That could also explain his careful vacuuming - making sure there's no evidence of drugs in the car.

mmmm... possibly, but I think a little bit of weed was the least of his worries at that time.. unless CM spilled a whole bag of it on the floorboard when they were fighting... who knows

My first reaction to that was incredulity, as in, why worry that much about cleaning up after a joint, then I remembered most of the nation is much different in that regard than here in Washington state. ;)

Yeah, they still frown upon that here in Texas.. lol

G'nite all..

Probably should clarify that it's still illegal to smoke and drive here.

Cm probably thought ea was harmless. Just a guy out looking for fun. I think his actions totally took her by surprise. Something like this happened to me once, and in an instant I was terrified of the guy I was dining with. Wow, I am lucky I made it home that night.

She wouldn't have thought so if others gave her a heads up that he was lookin for a little something something. The friends may be exonerated but they will always seem guilty in my book for nott using commo sense and looking after their friend. MOO

Exactly.
I agree with your + Zipp's earlier idea-- left garage willingly in passenger seat is easiest way to account for rapid departure and odd gas-station-squeegee to passenger door.

What about smoking a joint and then "hey, but let's not do it in this bright garage where security might come by".

(Then insert Horse Theory 42, a classic...)

They leave with the plan of going some somewhere more familiar-- not necessarily a house, just familiar turf. (Where do Allen kids smoke?)

Something changes.

Maybe she's ready to head back and he says only if you kiss me. She rebuffs, it escalates.
Yelling. Maybe punching/kicking at him.
He makes an attempt to silence/subdue her, but inflicts more force than planned.

A coverup ensues.

It is but how often is it caught and ticketed?

Honestly, depending on where you are and how much you have on you, it can be a non-issue.

What I'm still questioning is

1) How does "I can't find my house key" = "I can't find my car keys"?
2) How does Jonni know that somebody took them off her keychain and hid them from her?
3) SN offered to take her home to her apartment, and she said that she was fine to drive home. Why would she be driving if she had to get a ride?
4) How did the rumor "the keys were found in PP's apartment after CM left" start/keep going? Even AFTER the affidavit came out that stated that LE believed that CM was in possession of the keys at the time of her disappearance.

Not attacking anyone, the key thing is just really frustrating for me because at least on 12/12/2014 LE believed that CM was in possession of her keys at the time of her disappearance. I don't understand why LE is being disputed I guess.

I'm sorry if someone already answered this for you but wanted to help along as it confused me too.
1.no clue!
2.it's assumed because they disappeared then reappeared, so seemed as though someone was messing with her keys
3. I think the consensus is SN offered the ride if she wanted/needed it and she declined. AFAIK she left the apartment with intentions of driving herself home.
4. Its not a rumor, I believe it was confirmed by Jonni that the keys (house keys) turned up after she was missing.

Also, I feel super annoying sometimes on this site and I don't even post half my thoughts ha! But you just have to remind yourself you have a vested interest in Christina and her whereabouts and have the right to ask or suggest all you want. I personally appreciate everyone's perspective.

That's probably true!

All who feel they're annoying, STOP.
All who feel they're beating a dead horse, STOP.
All who feel they're just rehashing oher stuff, STOP.

Christina has not been found. All theories and thoughts should be taken into account. Who knows when that one obscure thing will lead to something. Christina needs us. She needs us to think inside and outside the box.

Snipped by me. Please do not feel annoying. It's going to take a group effort to bring Christina home. We want her home.

Has it ever been confirmed if EA did in fact turn off his phone? I know it makes sense that he'd want to put Christina somewhere before daylight but is there a chance he did after the SOL and home pings? Did he rush to work right afterwards to clock in then go home to freshen up maybe?

Well said! And I do agree

OT, I must share that the word "hinky" cracks me up every time I see it. I have only seen it at WS, BTW. [emoji1]

haha.. I never heard the word "hinky" either, until WS.. Urban Dictionary definition: Something as yet undefinable is wrong, out of place; not quite right.
"There's something hinky about the deal."

Thank you, Audly and thank you, Zipp. Every time I see "hinky" my mind goes into the gutter for some reason....

Sorry that was a little O/T. Carry on, please...

I don't know now if it's fact since he pinged all over the place. This is important in the overall scheme of things.

Has it ever been on

The timeline really bugs me. I'm guessing he didn't clock in. EA is the only person who has said he did and we know he has issues telling the truth. But I'm curious as to what he did from sunrise (7-ish?) to 10:15 when he was spotted at Kroger. And then if it's only 20 minutes from Kroger to Verizon why did it take him 55 minutes to get to work?

Mcclung and Franklin has a facebook page

Way behind, don't know the connection to EA (new atty again?), but just wanted to say that the profile pic on the FB page.... Is it just me, or is it supposed to look creepy?

According to timeline, 0532 is the last ping from his phone near his house. I am really thinking (unless LE has more pings they aren't releasing yet) this is when he was in "go mode" Phone is off, daylight is coming, workday will be starting soon...I think this is when he was thinking more clearly and when he put Christina somewhere, right before going to work to clock in. This is a 2.5 hour timeframe. I think he then clocked in at work then left and went into "Clean mode" with the house and double checking his car at Kroger before returning to work. Was he wearing his work clothes at Kroger?

I would think if PPD had places to search not known to the general public then we would know nothing about unless they found something. i hope like hell they have those spots to search without outside interference
