Don't know exactly what I may have misread or misunderstood. As I noted earlier, and as I noted when I first mentioned that (apparent non-)fact, "HF was out of town" was what I had understood to be the consensus knowledge (and I noted at multiple places that my thoughts about HF's silence were based on his whereabouts "if I understand correctly"). But I don't know where I got that (apparent mis-)perception, and was not intending to offer anything new or different to the discussion. If I was mistaken in my understanding (and it appears I was), my apologies to all.

So back to the topic with better info ...

Assuming that HF was NOT out of town, then it's beyond odd that he wouldn't have noticed. I have to believe LE had lots of pointed questions on how she could be missing from Sat morn to Tue eve without him wondering and raising any alarm. And then, he only began to wonder when CM's boss contacted him as emergency contact? That explains why they took forensics on HF's phone, to be able to ascertain who he was in contact with. The DNA puts her in EA's trunk, EA was hiding his actions and erasing his phone data while HF was not, and the phone forensics on HF's phone apparently ruled out some sort of something where HF and EA were in contact and possibly planned something nefarious. But he's an incredibly low-caliber bf, it seems like, to not even be concerned by her absence.

At some point in the beginning, the info was that Hunter had been in Dallas that night but then later it was said he was home asleep. I don't think LE has ever said anything about his whereabouts but a VI did so the sleeping story was most often thought to be correct.

Sadder yet, it wasn't even HF that was listed as C's emergency contact. It was a female friend, who then contacted her parents, who THEN contacted Hunter and asked where she was. There appears to be at least 5 people who knew Christina was missing before he did.

I think it was a perfect storm of events that led to no one noticing. HF was a selfish jerk; my guess is that he was thinking "fine, if she doesn't answer I'm not chasing her". He did try calling her from what VI's said, but clearly wasn't too distressed that he didn't reach her.

Her Mom knew she had plans with friends and was working part of the weekend, so she didn't expect to hear from her. Other friends may have texted but assumed she was busy when she didn't answer. I forget to reply to texts sometimes.

So at nearly 4 am Sat, she's last seen, on camera. 20 more hours pass on Saturday...then all Sunday and all Monday. I don't know what time the boss called her parents - 2 pm is in my mind but I'm not sure. They start trying to locate her and around 11 pm is when the report was filed.

Unfortunately I don't think reporting it sooner would have changed much, if anything. What do you all think? I think EA assumed HF would notice she didn't make it home and start looking for her early Saturday so I think he got rid of as much evidence as possible before 10:15 when he's seen getting gas.

I find it strange they send out 15-20 detectives between 2 agencies as part of a "routine", but I could be wrong.

I think it was when they got the ping data back. So technically it was "routine" as they were following clues.

Here is the canine team that was brought in to help look for Christina:

“A dog is like a person—he needs a job and a family to be what he’s meant to be.” -- Andrew Vachss

MARK9 provides free services to Law Enforcement, Fire/Rescue, Parks and Wildlife and other official agencies of any size that require the use of highly skilled canines and handlers to locate missing people. The team motto is "Always ready, Ever able" so the team is available 24/7/365.

The team trains for 5 types of searches: Urban, Wilderness, Disaster, Water and HRD (cadaver). We do this by seeking out training locations all over the Metroplex and the surrounding counties and placing our handlers and their dogs in as close to real situations as training will allow.

Respectfully bolded by me :seeya: Yes, quite sad indeed about the contact information. You have to wonder who was CM's emergency contact: PP?

"On Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at approximately 2317 hrs, Plano Police Officer Semrau #1762, took a report of a Missing Person, Plano Incident #2014-152241. The missing person was identified as Christina Marie Morris (W/F, 7-25-1991) (Morris). Officer Semrau, of the Plano Police Department, spoke with Mark Morris (adult male, father of Morris) who reported that his daughter had not returned to work for two days. Mr. Morris reported that he was unable to contact Morris by phone and he contacted her boyfriend, Hunter Foster, who told him he had not been able to contact her."

Regarding the fight between Hunter and Christina:

"Arochi also told Affiant he did not talk to Morris while the two walked from Petrosky's apartment to the parking garage. He said Morris was talking on the phone loudly and sounded upset. Affiant later obtained information from Arochi's cell phone records showing text messages and a phone call were made from his cell phone to Hunter Foster, Morris' boyfriend on 08/30/2014 at 0350, 0353 and 0355."

Interesting that Arochi confirms what the boss said about Christina and Hunter having an argument and that Christina was upset. Just some food for thought.

I've always thought the same.. We'd probably be right where we are now.. IMO JMO (I know some will disagree)

I don't know how the visiting system works but might it be that if a person is visiting just once for a specific purpose their name goes on the list an then after the visit is taken off until or unless they need to come again. Is there a limit on the number allowed? JMO

DCG the cell mate of EA still has five visitors on his list.

Agreed...I think he took care of things before sunrise.

I read up on odo ban because I had never heard of it. I like a clean house so I wondered why I had never purchased some myself. Now, I will....lol...it gets great reviews for taking care of odors...

(snipped by me)

Apologies for the tangent. I'd never heard of OdoBan either, Helen, and all this conversation about it led me to pick some up. Their spray-on pet formula worked miracles on a piece of bedding I was ready to toss, and it's much cheaper than my usual brand too. If the OdoBan folks see an odd spike in sales over the past couple of months, maybe they should kick back some money to Websleuths.

Well.... apparently not everything or why the need for a list written in Spanish dug out of the trash pull?

*Black shirt.
*texts from the 29th through today's date.
*Bank Bills.
*Cellular bills

Now that's interesting....

Not really. A lawyer has already made a motion for EA, thus that's his lawyer, no? I seem to recall when the Paul Johnson tthing happened and wasnn't listed as his lawyer, it was just a clerical error. MOO

(He said Morris was talking on the phone loudly and sounded upset.) Well, who was she (CM) talking to? She supposedly could not reach HF, so to whom was she speaking to?

Febreeze works great for dog and pet odors. Say, was Odoban around when Casey Anthony tried to rid of her car of the smell of death? Guess not because she just abandoned that sucker and it got towed.

Affiant says cell phone records from EA's phone says whomever she was talking to, she was talking and texting to HF's cell phone. I assume it was HF, but maybe it was another girl answering HF's phone.

She could have been leaving voicemails.

(O/T, but my dog has severe allergies and stinks. Febreeze does NOT work. Maybe I too need tto look into the odoban stuff.)
