Or those of the unknown male who had his DNA in the car? Yes, just because they find someone's DNA in the car doesn't mean it ended up in there THAT day. (But why bring it up in the affidavit? If LE was trying to make the point that Christina's DNA was not in the passenger seat, they why not simply state her DNA was not in the passenger seat, but only in the trunk. I can't help but believe that statement has further implications.)
