Aren't people just assuming he went back to SOL? I think perhaps he took advantage of dumpsters near there, but never returned to the parking garage or SOL. LE should be searching the dump. It has been done successfully before even after time passed.

The other reason to go near SOL again could be to return unknown male who contributed DNA to the car.

Agree - the ping was by Granite Park tower in the vicinity of SOL. I too was confused earlier and thought he had gone to both places, but seems that the wording in the warrant is to imply that he was still in the SOL area (back at the actual Shops is another question).

I wonder if SB and EA had "been together" prior to this evening. Wasn't he better friends with her and PP than CM? If they'd had been together before and if she was the one he was interested in earlier in the evening, that would explain the "if you don't stay on the couch" line being seen as expecting something intimate. Some of us were confused why that was seen as indicative of sexual advance. And let's say SB who had previously had a little interest in EA makes it clear she's not interested not to mention very tired being that it's almost 4 am, heads to bed. He's pouting and CM who is mad because she can't reach her bf, says she's ready to leave, and they leave together. I don't think she was mad at her friends. I think they're all finally tired, ready to pass out, and it's just a case of see you! Yes, it would have been nice if they had insisted she stay, but again I think they were all too tired or incapacitated. CM looks comfortable walking with EA. He's a bit of a goofball...she's not thinking a threat...just wants to get to her car...and then he makes a pass and things go south fast. I just can't imagine he subdued her and put her in the trunk in a few minutes. But what do I know? Now that we know she did have her keys, there was no reason for her to get in his car willingly, was there?

Interesting insight.

I wouldn't think it's even close to feasible. Google pegs it at about 1:20 for the loop, and of course that doesn't include any time at all for a stop to do something with CM. Probably need a drive about half that long.

Oh, gosh, I should have clarified (and in this case, been LESS specific) to say "somewhere rural out in that region that one could access from an exit post-Custer gantry 121 that would allow a smooth loop back to Legacy".

Sorry for any confusion! :)

Totally dropping it now-- not worth confusing others.

Instead of thinking debits on his bank account, what about a large deposit he thought he could hide?

Has anyone ever answered or does anyone know (or can it even be said here) who else was in EA's home that weekend? I pray that home and yard and buildings have been thoroughly searched because I have had a gut feeling Christina is there close, I mean close as in on that property? I am probably wrong though.

The quadrillion dollar question!!! Funny you should ask.

I also considered that as why bank statement was mentioned on the list as well.

9/10 - Trash pull: 32oz 409 bottle + 32oz all purpose cleaner w/bleach + cleaning rags + towels *note says several cleaning supplies so there could be others not specified
9/24 - Trash pull: 1gal bottle of OdoBan + 32oz bottle mult purpose surface cleaner + empty cellphone boxes + handwritten Spanish note
9/26 - Search warrant on Camaro executed

You'd think some where it'd be mentioned regarding the chemical smell and/or any bleaching stains/discoloration

But - looks like the cleaning supply dump was being done over the course of a MONTH!

So, can the motive be changed for the same charge? Forgive me if this is a dumb question but I seem to be on the same page as some but with the details of the warrant out my initial thoughts were put in the back burner.

Didn't LE bring a dog the day of the search? I don't what type, but if it was cadaver dog it would have gotten a hit.

Oh I agree with that general concept of a loop, as a viable working idea ...just not a loop nearly that big.

The limit may be about 75 on the east end .....maybe a bit farther, but probably not much. If you run a loop from SOL to Custer/121 to 75, then S to Legacy or Bethany, and then W to SOL area, google pegs it as really close to 45 mins, which is about the size footprint we might be looking for.

Of course, there are all kinds of variations you could do to that, which makes it complicated to begin to try to figure where he might have gone.

But even if you don't vary it and it happens to be exactly right, it's an almost 30 mile loop, so a tremendous amount of sq footage to search.

Finally an answer to keys. So someone was trying to keep her there and then keys showed up when they were ready for her to leave. So she was just wanting him to walk her to car and she was gonna drive herself. So then to me he forced her in car and she didn't go willingly

Except the text with the key picture was sent approx. 2:30 a.m.
If Christina wanted to leave earlier, why would she wait another hour until doing so?
Just asking for a reason for the new info to make sense (to include the claim CM desired to leave earlier than even 2:30 a.m.).

Thank you for asking. I really don't see him or whoever made the list writing down bank statements because of a store run. If they were thinking into those details there's a million other things that should be on the list. I think the list is what would definitively tie him and possibly others (possibly who made the list even) to a crime.

In the search warrants. They said a certain software had been used to completely wipe all data from the phone beyond what a standard "Factory Reset" does. But they said that info pulled from the phone may still be attached to the computer used to run the software to wipe the phone.

I think all the ping info comes from data records at Sprint. They are likely looking for internet search stuff, SnapChat, other forms of IM, IDK.

To be honest, I doubt if anything is really wiped out forever. SIM cards, the "cloud" (even carriers have their own so Sprint may have their own version of a proprietary "cloud").....it may be retrievable??

Perhaps???

Someone remind me who said she wasn't feeling well. I'm just wondering what weight I should be putting on that. Also, what about the whole "got to get home to get my dog" thing? There are so many things that we have heard and I'm not really sure what was fact, what was rumor. We also were told that EA turned off his phone after passing through the Custer Road Gantry, but now we know this was not the case. In the most recent search warrent they describe the clothing she was wearing and now we are back to the fedora, gray tshirt, skirt and flip flops. What happened to the shorts? This is so confusing. I know that LE has so much more that they are not sharing -- and I think they should keep it to themselves because I think it is building a fool proof case. I really have to wonder if they are pretty sure someone else is involved and that is why they are not coming out with all of it. Just like EA had been watched for the past 3 and a half months I think others have been too.

He didn't turn off the phone? I thought he did.
