I thought her phone is still on the family plan with the parents... that would be great

The pings are not in the record available to the parents, even on their own phones, as they have to be traced; other things like texts, etc are saved for different times, or not at all. If you look at the fine print of any cell phone contract/website, etc. it states as much.

Sprint's paid service " family locator" is the best hope if they 1. have sprint, and 2. pay for the service- but even that is not all inclusive.

If one is onboard with her actually planning on going to Ft Worth (which, imo, is not a great plan)- I believe charging her phone was not on her mind.

This is a person who has been up since lord knows what time, went to work, drove to Plano, went out, was fighting with her BF, and was still up at 4:00am- then was going to drive a decent distance and then go work.

I think the last time I was able to function like that ... I was in my early 20's eating No doz and mini thins (efedra) like candy and drinking a pot of coffee.

The family does not have the phone- and the carrier has ownership of records, which even the family cannot get without a warrant.

But hopefully it would be one less step if the family was not fighting the release, right? Waivers and consent and blah blah. You know, because the cell phone companies are just trying to protect their customers' privacy for the good of us all...

Possibilities:

1. Abduction/stranger
Questions: who, how, why, where is she now, is she alive or not?
2. Abduction/acquaintance, possibly intimately so
Questions: how, why, where is she now, is she alive or not?
3. Accident and coverup/”party panic”
Questions: how many people are involved, who are they, what happened, where is she now?
4. Suicide
Questions: how, why, where is she now?

What else should be added to the list?
5. She Checked Out On Her Own
How? Where? Why?

The family's agreement or not is irrelevant unless it is a matter of turning over the phone itself. It has to be do with enough "cause" to get the proper warrant.

It has to do with the carrier covering their own butt

#2. Opportunity. Between Plano and Allen. No.
All my opinion only.

Christina's companion on the walk back to their cars; the escort on the CCTV footage, is a young man whom apparently drives a very distinctive car according to the word here in the thread by locals. This young man will have the rest of his life to live with what he didn't do - if it turns out that he didn't do what we all think he didn't do. IYKWIM

IMO at the age of 24, that's a long, lonely walk to take. I trust he gets the support that he needs.

Describe "distinctive". Not sleuthing him, just inquiring minds, ya know? ;)

I concur .... I think it may be a lonely walk for many that never called or showed concern after 4 days

Her car was parked on the 1st level, correct? I wonder if the friend who lives there never noticed her car parked there for those 4 days?

What if Christina, said no don't walk me to my car, it is just over there? Maybe he wanted to walk with her but she declined.

A couple of sleuthers have wondered if she really intended to make the long drive home with her cell phone if it had run down. If she has a phone charger in her car, it wouldn't of mattered. So we still don't know if her phone ran down, was turned off, or damaged. I, too, would love to know about pings. ~jmo

Unless the "friend" is in denial, party panic or numbed themselves with a substance

I will be shocked if this is random. I'm really feeling more and more that this is an acquaintance OR an accidental overdose and the friends freaked out. With today's technology, why would a stranger risk being caught? Aren't the cameras visible? There must be SOMETHING to go in here? Time will tell...
