Yeah maybe the police can confirm his whereabouts because they had been tailing him and while he wasn't home, they know where he was.

Ok well her phone was not dead when a text was sent from EA phone at 3:50 3:53 and 3:55. Why would she then text from hers 1 minute later? not to mention her last text was 3:58 which is the exact time EA's car is exiting the garage 3:58??? I just dont know about this. it looks like he does have his phone in his hand on the video at 3:57. So that means she had to send a text from his phone 3:55, a text from hers 3:56, he has his phone in his hand at 3:57 and is pulling out the garage while she is texting from her phone at 3:58. All this while walking/driving?

I think JMOM confirmed her phone was dead, correct? I know she confirmed that the texts and call from EA's phone to HF's came from Christina.

Who all were the witnesses that confirmed HF was at Home Asleep at 3:36am 8-30-14am ?? Why would a police be able to confirm that as well??
Was a police officer there at the house??
Were the Witnesses at HF & CM house?

1st text was at 3:36am “I can’t find the keys to the house.”

Maybe JMOM can reconfirm about the texts and calls...I believe she said something to the affect of a voice mail confirmed Christina had called and some texts could be confirmed from her. But it's been in the back of my mind that EA contacted HF via text for some reason.

How can they confirm? They are going off what EA said in the warrant. Thats just my point if her phone was dead then I could believe she borrowed his to send the last few texts...but since a text was sent at 3:58 from hers that seems less logical.

Oh trust me I agree. I was just trying to think of how JMOM put it. At least 1 text was still up in the air as far as I remember. And that's all it takes so I've been keeping that in mind.

I don't think they can confirm a text was from Christina. Not in my eyes.
But the calls from EA phone to HF had voicemail w Christina's voice so those were her. Per Jmom not denying it when I asked. That's really the only way they'd be able to be sure.
Texts? Yeah noway to know.

I'd like to know how the supposed texts re:money fits into the timeline of the drug investigation and Christinas disappearance.
And I hope LE is being misleading about not thinking that the drug bust and her disappearance are in any way related. That's almost as inconvenient as EA getting into an invisible fight at a bar only to later have it out with his car. Am I the only one pretty dumbfounded here about that? *Tap tap, is this thing on? *

I know it was asked if Eden was open that night. It was open 8/30 3am. ALS ICEBUCKET challenge started 5am

I could easily be wrong, so many dates to remember but wasn't the night out at the Shops a Friday night that carried over until early Saturday morning? The tweets from Eden are confusing because they post Saturday 8/30 that "tonight they are open" but technically they are open Sunday morning 3am-8am. But if you ask anyone who might be going they would say "let's go to eden Saturday." I hope that makes sense but I know Eden is only open Saturday/technically Sunday nights.

I know but it's incredibly aggravating. I feel like the dots are all but there and the lines should have been drawn by now to connect them.

Also I'm questioning the timing of these supposed texts to her and the beginning of the drug investigation for a couple reasons. Could Christina have told a protective friend or family member about them, who then went to police?

My very first post on this site was stating I believed EA may have been a delivery person, with Christina being the goods unfortunately. I still believe this. Its JMO.

Does LE enter the home and seize laptops and tablets when they arrest someone for drugs? If not, then maybe his next-of-kin (or whoever is going to pack up the house) could bring his devices to a forensic specialist.
