What I've always wondered about is that the brother indicated to the detectives that EA normally used a jack which was maintained in the garage at his residence.
Well... how often does he "turn" his tires that he has to keep the jack in the garage? Don't most car owners just keep their car jack in the car in case they get a flat tire? I sure hope lil bro wasn't coached beforehand on what to say if he was interviewed.
Don't most car owners (who live in the city) go to a tire dealer and take advantage of free or low cost tire rotation where its done quickly and professionally? Maybe EA adopted the "do-it-yourself" approach because he wanted to pull off debris that may be attached to his tires on the inside.
Why are we taking seriously EA's excuse for his injuries, using a tire and a jack in the tale, as if they were somehow part of the actual facts of the case? I'm sure he has tires, and a jack, but no one in family or PPD has suggested they have any serious connection to what happened, other than being an obvious lie he concocted.
Yeah you never know! The good thing is that there were rags as well and I'm sure they will do forensics on them! That should let LE know what was bring cleaned up!
And EA now has an attorney listed on his collin county jail site.... Franklin, Richard K.
I'm leaning towards that as well. I think the wording of the affidavant has everyone thinking she was put in the trunk shortly after the video of them walking into the garage. I'm wondering if that's intentionally misleading. I'm still holding out for the additional arrest(s).I feel like there's always a little bit of truth in a lie. Just thinking outside of the box or trying to. . .
He left that garage pretty quickly so maybe she did go voluntarily at first. Maybe the crime scene was the home?
Wonder why on the 3rd attorney. ...
is he changing attorneys or assembling a team or what?
I'm behind so this may have been brought up, sorry if it's a duplicate. There was discussion a while back about the tires in the back being different than the front on that make/model/year so wouldn't be "turning" or rotating his tires.
I think there's a scene in My Cousin Vinny I could hear playing out....

 How was CM seen in Arochi's trunk? Who saw her in the trunk? Perhaps I have missed a lot of information and need to go back and read?
So, isn't that like 3 different attorneys in a week - what can be read into this? Did the 2 previous ones feel they couldn't represent him for some reason (why take him on in the first place, if this was the case) or what could be the reason?
BBM
This is what I'm thinking. The only theory that I can make fit the timing.
He was not a happy camper. A night of drinking and other goodies. Didn't get lucky. May have tried something with Christina.
Got in his car pissed off. Hit her with his car. And...
Not sure if this has been posted yet....but EA attorney has filed a motion as of today to Preserve Evidence and for Equal Access to Observation of Testing of Evidence.

Also, if all those cleaning products were used somewhere else he would have to be incredibly dumb to take them home to discard.
Well the link is excellent that hibiscus gave for the attorney...
"cell phone evidence is circumstantial" "No real proof Levell Evans (sp?) was even on that cell phone." Per the video.

McClung & Franklin was formed and designed to take on the most difficult, challenging, and sometimes hopeless cases. The practice is concentrated on the offenses of capital murder, murder, and other aggravated crimes of violence. Regardless of whether the person charged with killing a grandmother or a grandmother charged with hiring a hitman to kill her husband, every client is given a zealous defense. Supported by a team of forensic experts, investigators and appellate lawyer John Tatum, the firm never refuses a case because of its horrendous nature.
