Did someone really take her keys or did she just misplace them? I don't see this as being that pre-planned, but I do think when Christina decided to leave, he thought he might have an opportunity to hit on her, and I say that only on his part because he was hoping she was mad enough at HF. I guess that's what creepy guys do and I do think she thought he was creepy, just not dangerously creepy.

Something's I want to say. Like what may have gone down . I'm so hesitant to say because being a mother myself I would never want to read any of this or think any of this could ever happen to one of my children. I just can't even imagine how they feel ( this makes me so sad and I don't know her ) and I don't want to EVER be where her Mother/ family is... So many things go through my mind.. Lifting her family up in prayers.

Wanted to add Hilton didn't open til Sept 10 of this year. It's brand new.
I'm sure there's other stuff there but that wasn't open yet.

Thanks for this bit....I had an old friend visiting and she stayed there. I remember her saying it was brand new and I think we met up the week of 9/17. So, while it didn't OPEN until 9/10 - it was probably close to operational if it was just a week-10d from its grand opening.

It does limit the dropping off to someone staying there theory. But, that area in general has a lot of people/offices. A misplaced cell (assuming he removed the noticeable cover) wouldn't garner a ton of attention. Wonder if the police have asked around for any found iPhones WITHOUT a cover.

There was maintenance workers and coding people going in and out crap like that but not at 4am!
But I am sure the other businesses there in the area could have video!

I just mostly meant, no one was staying there that's all :)

2 things:
1. Wfaa.com says "A search*warrant affidavit says her DNA was found in the lid of the car's trunk.."
So maybe she wasn't knocked out?

2. On the handwritten note bank statements are listed. Any importance to this besides maybe when and where chemicals were bought? Maybe there's something more to that.

IMO

So where is the info coming from that one of Christina's last texts or emails was to HF to leave the door unlocked? Or did she really say something else instead?

I always suspected the keys were taken from her without her knowledge as a set-up!

Sociopaths are ... So predictable....

They were found, then missing again. I'm assuming she realized they were missing again when she was walking to her car. But I do question why the house and not car keys. Unless those weren't as accessible, you'd think if you want someone to stay put or be dependent on a ride you'd take away the car key. Maybe those were taken too though? The keys are confusing. To say the least.

TWICE! And the 2nd time less than an hour before she left? I always thought the missing keys was a rumor. It is confirmed in the tweet from Jonni and now they were missing a 2nd time!

Yes, IMO, he used his debit card to purchase the cleaning supplies and he knows they can see the stores and can go there to get a copy of the receipt if not the video showing him make the purchase.

I never thought they were missing 2x.... really?? Missing...then found (pic sent to HF) and then missing again? Is this right?

I can't wait to see the Wal-Mart video footage. (Yes, I'm joking b/c I really don't know...but how many people have been caught going to freaking Wal-Mart?!?)

That's what was said. The pic of the keys was sent to HF after she told him they were missing to tell him look I found them. Then another text as they were walking to the garage saying leave the house unlocked I can't find my keys.. Would really like to know if/where they were ever found.

I'm not sold on the idea of her sending that last text to HF saying leave the door open. But, I can't figure any reason for EA to send it tho. That part is just not making sense to me.

But, going with the theory that it was indeed CM that sent that one, it would make sense as to why she waited an additional hour to leave after she found them the first time. That picture of the keys was sent to HF at 2:34, and she didn't leave until 3:30.

I asked the same thing earlier. I don't even have as much as a theory why.

The only thing I can think of is he just got a new lawyer. Could he have made them unseal for him to review but that means they're unsealed for ALL, including us?

That was my understanding too. The lost keys situation took place earlier in the night (with the keys re-appearing around 2:30)

Also, Jonni described the key ring as a "lobster key ring" so they probably wouldn't have come off on their own.

Where is that info coming from? The info I just posted from BF came from CM's mom, yes? It makes no mention of the keys being lost again.

Read the law again:.

I've read the law already, but thanks for the suggestion. However, you're still saying things must be proven that the law doesn't require, when you assert that they must prove he had sexual intentions and/or sexual frustrations regarding the friend. They don't have to prove anything at all about his actions with the friend in order to get a conviction for the AK of CM.

All that they need prove is any one of the aggravating factors, and it only has to be proven with regard to his intent toward CM.

Nor do they need to show his state of mind for prior hours, only an intent (ie, not an accident) to do something either sexual or violent in association with the act of kidnapping.

Intent will be much easier than you realize to prove, given that he put her in his trunk; the primary test for them at this point (given the fact they have trunk evidence) is to prove that something either sexual or violent occurred (if that's the "aggravating" element they want to assert) along with the kidnapping.

I hate to even ask this, but if she was only in his car for x # of minutes, would he really need that Odo-ban stuff?

IF Christina was deceased ... sometimes the bowels/bladder release. Not always, but lots of the time. Odoban for that sort of odor. COULD BE ... just a guess. I hate talking about that. :(
