Even more strange: why would someone plan to stay the night and not bring sleepover clothes when they had to work the next day and didn't bring work clothes either??

Christina could have had overnight clothes and work clothes in her backpack. I can't see her changing into her pyjamas when there were still all those people there, but borrowing a t-shirt to make herself more comfortable, makes sense to me.

She probably had the longest drive home of everyone there, so it would make sense that she would be the one to stay the night, but it seems as if the no-one was in a rush to leave, so she had no place to sleep.

SB must have been parked near the apt (as they drove from the burger place in her vehicle), but it sounds like she was getting unwelcome attention from EA. If she had left to drive home, while EA was still there, he would surely have asked her for a lift to the garage, where he was parked. SB may have thought that once he was in her car, she would never get rid of him, so decided to wait until he left.

Of course, I don't know if this is how things went down, but it's a possibility.

I dont believe she had to work the next day hence the reason it took 4 days for her to be reported missing. Her work started calling when she did not show up for work the 2nd day

I agree. I don't believe she had to be at work the next day either. There was so much talk of her being responsible and punctual and never missing work or being late, so if this is true her boss surely would have checked in on her sooner than four days and a second missed day of work.

Not of any importance but I Gotta question...if CM was planning on spending the night or weekend with friends and she had it planned? Why did she borrow a shirt? Shouldnt she have brought sleep clothes if she knew she was staying at least one night? Makes no sense. Go figure.

A long way back VI CD hinted that it was known why Christina changed into the oversized T shirt and suggested that it was because she had vomited. It might be that she did have other clothes but they were also dirtied in some way and so had to resort to borrowing something.

I'm not 100% sure when her next work day was, do we have that confirmed anywhere?

On the Jane Velez Mitchell show from Sept 8, Jonni said "....she did get into an argument on the phone with Hunter, with her boyfriend, excuse me, not too long before that. And it upset her so much that she wanted to go home and wanted to get her dog and also because she did have to be at work early in the morning. So she was not planning originally to go home that evening. She was -- already had changed her clothes and was planning on spending the night at her friend`s house. "

Good find catpatrol. I found this article that supported my previous statement that she did not have work until Monday. This is a very early report right after she was missing and I see several discrepencies of what was reported then. :headbang:

Christina never showed up for work and her employer became concerned.* “Tuesday, her work had called one of her friends and said she hadn’t shown up for work for two days. Work called her friend, her friend called us — that’s what got everything rolling,” Christina’s father, Mark Morris, said.

Pg 3, para 1.

Has the "friend" of EA who recently moved into the SOL been discussed and ruled out....ever. I've barely seen anything written here and have not heard about it at all anywhere else. Makes me wonder if this is where he returned to on his second trip back to SOL that morning. If he's not lying about this "friend" it could provide the helping hand we've been back and fourth about.

Arrgh. So one statement says she had to be at work on Saturday (later in the day of the morning she went missing) and the other says her boss called on Tuesday because she hadn't been to work in two days. Does that mean she didn't show up Sunday and then again was a no-show on Tuesday? Or does that mean she did not show up Monday and Tuesday.
It's the discrepancies in simple things like this that make this very frustrating to follow. While some may think it's an irrelevant detail, I think it could be important. It definitely could make a difference as to if she really was intending to stay over or not. She wouldn't even have been getting home to Ft Worth until after 5am if she drove home that night. But if she were staying over she'd have to drive quite a distance to get to work anyway... All very confusing. But a detail like that should be simple enough to clarify.

I guess it's just me, but I don't see the two statements being necessarily contradictory. If Christina was scheduled Saturday and Tuesday morning, that would be two days of work missed. I'm guessing that if she was scheduled on a Saturday morning that probably means her work schedule wasn't a typical 9-5 M-F.

Good point. Especially if Monday was Labor day.

I feel like that comment was drug induced psycho babble compliments of the Dallas Dance Music scene. Too many drugs make the mind take tidbits from here and there and throw together this huge conspiracy.

lol this is the most accurate comment i've ever read on this forum.

