Right! It's either true, partially true or untrue... or someone has a very vivid imagination.. who knows.. at this point I'm open to anything.

Willing to bet it's deleted soon too

BUT the affidavit seems to indicate it may not be needed for the trial as LE has quite a bit already.
This is what I think. The case is not going to hinge on a bite mark. EA has a few more troublesome incidents to answer for right now. If the defense has to come up with explanation after explanation to account for each of his issues, that starts to add up...and in my opinion, starts to appeal to people who have no common sense or aren't all that bright. Logic and reason are important when evaluating the evidence.

Even if it comes out that someone else was ultimately responsible for Christina's disappearance, it looks like EA will still be implicated in some way. That's enough for me to skewer him on this not-bound-by-laws-of-the-courtroom forum.

I saw that BF tweeted that she was advised by Tim Miller not to mention Texas EQS, but that he complimented their searching or something like that. Anyone know why that might be? Should I read anything into that, or no? https://mobile.twitter.com/BF_StarNews/tweets

Hearkening back to the earlier discussion about the plausibility of SA--
A public perception of an SA motive might buy time to further investigate a drug-related angle without spooking those players.

Ya think??
I actually thought about that, but, the affidavits, the pings, the cleaning supplies...really?

I agree - it's something that should be considered at this point. My problem with that theory is this: if EA hadn't managed to find himself alone in a parking garage with CM at 4 am, what then? Stalk her until he had another opportunity? This really feels like a crime of opportunity rather than a planned kidnapping, but anything is possible I suppose. JMO

Yes, I agree with those... but could he have harmed her (accounting for all those items) while operating under a drug-related motive rather than an SA?

1. personal drug motive (in a flash of greed?)
2. at someone else's direction? (would require a premeditation that is not necessarily visible in the garage vid or timeline)

Those drugs... always a network, a web of connections and possibilities... SA sounds very 1:1, very final. Could that give someone else the reassurance to make a big move elsewhere?

Just thinking out loud...

I've thought this too. But he seems to be King of Dumb Luck. Could've not been planned but rather how the cards fell.

What it looks like to me is she is saying she was advised not to mention them unless they came back to be an active part of the search again. Probably to avoid people seeing the name and assuming they're involved again when they're not.

That posting looked like a ploy to take at least some of the heat (as far as murder) off EA & blame an untouchable group of people. Maybe to throw people (LE) off track, which ain't gonna work (IMO).. If even half of this is true, why wouldn't it be reported to the proper authorities, instead of that posting? It does appear that someone put a lot of thought into it..

Referring back to the possible bite mark....I think it's safe to assume that the Sprint store where EA worked had security cameras and that there would have been footage of him and the supposed bite mark, limping, etc. It would be interesting to know if the police were able to get this footage and if it is reliable enough to identify a bite mark or any of the other claims made by the store employees regarding EA's physical condition.

You're right! According to affidavit they went to his home looking for him to question him and he was at work. This was before the arrest for the cell phone. So IMO if your son, even though he is an adult, is gone for a week wouldnt you start worrying if you did not know where he was? Report him missing? Call the jails to see if he was arrested? EA couldnt have known he was going to be arrested to come up with a lie to tell them to explain him being gone for a week.
They probably knew.

Tomorrow is Christmas Eve. My wish is that Christina is brought home. It needs to happen! I was talking to my son about believing in magic (the good old Santa talk) and said to him "it's up to you if you believe in magic. But you should know that good people can sometimes make something magical happen and that is the truth." I so hope if someone knows something the good in them will lead someone to Christina!

That weird comment mentions 5 other clubs run by the same owners in Texas. Wonder if that's true, and where.

That comment? Wowza! I would hope someone forwarded the comment to PPD. Could be worth looking into.jmo

Can someone forward the thread link to Jmom? I'm sure she'd pass the info along to PD as well as CM mom. I think that whole scene is something we know nothing about, the details etc. hmmmm...
