camo print that Hunter is seen wearing in other pictures. It could mean nothing, my little sister and her boyfriend are both into the skater style and share skinny jeans because they are the same size lol.

While the scion is a mystery, I am not sure if it's relevant to Christina's disappearance.

Agreed, I don't think the Scion is in any way related to her disappearance, we just want her home. that is all, today would be good. That would be the best Christmas present ever for everyone.

Sorry, I don't understand all the drug lingo. What is a burner phone?

I was too. What if… Christina hanging out with the people she did that night was a clean group? People she was trying to "break free" from HF's drug crowd with.

Only problem is explaining CM missing from the garage, EAs lies, bruises & damaged car… Not to mention the stolen phone. Kind of like he took it to have hidden contact with someone for that night. Something planned.

And round & round we go… *sigh*

A prepaid phone bought with cash. Something untraceable. A secondary phone for illegal activity only.

PS. They didn't exist in my day & age. It was secret pagers. Ha ha ha!
