Does anyone think that she was still in the trunk when EA went to Kroger? I find it highly weird that (from what we know) he didn't open the trunk to clean. It is said that he "squeegied" the exterior, but when I'm washing my car I usually pop the trunk to clean the lip and edge of the trunk. I've also known car fanatics that when washing their cars will open up every door and the trunk and wipe them down to ensure there are no water streaks.

Maybe that's one reason he inspected the trunk area.. to make sure nothing was hanging out of there... ??

CookieZ, just to clarify, when Christina called SN to say she was okay to drive home, she called him because he had offered to give her a ride home, right? Why did he offer to drive her home? Did she have her car keys then and just not the house keys?

Are you in Allen? Mine always gets picked up the day following the normal pickup day.

ETA: Oh you said your day is Friday and you have to wait for the next Friday? On the Allen site it said Friday's route usually gets picked up on Saturday -- maybe your neighborhood doesnt get the special Saturday pick up :-(

It depends on the city. When I lived in Denton, they only pick up once a week anyway so when there was a holiday, they just pushed it a day. Some places have 2 times a week pick up and don't require the trash to be put in a big bin thing. It just depends.

Wondering this as well. Especially with the time lapse. Wondering if he moved her around the time he threw away that list.

I think anytime after 9/3 when they had already caught him in a few lies and took the first look at his car that he didn't do anything further b/c he was on the radar at that point. I would HOPE that he was being monitored for the very fact that he was caught lying about multiple things.

BUT...we know he was in jail from 9/15-9/22. THEN the Odoban is found 9/24. Car is picked up per search warrant on 9/26.

It's possible that once he got out that he did "something" that then required the use of Odoban. ?? I highly suspect that he would be that bold after all the questioning and being in jail for a week. Then again, maybe being in jail for that week was motivation to avoid going back any time soon.

My thoughts are that PPD still has more info than we know (which we suspected all the time leading up this as well - and we were right!). Being realistic, I believe they are waiting to find confirmation of the worst to then bring out the addt'l evidence confirming all that he did to cover it up. Prove he was being methodical and tried to cover up his tracks - not something he did in some fugue state or mental blackout.

The fact that 1 gal of the concentrate makes 32 gallons rfu tells me they didn't buy it very often. Seems like 1 gal would be a lifetime supply, with less than normal use...

When you buy the gallon jug u get the smaller spray bottle to refill.
We buy it at sams club. Or cosco!

Not up here in Frisco either. Ours is next business day. Our normal day is Monday so the holiday delay gets us regularly - Tues mornings those trucks are running through our alleys all day.

Here in my area of florida they (waste Management) pick up on Holidays. All but Christmas!

Okay, Thank you! I just wanted to make sure we knew she did have her car key because that was something we were confused about for a while.

Do you know when the house keys finally turned up? Was it right after she left that they found them, or was it in the next few days?

The police had to have asked him where the shirt was he wore that night I would imagine.

Also, in the warrant is says they showed him a "still image" of his car leaving the shops. Wonder why not a video? LE keeping that for themselves? :thinking:

Based on all the different cleaning products, someone was doing some major cleaning and I don't think it was "the maid." Jmo.

It should be noted that Odorban doesn't just remove odors. Apparently it also disinfects, cleans and sanitizes, so it's like an all purpose product. It's available in a regular size (32oz ready to use spray) but I guess he figured he needed the gallon concentrated size, even though it looks like he went through at least 3 other 32oz containers of other products (which looked new and dustfree, so it's assumed they were used by him).

Since you haven't been with us for all of these threads, I want to explain why I think she asked this. Waaay back in the beginning, this outing was described by CM's mom as a "Girl's Night Out/sleepover" and so we had thought it was strictly a group of girls . Then the guys came into the picture, so I think that's why she's asking. For a while it was presented as a GNO and we didn't realize the guys were there from the beginning of the evening.
