This may sound foolish but I dont understand what happens at a party with drugs vs. a party without drugs. Also why they could be in trouble after the fact? Or why they think the police would place more emphasis on who provided the drugs rather than finding Christina? When you have a party with alcohol, you set up a bar. Are drugs actually set out for people to try? Does a drug dealer come like a Tupperware lady with a variety of drugs for sale?

No one has mentioned the PI lately. How is she making out?

My thought on that is maybe people at party have priors and could be on probation and if it came out they were doing drugs they could get in trouble. Maybe someone could lose custody of kids or be looked down upon at work, etc. they may not want their weekend activity broadcast to America I guess is what I'm saying :) they've probably lawyered up and were told to be quiet for now.
Edited: TOTALLY my own opinion, I don't know who was at party or their current situations.

It depends on the party goers, if all are involved- it would be more open, like here I have this do you want some? If the party goers were not all into the same thing it maybe the availability was known to only people that were seeking the type of drug the dealer was offering(more hush hush).

Being afraid of being in trouble after the fact may come into play due to level of addiction (not wanting the supply to be compromised). Drug dealers usually only want to deal to people they know/trust- not like a Tupperware party at all. MOO

Okay, so I have a theory that has been on my mind lately, relating to a possible relationship between EA and HF in a kidnap for revenge/drug scenario. I AM NOT SLEUTHING HF. We all know he is mixed in with some bad drug business. Anyhow...

What if there is a particular supplier many of those in that former Allen HS circle have in common. Let's say EA finds himself in over his head and in trouble with his supplier. Not a great position to be in. In my scenario, say he is aware of SOMEONE ELSE'S debt to the same supplier (after all, they are acquainted), and in an attempt to get back in favor with his supplier, says, "Hey, you'll never guess who I am with..." and offers to deliver CM.

Sorry, not written out very well, but it's a pain to type it all out from my phone.

Okay so going on your theory, where would Christina be?

My theory is more about the motive and possible connection between EA and HF's arrest that others have between trying to put together.

In this scenario, though, I suppose there are several possibilities... something could have gone terribly wrong and EA harmed her, never making it there. Or she could have been delivered, and is either still alive as we all hope, or it turned into a Jesse James Hollywood situation, especially with all the heat and attention this case has generated.

This is the woman EA's attorney is currently representing. She's admitting everything in hopes of avoiding the death penalty. Hopefully EA will do the same.

Last time I said this I got ripped to shreds, but I'll go ahead & say it again.. guess I'm a glutton for punishment, but here goes. I think it is a huge statement that they hired THIS particular lawyer, BEFORE EA was even charged with anything. To me that is all telling... ok, ok.. let me have it....:hills:

Great point, not going to let you have it. :-)

Totally agree!

No the wife.

Ok. Thanks. I have never read anything about them. It was posted yesterday that it was thought he was representing Eric. I was going off of that, as I never googled about either of them or the case. Thanks for posting.

Adding to my post: Sadly, the statement they are making is certainly not what we want to hear....

Not going to let you have it, but I 100% disagree. Having my family and my friends in LE/FBI, they have told me from the beginning of time, if you are being looked at or you ever think you are in trouble always get an attorney. Never speak to LE without one. With that, you would never want to switch lawyers midway through, so you get one to ride it out. You always get the best. In this situation, where a girl is missing and you are the last one with her, and your state has the deaths penalty...you get a DP attorney. I'd you don't need them, great. If you do, then you are prepared.

I certainly hope that You don't wait to be charged to hire a lawyer. You want one there when you are being questioned. Yes, it may looked guilty, but in this world, with innocent people being charged, please protect yourselves. What is interesting is I had this discussion on another thread and every single person said this is not an admission of guilt.

I really am curious what people would do if they were questioned several times, car taken....I will stop. I know the answer will be they wouldn't hire a lawyer, but the truth is you would. You would hire one and protect yourself and not care what people on WS or the public think.

Point well taken, Hockeymom! (I believe this was the reply you gave me last time I posted this & I respect yours and all opinions!)

I'd definitely hire a lawyer, but I think the hiring of this particular attorney before being arrested/charged with anything is telling. Of course, jmo.

I think the different opinions are a good thing. We dont want his spokesperson or attorney claiming he will not get a fair trial due to the media attention this case is getting and that everyone believed he was guilty even before DNA evidence came back and he was arrested.
