Sorta OT, but I'm curious why Gutierrez. Being of Hispanic descent, usually the mother's maiden name is taken on as a middle name with the father's last name. Both my grandparents have their mother's maiden name as their middle name.

Also wondering about his brother....he's listed as brother/step-brother. Are they not full brothers?

Police or the govt doesn't give a crap what order they put your name in when they're getting you booked or giving you license etc. means nada to them.
My husbands health insurance and is backwards as well as another document and it's annoying but no one changes it.

Oh I know, but I thought he went as Arochi Gutierrez in other places as well. I was more questioning him rather than the gubament.

If he delivered her to someone why would he be 3 hours late to work? Long drive out, maybe? Do you think she willingly got in the car with him or he knocked her out and put her in? Lots of questions still out there.

Anyone know when his arraignment will be?

I really don't know. I've just had a feeling from the beginning he either purposely or "luckily" was alone with her and knew someone wanted to see her. I don't know if it's from personal experiences or what but it seemed to me she was taken. Not accidentally hurt or SA gone wrong. I think she was attacked but not lethally in the garage and taken somewhere. IMO. And really, I hope I am wrong about all my thoughts on Christina's case.

I woke up to the news of EA's arrest. (Yes, I slept late). I saw it as a news link on my fb and I yelled out loud "What?!" I know she still hasn't been found but after so long of little to no answers, I am thrilled about the arrest. I hope all the answers come tumbling out soon. His mugshot is creepy because his eyes are so damn creepy. I have thought that since his interviews and they jumped back out at me in the mugshot.

It may be that brother/step brother is just a catchall, but I could be wrong. I guess they could have just done sibling.

Maybe she was taken only as a scare tactic, with no harm intended, (for money owed) & things went very wrong. Everybody freaked out over the outcome & went silent...

“They started dating while we were still living together,” Prendergast said.

Plano police have said the current boyfriend is not a suspect.

Prendergast said he has communicated with criminal investigators twice since Morris disappeared and believes that she must have left the parking garage with someone else because her Toyota Celica coupe was still there.

ok yea i just found that... so it doesnt say he was there i guess... i think i may have confused the SN interview and the ALP interview and somehow intertwined them. but either way LE interviewed ALP so my original thought about him possibly being arrested still stands..
