I also recently watched that video & you are correct in calling it "chilling"... He also "hopes the family has the strength..."

I remembered many of us questioned whether he would be brazen/stupid enough to lie about clocking in with his fingerprint at 8 AM... now I think it's pretty obvious he was lying about that too. JMO
