I want to thank all of you for keeping me informed on a busy weekend!!!

I can't wrap my head around any conspiracy theories involving others. That may be because my brain does not operate that way. IMHO it seems just a crime of opportunity. I could be dead wrong, it is strange that "friends" aren't advocating for her. Christina definitely deserves better!!

So I'm going to call out TCMOM to put another demand out there. Please!!! Or should I demand for you to do so? [emoji6]

It 'worked' the first time, so I'll try it once again, per your demand. :loveyou:

Alright folks, it has been 106 days since this young lady went missing. My patience has worn past thin and today is my birthday. So in honor of that, I demand that the responsible party(ies) (Ahem, I'm looking at you Enrique) reveal to us where she is. Her family needs answers well before Christmas. So today would be perfect, as always. It really would be the best birthday present I could ask for!

That's an order!

I am new to TOS so please strike if inappropriate but he is very familiar with legal issues via "his conviction on federal racketeering charges in the early '90s, to a collection of lawsuits in Dallas County." mentioned in MSM here http://www.dallasobserver.com/2006-12-28/news/coming-out-swinging/

Carlos is an activist for Latino immigrants. I was surprised to learn EA wasn't a U.S. citizen but it makes more sense now why Carlos is serving as his "spokesperson".

"It's up to him to prove it wrong" the way I read it, was referring to the DA... not to Arochi.. or Arochi's atty

Correct grammar would have "him" referring back to EA.

I was simply stating the way I read it. But I agree. Typos and misquotes do happen. However, I think if someone is legally able to practice law in a state they'd know where the burden of proof is.

Just my opinion.

No. IDK what he is. If whoever made the comment is an atty I'd expect him to know the difference. If the one who said it is not an atty, then I wouldn't necessarily expect him to know the difference. I am trying to keep up with 23 threads and initials and names. Sorry if I misspoke. If he's an atty, (was my point) the person knows the difference. If he is not an atty - whoever made the comment - then I do not expect him to know the difference. If he is a spokesperson for the family then fine. IDK what he is. The whole situation seems tragic to me from all sides so I guess I don't understand all the hostility. I'm just trying to participate and follow the case the best I can. Wow, you guys. I am a fellow poster here. I have the same goal which is justice for Christina. Just because I go about it a different way or have a different view, that should be OK in an open minded world.

And btw, things are not over ....yet.

I may not always agree with you, but totally appreciate and read everything you share. Any little piece could help! We do all have a common goal.

Everyone please let's keep the focus on Christina and her case. It doesn't matter if someone who is not connected to the actual kidnapping has a record or not.

Think about it. How would it be for you if you found yourself in a situation where you were involved in helping a friend or family member through something horrible like a kidnapping, and then one day out of the blue, your name AND your past mistakes are on the largest true crime forums in the world. Even though your past has nothing to do with the kidnapping.

Your words have power. Your words can hurt someone's heart, destroy someone's confidence, and weigh someone down so much that they don't want to get up. That's how powerful your words are on this forum or anywhere else where you post to the public.

It's easy while we sit behind our computer screens and type our thoughts under an assumed name to forget how powerful our words really are.

Don't forget. Please remember.

Thank you so much for this! Many times in the last three months the words here have broken my heart! I am sure many other true friends and family members as well.

You can never take it back. I appreciate you Tricia! You're the best.

The problem I see is that there are several people CM thought were her friends and turns out they were NOT.
Just like the one who she obviously had a soft spot for and allowed him to stay at her place and he violated her trust and committed theft and vandalism/damage of property.
The one she put her trust into emotionally .. totally duped her and her family as well.
I am sure there is more to come... where the smoke is rising out of a chimney ..someone is adding another log

Does anyone have a link to the first time Accion America was mentioned in MSM?

I agree with this completely and have a bad feeling about one of the friends in particular.
