But what throws me is his wiping of the passenger handle of his car at the Kroger. That seems like something he was doing to remove (her) fingerprints.

Or those of the unknown male who had his DNA in the car? Yes, just because they find someone's DNA in the car doesn't mean it ended up in there THAT day. (But why bring it up in the affidavit? If LE was trying to make the point that Christina's DNA was not in the passenger seat, they why not simply state her DNA was not in the passenger seat, but only in the trunk. I can't help but believe that statement has further implications.)

No ping at his house at 4:40 that I know of. Just the 4:08 toll gantry & then back at SOL at 4:47.

Thank you, I was confused at first but catpatrol's timeline cleared it up for me. I still think he went home with her in trunk to get things (possibly people) to help dispose of her.

I used to doubt trafficking theory, but now I'm coming around to it.

Looks like LE was mindfully aware and justifiably suspicious of ea as early as they were able to be, given the circumstances. Hopefully and presumably keeping an eye on him. No indications revealed about if he's returned to any locations or been looking over his shoulder. I just keep thinking someone would have to be really confident that their crime was concealed. Nowhere to return to nearby, no trace of belongings or anything.

I'm still thinking she may be hidden far away, with assistance from others. Handoff a real possibility IMO.

Maybe she moved the ring from her ring finger (to middle finger as you stated) as a symbol of not as serious relationship as you(Hunter) once thought. This photo of the keys and ring makes me go hmmmmm.

The ring is from her mother, she gave it to her at her college graduation.

And someone who "turns" their tires with a "lifter" might be pretty surprised to see that happen. Someone might not have been aware of that trunk-lever's function.

Maybe he knocked her out and put her in the passenger side. That's why he cleaned everything so good on that side but she never woke up. He freaked. Went home and moved her to the trunk before he did what he did.

Yes, and I think that was alluded to in the warrant because it was said that LE knows there are other cell towers in the area beyond the ones listed in the warrant. They say that I think meaning that they will be checking into them, but for this charge of aggravated kidnapping they are just presenting the evidence to show she was where he claimed she wasn't -- in his car -- and that he did not go back to Allen directly.

I think they will be presenting more evidence because I think other cell towers will have data showing where he went and when. That evidence will be used for a murder charge because it will lead to her.

Not sure if it will make a difference how she got into the car at this point. I do think that timeline is very crucial however in her location. But that will really only help if he didn't move her after the fact. He had several months, I know many will say well he didn't know he had that long but the fact is he did. He kidnapped her that is not normal rational thinking so why would he have been thinking like a rational person during this last 4 months since. Not sure if he thought enough to toss her phone but if he did that could certainly mean something but his was still pinging so leads me to think he took her back in the area of TSAL thinking maybe if they found her he would be off the hook. Maybe leaving her there some where as well for good or till he could move her

Separating her belongings from her person.... Maybe thinking they'd focus on close to the SOL and find it faster and w/his "iron clad" tolltag at 4:08am then it couldn't have been him. I'm thinking now that she might be closer to Allen, but her items are back in North Plano. It would explain why he was pinging back close to the SOL at 4:47a.

How long is the drive from SOL to EA's home via Legacy?

I'm hoping she kicked his a** based on his walk and injuries the next day!

But yes I agree on 3rd party. And if it's who I think it is, very selfish of EA. Which isn't surprising.
