Although I can't see the screen shot clearly on my phone are we to assume that the yellow highlights are the calls to HF?

If so I'm pleased that we now seem to have confirmation that the last 15 calls were not to him. I posted recently that to me it seemed likely that Jonni simply misspoke in her interviews and I suspect that we'll find more examples in the programme. I hope it will be posted online for those of us who can't view it

Regarding the 15 calls... IIRC -one of the earlier reports that have been *poofed* specifically stated (paraphrasing) Christina called him(HF) at least 15 times the morning before she disappeared. This is where keeping all reports will come in handy JMO~

also PP called CM at 2:04am ( thought they were all together?)

I know we've discussed this ad nauseam.. Yes, he had 4 days. He did not know that & for all he knew, he had 4 hours.. Personally I don't believe he would have waited any length of time to hide her...

Thats true. He knew CM was trying to contact HF and alerted him she was on her way home. She had called SN and said she was still walking and ok to drive allegedly. I would think if this was a SA due to opportunity he had no idea who would be looking for her or checking on her that night. The drive to Ft Worth is around an hour, hour and a half correct? IMO

Interesting how most of the preview focuses on HF, only adding EA's involvement at the very end (& calling him by his first name only). Wishing I had cable right about now!

I'm guessing that's the hook. Usually shows like this try not to give away the ending, to the point when sometimes when I watch them I'm thinking "C'mon!! It's so obvious it was the other guy! Why are you focusing on the wrong person!!" That's my guess anyway, we shall see.

Yes, the rows highlighted yellow appear to all be outgoing calls to HF.

This is really weird. Why was she calling all these people in the middle of the night. We know she was frantically calling her bf (who wasn't responding), but to also call her ex-bf and SN (who she had seen just minutes ago).

Why was she so agitated? This can't be her normal behaviour. Did EA take advantage of whatever was going on?

What was really going on that night with Christina??

There was a lot going on that night.
Calls to HF, calls to SN (per affidavit, right?) calls to/from PP and calls to/from ALP.
Very very odd, IMO.
She was reportedly with PP at the times of communication, so, why call?
As for ALP...I suppose that's why he was questioned by LE (by his own admission in MSM).
My head is spinning.

Someday, a journalist will go ahead and verify that EA's parents were out of town that weekend. Or, if there is ever a trial for AK, it'll be verified then. Either way, hopefully it'll be quicker and more accurate than the "Who's EA's Attorney?" guessing game that got kicked around.

I know you are only guessing, and I suspect you may be correct in your guess. It would certainly make my theories stand up if it's true. But so far we do NOT have any verification that EA was able to operate and cover up with his parents out of town, on Saturday and perhaps for a day or days thereafter.

I've thought of the "how much gas did he have" numerous times too. That's a tough one.. gas was quite high at that time, so you really don't know if he filled up, or just maybe put in $20-$30.00 worth.. Certainly worth looking at.. but might be hard to pinpoint & with a lot of variables.

If we're limited by maybe a one-hour-or-so drive each direction, then it's very unlikely that he bought gas somewhere on that trip, while also getting gas at the end of it at 10:15.

I think this is an important point. The idea that he would have either an alive CM in his trunk, or a dead body, for several days, while not knowing at what point someone would come knocking on his door looking for her, doesn't add up. He knew others knew he left the apt with her, and he had to be in a hurry to get her out of his possession and then formulate a way to look innocent and uninvolved. This explains why he was 3 hours late for work on Saturday - getting rid of CM couldn't wait.

Right? So then what, it mysteriously reappeared? Didn't a VI say they were able to listen to the VM from Christina on HF's phone? I just set my DVR. This is going to be good. I'm salivating at new information.

BBM - ITA, for me this should be what we base any theorising on, I accept that it's possible that he could have kept a body in his trunk but IMO this is an extremely unlikely event and our best shot at coming up with the correct area to search is to assume any disposal took place prior to 10.15

If he lost his phone he can technically get voicemails still but I highly doubt he really lost it. Pretty coincidental!!

The timeline has the Whataburger trip at 01.30 so most likely to be some kind of conversation about the order.

Well, it miraculously reappeared because he turned it in to PPD eventually.
