I don't think he specifically said it would be this week. Here's what I found from Thread #24

"Tilley said that as the investigation unfolds it is possible that other arrests may be made and additional charges may be filed.

"We still believe somebody out there has some information and they’re just not coming out with it," Tilley said."

ETA: Here's the article, its by Brittany F.

Thanks. Guess I dreamed it, then. Mea culpa. But if someone is arrested in the next few days I'm going start telling people I'm clairvoyant. :)

Did EA and Christina see each other at all before going out? I think it was said they arrived about the same time. Is it possible her keys or something she needed were mistakenly left at his house or somewhere and she got a ride with him to retrieve them?

I will be your witness too!

Not to my knowledge.

Guess who's back! Back again!! (the tune to eminem)
I was a bad girl and I learned my lesson.

I think PPD is just saying they didn't specify it was Christinas DNA to throw off EA attorney since he can't see the evidence from my understanding.

But that's jmo!

Wondering where the DNA was found...
Car ?
Vacuum ?
EA's home ?
All of the above ?

Someone else's car that we were not aware was searched? Someone close to EA?

  • #669
the only place they searched prior to the arrest was his car AFAIF
If we go by the search warrant then yes it was just a warrant for his vehicle so we could assume that is the only place they would have found DNA but we do not know all the facts. In Enrique's interviews he states they told him to take his shirt off and inspected him for any abrasions which he said he had none (we know that is not true per affidavit)

So IMO and just my own speculations and assumptions they could have swabbed him for her DNA. They could have went back to the parking garage after the dogs hit and collected samples and received DNA from that. They could have got DNA evidence out of the shop vac. Of course the logical place that would lead to an arrest for aggravated kidnapping would be her DNA in his car but the PPD does not want that information revealed yet.

“During the period from July 2014 to the present, undercover narcotics detectives made 51 (fifty-one) drug buys at Jaguars, with the most recent occurring on December 4, 2014,” says the city’s petition.

If, by chance, undercover agents were buying drugs from HF during the hours in question on Saturday Aug 30, that would definitely secure his alibi.

This is going to be a very long 30 days..... I sure hope something/someone changes that much sooner than that!

I'm going with his car.
Mostly bc it took forever to process the DNa and kidnapping would make me think a vacuum can't carry a person away, and neither could the pole in the garage IFFFF they had time to process the DNA on that pole or whatever. From what the K9 expert said it would take quite some time to do the test to determine that was Christinas DNA in the garage.

I hadn't considered that, but adding those also.

His alibi, meaning he was in another area, not in Allen? Still doesn't mean he wasn't involved (imo). People hire people to do things. And I'm not suggesting that it was EA who harmed Chirstina; that remains to be seen requiring a trial and a guilty verdict. That is, if she has been harmed. I hope not. IDK.

Welcome back, I was just wondering where you were!

And yes, I believe PPD is being cautious about what is released. We all want to know, but not if it will jeopardize their investigation.

Coldpizza or other mod - is this forum being moderated per reply or something? maybe just something kooky going on. Since last night - sometimes if I refresh, there are suddenly replies upstream that I didn't see before (mixed in with replies that I have seen). I'm pretty thorough about reading all the replies and not just skimming. It's confusing me - I don't think I'm crazy, but there is always that possibility. :-) Thanks!

I am not a mod but I had a lot of weird issues logging in and other off behaviors with websleuths regardless of whichever format, online tapatalk mobile

There are exactly 2 things I am 100% sure of in this case:

1) Christina should not be missing.

2) OMG, I am impatient and TrueTexan is right in that it is going to be a lonnnnnng 30 days.

How can they match fibers for evidence considering the sketchy list of clothing Christina was wearing?
(I guess they have the video from the garage but, still, is fiber content distinguishable?)

Maybe they found dna, fibers from the friends Tshirt she borrowed.........

I agree but just seems to be a debate on false information etc regarding DNA being found in his car so just pointing out other possibilities. If he used the shop vac to vacuum his car to try to get rid of any evidence Christina was in his car then yes if they found a strand of her hair or fibers with her blood etc on it then technically the DNA was not found im his car but in the vacuum he used to clean his car with. Still places her in his car. IMO

I hope Christina is missing by choice, .....which means she is alive and well.
