Everyone jumped up earlier to say it was EA's and it was only unknown because they waited until that warrant to do his DNA swab.

They did say that and I personally think it was to get whoever it was in the car to come forward, or for EA to say who it was (and hopefully he has). Something has been bothering me about all the phones: (1) I am reading a case where the boyfriend could call his girlfriend's phone and using her password, have access to her voicemails, so the phone would still ping. Could this have been the case with Christina's phone with the 447 ping? Maybe HF finally decided to call her back and when it went to VM, he just went with listening? May be a stretch, but I didn't think about anyone (other than her) checking her VMs. (2) I do believe HF had more than one phone and he didn't answer Christina because he didn't want to fight with her in front of his clients/buddies? (3) If EA had enough sense to wipe his phone, how could he not have at least taken the battery out of Christina's phone? I know he's an idiot, but you would think being in the cell phone business, he would at least know to do that. Wouldn't that keep it from pinging?

Sadly it seems those that were the last to see her or hear from her were, and still are, too worried about themselves instead of Christina. I think the PI hit the nail right on the head with what she said in this article.

You can ask Cold, but I don't think there is a problem with transcribing the radio interview. Good luck straightening out that mess.

I agree. Not only because of drugs but because of the fact he took his phone to LE and let them not only look through it but extract data from it (which from my understanding they would be able to see all deleted text messages, pics, etc.) He wouldnt be that stupid. IMO

I disagree. He didn't know he had extra time. I think there were bodily fluids in the trunk which began to smell and he cleaned them. The fluids putrefy and the odor would be quite evident in a closed vehicle, imo.

What I have suspected as well since the affidavit. The trash pull with the empty bottle of Odoban was 9/24 after the week he spent in jail. His car would have been sitting in the hot garage closed up. I also wonder if he stopped driving his car because of an odor.

IIRC this wasn't where Jonni talked about the keys. It was in the press conference after the arrest and search warrants were unsealed. I haven't been able to find the press conference in its entirety posted anywhere. I watched that press conference live so I remember Jonni talking about the picture CM sent to Hunter with the keys but don't recall if any of the news stations showed that particular portion.

(1) LE would know he (or a specific number) called and accessed the vm with the code since it would be in the service provider's records. (2) He could have texted. (3) Taking out the battery would have stopped the pings, but if her phone was off not dead...it would ping. He would not necessarily have known this or even thought about it with the anxiety of the situation going on at the time. Possible there were more pressing issues like hiding the body without getting caught and getting far away quickly.

It's so wild that there are these huge periods of radio silence and then bursts of media explosion where new credible info is being shared from several venues. I'll have to go back and try to track that down... I didn't see it live, but I know I heard/saw the info about the photo and the keys with my own eyes and ears, so if it was a part of that press conference, it made it to the recorded version.

I had that recollection, too, so I was surprised that the radio interview info conflicted with that... maybe we're remembering it wrong? There's been so much info across so many months!

ETA-- "so much info" should probably read "so many variations on so little info" I suppose...
