Richard K. Franklin no longer listed as #EnriqueArochi attorney on Collin County Jail website. Trying to figure out what's going on.

Heck.. EA may end up with a court appointed attorney...

I may be missing something, but I'm not convinced CM is anywhere near the route that LE detailed through the cell phone pings. I think its entirely possible EA took CM to his home, and didn't hide her until sometime before he got gas at Kroger. He could have gone the opposite direction of SOL and found a desolate property/dumpster that wouldn't have any traffic on an early Saturday morning. I think the search area is much larger. However, LE is continuing their search in certain areas. I wonder if they have other cell pings they haven't mentioned?

So are you saying that you think CM was in EA's trunk all the way to his home at 5:30-ish, and then he went E from there, maybe a long round-trip "road trip" in those next 4 hours, to get rid of her or her body? If we go with that theory, she then can be anywhere in a 2 hour drive radius, and a search would be pretty much an exercise in futility, wouldn't it?

One thing that might be worth exploring. Do they have a way to see how much gas he got on Sat morn, and then look through his bill and see when he last filled up before then? Gas usage, if they can even get a rough approximation, can somewhat limit the possible distances in play.

Can you guys expand on this a little more? Are y'all thinking he left the cell phones at his house while doing some of this driving? Doesn't LE have all the cell tower pings from his phone? I'm confused on how CM couldn't be anywhere near one of the cell tower pings.

I don't know where they were going but maybe it was just to smoke a joint. Or maybe she thought she lost her keys again and they were headed to her dad's house,and then she found them. She asked ea to drive her back to the garage. He thought he was going to get sex from her, she rebuffed him. He was very angry, because he thought he was so nice to her, and she said no. Some guys think they are entitled to sex if they do something nice for you.

To me, this sounds like it's pretty much the right general idea. Somewhere in there is a change of plans, and then (in no particular order) a struggle, a bite, a car getting dinged, she's put in the trunk, maybe her phone is tossed or runs out of juice.

At the moment- I could really careless what he might or might not be growing or cultured inside his own petri dish.

But that is my point...I don't think that would get him to admit anything. I think he is far more scared of the consequences of what might have happened the night Christina disappeared than he is of any disease he might acquire.

I think this team might have been the better option: Regardless of whether the person charged with killing a grandmother or a grandmother charged with hiring a hitman to kill her husband, every client is given a zealous defense. same and same. Now if we knew the key situation it might shed some light. SN asks if she is okay to drive, meaning he thought she had her keys, right? CM walks 20 minutes supposedly headed to her car, so I assume she thought she had her keys. Did she get to her car and notice she did NOT have them again? Was EA supposed to drive her back to the apartment so she could check? I'm sure she would not want to walk back another 20 minutes. JMO

Doesn't make sense to me on a lot of levels. He obviously did NOT take her back to the apartment, but instead immediately headed elsewhere. So if she got in the car with him willingly, she knew in a minute he wasn't going where she intended. And she needed her keys, if she didn't have them, so it's not likely a change in plans she would have agreed to.

But that means a crisis/ conflict there. Yet at that point you still have her traveling with him as a passenger, then being put in trunk at some point later, so that means another conflict/crisis moment later.

I think it much more likely that we only have one incident, somewhat extended stuff, that includes a struggle, bite, wreck, and her getting put in the trunk. The info we have points away* from it happening early in the 3:58 to 5:32 time span, unless it happened in the garage at the outset.


* The Camaro left the garage and in 10 minutes was traveling to the NE at the Custer gantry, which takes 9-10 minutes to get to via the best route.