Probably not realizing that this is not all the evidence that is a conclusion they have come to. No mention of Christina's DNA in the passenger seat and her DNA in the trunk. Media conclusion - she was in the car, just not in the passenger seat.

What I don't see is how LE believes he likely went home with her in the trunk. Of course, we don't what evidence LE has between 0532 and 1015.

i think they are just saying that to support the need to search the house. All this is in the affidavit for a search warrant for the parents house.

LOL Dion.. There are so many initials used on these threads... you cause my brain to come to a screeching halt when you refer to EA as "AE"..

My 24yo daughter lives an hour away from me and we talk several times a week. I ask her work schedule all the time and never can remember anyway. I think Jonni probably had a lot on her mind.

Oops - sorry about that. Didn't mean to add to the confusion - it's now fixed!

I wouldn be surprised if he didnt drive around for days with her in the trunk.

I think we would know if this were the case because surely having balls that huge would make him walk funny .... The latest I could see him placing her body somewhere would be saturday evening after he got off work and even that is a stretch.

What I'm interested in is the time period 5:32 am and 10:15 am. I can't possibly imagine that he went home and went to sleep after just killing someone and having their body in the trunk, but he was late for work so he must have been done something besides sitting around freaking out. A few pages back there was some speculation about who was or wasn't at the house that weekend. I have no idea who was there this is the first I've heard of the speculation BUT if it turns out that there were less rather than more .... people over 30 .... there that weekend that would start to make some of the things we know make a little more sense, and would greatly expand the search area.

A lot of ppl believe his parent(s) helped, but I'm leaning heavily towards the opposite way. I think his relationship there is one that him and his siblings have always been expected to do the best, achieve the best, and basically make them (his parents) appear flawless. [modsnip] Him on the other hand isn't all that successful. I suppose since he achieved "mgr" status and drove a nice car, that appears to be successful. Plus after he got fired from Sprint for stealing if he were that close to them, why was he ashamed to tell them so. Or ask to be bailed out of jail..if one of them knew about CM and even partook in the coverup. I think he has too much pride and it's too difficult for him to "fail" in their eyes. I'd much rather explain to my parents that I was fired, or I was in jail waaaaaay before I'd say, hey I SA a female, she's in my trunk & I need your help.

You make a really good point. It makes a lot of sense....what was expected.....another thought where I might tend to think about coverup from the family was after I listened to the radio interview with Jonnie....this is what makes me believe there were ones who might help him cover up based on coverup in their past.[modsnip]

Someone used Christina's phone at the same time EA's car exited the garage.
If reports on text times and messages sent are accurate, this text was sent to HF asking him to leave the door unlocked (more lost keys!).

Consider this, if Christina typed the text, I doubt she was in the trunk of EA's car already.
If EA typed the text using Christina's phone, how did he do so while driving at the same time?
So, could a third person have been in EA's car prior to exiting the garage?

If the route EA took matched this idea, someone else could have sent the text to HF, while the two of them planned to drive to Fort Worth to leave an injured Christina in her own house. The reason/motive being to hurt HF.

Did Christina believe she was getting a ride to Fort Worth?
Someone told LE that SN had offered to drive her all the way to Fort Worth himself. CM decided she was able to drive herself and left with EA walking. While in route, CM phoned SN to inform him she was still walking.
Where was SN at this time? Back at the apartment CM just left?
Why the need to keep SN informed after making the decision to drive herself home?

Imo, the story doesn't make sense. Something is off.

whats off is this account of the information. Per the warrants last contact between CM and HF as 03:55 and EA is scene leaving the garage at 03:58.

I understand the point you are making, and I agree that Jonni had an incredible amount on her mind. However, Christina's schedule could easily be verified with Christina's boss. I haven't heard any new information saying that Christina wasn't scheduled to work Saturday morning - so I'm not sure where the "discrepancy" about her working Saturday morning comes from. :dunno:
