I wrote Plano police on FB for any updates and this is what they saidView attachment 58831

I think they have absolutely no idea who/where/what or how

Which makes me feel like she doesn't want to be found. I think the search party is because they honestly don't know where she is and they are trying to at least narrow down some places.

I wonder what kind of car the bf had. If it's a newer model, so many come with navigation and they can track where the car has been based on that.

It's on his instagram

If that is the case .... wonder if LE is checking the flight manifests out of Love Field and DFW for any 5-6 am flights ....wonder if she had large sum of cash? Wonder if she held a US Passport?? Had she ever traveled outside the US before??

Christina would not go off anywhere w/o her dog. I think you are way off base. She clearly has met her demise at someones else's hands. Police need a body to charge someone and I am sure they are hoping someone tells somebody something about what they have done. Sooner or later, these 20somethings will start talking.

There are plenty of encrypted messaging apps now days. Snapchat, whatsapp, many more. I hope the check her Google play account and see if they can see what apps she may have installed. Possibly get a warrant.
And we can't forget the facebook messenger app, which somebody (or several somebodies, even) had access to before she was reported missing...

I've been reading quite a bit about this whole case and unfortunately the more I read and discover, the more unnerving it is. I lived in Allen for over 20 years, so this case is one I can relate to as I read about all of the locations, and even people that I see are friends with other people mentioned on social media. I was browsing around a fb page called "You Know You grew up in Allen, TX when..." and came across a post referring to tunnels in Allen. The OP called them The Trip Tunnels" aand said there was "like a car down there." Another poster said "acid playground being built." They explained that these were like abandoned sewer tunnels that they would go exploring in because you could go "around the whole city." They said there were entrances by Ford and Bethany Lakes and Chapparal. (Ford is a middle school and also a city park, and Bethany Lakes is a park as well.) I had never heard of these tunnels, but then again I'm a bit older than these posters and certainly wasn't looking for an "acid playground."

The really disturbing part (if the tunnels are not enough) is that the original poster is one of Christina's friends on fb. It just seems that the more I research, the more shady people I turn up within her circle: people with arrest records for group 2 controlled substance (ie heroin), or sexual assault, or this tunnel hangout. It's as if they are all intertwined somehow and it makes me wonder what the story is.

Awesome work on finding this! I went to the command center today and gave this info you posted to the guy at ES in charge of where the searches will take place. He said "thank you so much for this information"!! He did not know about the tunnels.

Keep up the good work everyone!

Isnt that residential parking also?
There are apartments right there.

A local posted a few days ago (I believe in the second thread?) that it's common for residents to park in that garage.

Demise? I'm not sure of. Still a chance she's alive. And police need a body for Murder. Not abduction charges. They just need some type of proof for abduction. We aren't sure if she wiling went, so if they think she willingly went-- they can't charge them. You can always charge at a later time with murder, but right now they need answers. (the family). Even though these 2 people aren't considered a suspect, I mainly think they have no evidence so can't charge them.. It's funny how someone's phone was on earlier in the night which made her want to go home because of an argument but all of a sudden it dies when she tries to get ahold of him.. Especially the last call right before she walked it.

Apparently I'm crazy to think that she could have just left. While I don't see her doing to this to her mom, you never know.. There has been cases when someone disappears and leaves their family and their kids. I'm sure if they could leave kids behind, I don't see a dog being any different.

Perhaps something or someone could have scared or threatened her so bad in the hours leading up prior to her walking to her car she panicked and disappeared

Anything is possible at this point ... I say approach every angle ... So true. like " Dad said he was going to the store for milk, bread, beer and smokes and had not seen him now in 20years" He just Checked Out!!

I agree.... It is really odd that her car sat for 4 days before LE found it...

And had not been towed... Or at least ticketed and called in...

:dunno:

I considered that too...unless it's free parking for customers of the mall...and parking personnel didn't notice.

OK, this may be way off, but here goes, do you think someone else could have been dressed as Christina walking to the parking deck? It wouldn't have been hard for a friend to do that.

I don't think you're crazy. I think you're hopeful. I think you want a good outcome.
That's a good thing. :blowkiss:

There have been several posts throughout this thread about the (perceived) apathy from the ex and the general radio silence from friends. Somebody (can't remember who, sorry!) mentioned the idea of the circle of friends being fearful of revealing too much about what they were all up to that night, which seems to be confirmed by the mom's pleas about not pressing charges and just needing info.

More recently, someone on here (I swear, I really tried to find it again, but the phone... ugh!) mentioned the idea that sooner or later, the twentysomethings would talk...

Here's what I'm wondering:
We believe they're not talking for fear of revealing drug use party crimes, so we (Queen's we, here-- we as in the mom, the public, the police) try to alleviate the fear of legal consequences, but it still doesn't seem like anyone is talking...

If someone knows more, and continues to withhold it, what are other motivations to stay silent?
The first thing that comes to mind is fear of retaliation and/or being ostracized from the group of friends and considered a narc, but that's so surface-level and basic.

Maybe if we try to think of other reasons why the friend crowd would stay silent, we'll stumble into something we haven't previously considered?

Personally... I don't think we can eliminate any possibilities at the moment...

there is no proof of anything that we know of...

so... I am not completely chopping "self disappearance" or abduction off my list....

Abigail Hernandez came back months after her abduction...

she said the periodic news she saw that showed people counting the days she was gone (which showed she was being thought of daily) helped keep her sane....

It is a simple gesture to help keep the family and the missing supported....

but these simple gestures can have huge pay offs...

Another girl went missing (as it turned out... She had run away due to some personal challenges she was experiencing).... She saw so many people on SM (and WS, I believe) that were hoping and praying she could/would return... That she went to a local LE station to alert them to her status...

coincidentally... Or through divine intervention... Some family members were RIGHT there at the LE station...

Her name is Ivy Merck... And what a wonderful reunion she and her family had....

All... JMO...

I think about that often. But to what end? Staging a disappearance?
